**Kaylyn's POV**

Before Jimmy picks me up at Zacky's house, I send an email asking my assistant to ship me everything that I would need to join the guys out on tour. Her reply was...

'You are one lucky bitch! I googled them and they are some of the most attractive and talented men on the planet! Please tell me you fucked AT LEAST one of them and that's the reason you left that asshole Alex standing dumbfounded in the lobby :)

I chuckle but don't respond back to her completely true statement...I'm not the type of girl who makes love and feels the need to gloat about it.

"Jimmy is here!" Zacky shouts and I toss on the Vengeance University leggings and hoodie that he let me borrow...damn, I love his style so I need to order at least one of everything he offers. I walk down stairs and Zacky smirks at me, "You look really good in my clothes" he teases and I can't help but chuckle at how different he is from when I first met him.

"Wow, that sounded incredibly....suggestive, Mr. Vengeance" I state in my overly professional tone that causes Jimmy to crack up laughing.

Zacky wishes us good luck with Operation Haner before Jimmy and I make our way towards Brian's house. I bite my lips nervously the entire time because I'm afraid of what the outcome of my words is going to be.

Brian probably thinks that I'm just as big of a bitch as Aubrey right about now but I hope that he doesn't do anything he is going to regret before I can apologize.

Jimmy parks down the street so Brian doesn't see his car and I can't help but tremble in fear. "Relax Riz, Brian isn't home" he assures me but honestly that does nothing to calm my anxiety. He's probably out there wasted and making incredibly poor sexual decisions.

We walk up to the house just as a cab pulls up in the driveway and I see some skank crawl out from underneath Brian's leather jacket that's draped across his lap and frown...she looks like a slutty female version of Ronald McDonald with her obviously fake red hair!

"Jimmy this is stupid...he's not alone and I don't care about-" I mumble out before Jimmy captures my lips with his.

My eyes widen in surprise and as badly as I want to throw caution to the wind...I can't, my feelings for Brian won't let me. I place my hand in the middle of Jimmy's chest and gently push him back.

He stares down at me with his hauntingly beautiful crystal blue eyes and I open my mouth to tell him I'm sorry but he cuts me off, "You do care otherwise you would have kissed me back, or accepted my offer in Vegas..face it baby, you love him." he whispers out sincerely and tears form in my eyes.

"I do love him, but I can't tell him that because he HATES love and relationships" I sigh and slide down the outer wall of Brian's house.

"Kaylyn please give him time...you have no idea what Aubrey did to him" he whispers and I shake my head.

"I do know what she did..he told me in Vegas" I mumble and Jimmy's eyebrows shoot up in surprise.

"You need to get inside right now" he states and pulls me to my feet...what? why? what's the sudden rush??

Jimmy unlocks the kitchen door with the spare key Brian gave him and we shuffle inside. I hear the gross sound of a heated makeout session and begin to literally feel sick to my stomach..Does he really care so little about me that he is willing to throw it all away for a one night stand with an ugly slut??

Suddenly there is silence and Jimmy motions for me to head upstairs so I quickly but silently head towards the staircase before hearing the lock click...oh my God, JIMMY JUST LEFT ME HERE?!?

"What the fuck?!" Brian says angrily and I quickly scurry under the dining room table. I hear him walk into the kitchen and pace around before pulling a glass out and pouring some liquid in it.

"Syn I'm thirsty!" Bitchy McSlutty Pants, whines and I quickly scramble up the stairs and into my old bedroom...oh shit, I'm going to get caught!!

I can hear Brian and the skank getting closer and I realize I need to stand up and fight for what I love instead of standing by idly while some slut takes advantage of him...he doesn't need another one of those.

Brian stumbles into his room and immediately starts stripping off his clothes while the red head watches him from the doorway. "Come join me.." he slurs to her before falling backwards into the middle of his bed.

Brian's eyes fight to stay open as she attempts to step into the room but I sneak behind her and grab a handful of her hair and tug her back into the hallway. She shrieks in terror but Brian is now unconscious and is of no help to her.

"Ahhhhhh let me go!!!" she screams as I drag her down the stairs and out the front door. I shove her away and she stands there staring back at me with shock evident across her face. "Who the fuck do you think you are?!" she snarls and I can't help but laugh.

"I'm his babysitter...and he isn't allowed overnight guest" I state before slamming the door in her face.

I walk upstairs and check on Brian and notice that he's completely passed out. I want to stay in his bed with him but I know that I need to give him space and that he might be more than surprised to see me there, if he should wake up.

I walk downstairs and decide to let Pinkly out for a quick walk before curling up on the couch to watch a movie. I must have passed out there because when I wake up the sun is just starting to rise and 'The Lion King' is on the Disney channel.

I can't help but smile because I've always loved this movie and I could recite the whole thing in my sleep. I grab Pinkly's food and start to fill her bowl while softly (or so I think) singing along to 'Hakuna Matata'.

'Hakuna Matata! What a wonderful phrase
Hakuna Matata! Ain't no passing craze..

It means no worries for the rest of your days

It's our problem-free philosophy...

Hakuna Matata!"

I sing down to Pinkly before glancing up and seeing Brian standing on the staircase causing me to scream.

Oh great, he must be sooo thrilled to see me!

I would like to dedicate this chapter to the late great Jimmy 'The Rev' Sullivan and to my amazing friend, Iida, who lost her grandfather the same day that Jimmy passed away. I hope that for the last 5 years that they have been chilling on the other side together, drinking beers and making each other smile :)
