I Can Fix You

Well, it’s Halloween again and Zack and I are doing great, I graduated and got a job at a bank in Huntington. Matt and Val are still the only ones that know were together. Anyway, Alice and I were on our way to Zack’s right now for his Halloween party, I had to go pick her up but I wouldn’t be driving her home because that’s a lot of gas.

I was supposed to be Alice in Wonderland but a modern day one so I was wearing a black lace jacket with a light blue 50’s style dress with a big black bow on the front, white thigh highs and I was going to put on my black pumps after I finished driving. My hair held a black headband with a black bow and a picture of Alice in the middle in a little jewel thingy and my jewelry was a long necklace with a black queen chess piece on it then a standard length necklace with a silver bunny on the end.

I had a ring with a clock on it and a ring with a key hole in the middle, I even changed my belly ring to something that had a spade on it.

‘Ready?’ I asked Alice as we pulled up in the driveway, she nodded so I opened up my door and slipped on my pumps then I stood and grabbed my purse out of the back seat ‘hey sexy’ I heard and I looked over my shoulder to see Matt and Val ‘hey sexy yourself’ I laughed as I stood up and walked over to hug them, they hugged back then hugged Alice and we all walked inside ‘ZACKARY!!!’ I yelled loudly as soon as we walked into the kitchen ‘COMING!’ he yelled back then I heard his feet coming down the hard wood as I pulled my jacket off and put it on my bag

‘whoa’ I heard and I turned around to see Zack dressed as a skeleton ‘what?’ I heard Alice asked and Zack just shook his head ‘Uh, nothing’ he said as he shook his head and walked more into the room, he went and hugged everyone then me last ‘you're getting it tonight’ he whispered huskily in my ear making me shutter then pull away to grab a drink out of the fridge

‘You want anything?’ I asked Alice but she just shook her head so I shrugged then asked everyone else, they nodded so I grabbed three more drinks and opened them then handed them out ‘when’s the party start?’ I asked as I looked over at the clock ‘probably around 9, oh I have a surprise for you’ Zack said then motioned me to follow him so I did after I grabbed my purse and we headed up to our room, where I set my bag on the bed

‘what’s the surprise?’ I asked and he went under the bed and pulled out a big box then set it in front of me. ‘Open it’ he said as he walked up behind me and set his hands on my hips, I set my drink down then opened up the box and smiled big, it was a big box of candy filled to the brim ‘think that’s enough?’ he asked and I laughed a little as I turned around, grabbed his face and kissed him hard, he kissed back and wrapped his arms around my waist tightly ‘mmm did you know you're fucking amazing?’ I asked softly,

He smiled then grabbed my butt making me giggle and kiss him again ‘guys?’ I heard and we pulled away to see Val ‘yeah?’ ‘Alice is asking where you are’ ‘oh ok, were coming promise’ I said and she nodded then headed out. Zack and I kissed a few more times then finally headed back downstairs and we all moved some more things around then people finally started showing up, all the guys and girl first obviously but then everyone else and I got to meet a lot of people.

Zack and I would sneak kisses when we could but other than that we just danced, talked and hung out with everyone else that was there. Right now I was dancing on Benji Madden and we were laughing at each other’s jokes and talking closely because we couldn’t hear any other way ‘So do you have a boyfriend?’ he asked in my ear and I nodded a little when he pulled away ‘who?’ ‘It’s a secret’ ‘really?’ ‘Mhm, we don’t want anyone to know just yet’ I explained,

He nodded in understanding then walked with me outside to smoke once the song ended ‘now that we can hear’ he said and I laughed a little as I set my drink on the railing ‘so, why don’t you want anyone to know who you're dating?’ ‘Well, its just-‘ ‘complicated’ I heard and looked up to see Zack walking over to me, I bit my lip and he smiled at me then kissed my forehead so I just leaned against his chest as he looked over at Benji and he looked confused ‘I don’t see the problem’ he said as he shrugged then put his smoke out in the ashtray

‘I think it was just the age difference at first and now it’s not wanting Alice to know’ ‘How come?’ ‘We don’t know how she’ll react considering I'm her best friend but she’s known the guys forever, they’re basically her brothers. I mean, would you want your best friend dating your brother? Or sister?’ I asked and he did that little “yeah I guess you're right” shrug so I nodded then looked up at Zack and he smiled down at me,

I smiled back then looked back at Benji ‘you can't hide forever and you're very cute together’ he said with a smile then he walked back inside and I smiled more ‘think we should tell or wait?’ I asked and he shrugged a little ‘probably wait a bit more’ ‘Ok’ I nodded, he nodded back and we headed inside then started dancing together and we just stayed like that until everyone started leaving.

‘Ok, what are you doing?’ I asked Alice once everyone was gone ‘what do you mean? I thought you were driving me back’ ‘I didn’t say that’ I said and she just kinda looked at me then around at the guys ‘but, how am I supposed to get home?’ ‘I thought you were gonna stay with Matt’ I said and she just walked away and out the back door.

::Zack’s POV::

I heard Remy sigh then watched as she walked out the door after Alice and I looked over at Matt. He just shrugged then two seconds later we heard yelling and looked out the door to see the girls fist fighting so we ran out and I pulled Remy off and Matt pulled Alice off ‘you fucking bitch! I can't fucking believe you!’ Alice screamed at Remy as Matt pulled her inside and she just collapsed in my arms crying so I held her tight and tried to calm her down.

I hated seeing her so upset ‘what happened?’ I whispered but she didn’t answer, just cried and gripped onto my shirt ‘Zack?’ I heard and I looked up to see Matt ‘I'm gonna take Alice home, I’ll be over tomorrow ok?’ he said and I nodded then watched as he walked back inside and he and Val left followed by the rest of the guys ‘come on, were going inside’ I whispered as I helped her up and walked her over to the couch to sit. I made sure everything was shut and locked then I grabbed her some water and went back into the living room and handed her the glass,

She sipped it slowly ‘what happened?’ I asked again as I rubbed her back slowly ‘I told her’ she whispered and I didn’t have to ask what she was talking about because I already knew, I didn’t know what to say so I just rubbed her back as she drank the water

‘come on, let’s go to bed’ I said and she nodded then stood up and went into the kitchen to put her cup away then she came back and we headed up to our room. We both washed our Halloween make up off then I watched as she dressed into a tank top and shorts then she crawled into bed as I undressed and did the same thing ‘good night baby’ I whispered as I kissed her shoulder a few times after wrapping my arm around her ‘night’ she whispered back then I felt her breathing even out shortly and I followed.

When I woke up the next morning it was to ghost like fingers running over my skin slowly, she was probably tracing my tattoos, that’s what she usually does when she wakes up before me. I felt her shift a little then she kissed my cheek ‘I’ll be back’ she whispered very softly because she didn’t know I was awake and I didn’t give it away, I just listened as she got up then headed into the bathroom.

Once I heard the shower turn on I opened my eyes and looked over at the clock to see that it was only about 6am so she was probably going shopping at Wal-Mart like she usually does on Sunday mornings, even if we didn’t really need anything she still went and I think it was because she liked having Sunday mornings to herself so I didn’t really mind. She never woke me up or anything like that and she’d always have breakfast ready whenever I did wake up but anyway, I heard the shower shut off then I heard the curtain and after about five minutes she emerged in just a towel with her hair pinned up,

She was just so beautiful sometimes I couldn’t stand it so I just watched from a far. She walked over to her dresser and dropped the towel to the floor then opened up the first drawer and pulled on a gray bra and thong, which made her ass look more amazing then it already is, then she leaned down and grabbed some dark gray jeans and slipped those over her legs, pulled her belt on then finally pulled on a tank and some socks.

Remy disappeared into the closet for a bit and came back with her shoes, sweater and falling apart bag on, she checked herself in the mirror then finally walked over to grab her phone but she didn’t catch me looking because I closed my eyes in time then I felt the bed shift again and I felt her full lips on my forehead and then I heard her leave which made me sigh but I went back to bed because I was still tired and I knew I’d be able to sleep a few more hours at least then I’d be fine for the day so that’s exactly what I did.

::Remy’s POV::

Well I finished up at Wal-Mart and I didn’t get a lot of stuff, just some movies out of the five dollar bin and I found some really cute Christmas cookie cutters so I got those also then I grabbed an iced coffee from dunkin donuts and went to go get my nails done for the month and I got them cut down a good amount then I got my ring finger a leopard print and the rest were just all black and once they were dry and all finished I paid then headed home and started making pancakes for Zacky when he woke up and he did so shortly because I felt arms around my waist

‘Morning’ he whispered as he nuzzled my neck gently, I smiled and leaned back against him some ‘morning, did you sleep ok?’ ‘Mhm, you?’ he asked and I sighed a little ‘I guess, just had a little nightmare’ ‘about what?’ ‘Alice hating me’ I said softly and Zack turned me around and kissed me gently,

I kissed back and set my hands on his upper arms ‘it’s her loss if she feels that way, you know I care for you, isn’t that enough?’ he asked and I nodded with a smile ‘always’ I whispered which made him smile also and kiss me a few more times than he grabbed his coffee and we both headed into the living room to eat and watch tv.
