Zack POV
“Zackyyyyyyy….” Jack jumped on my back as I headed for the hallway “Are you coming shopping with Brian and me?”
“Jacky! Seriously! We have time alone and you invite Vengeance?!” Brian whined as he came into sight. I chuckled and looked at my best friend who’s fly was still open.
“You got something you need to…” I motioned at his pants, e0arning myself a frown at first, but he quickly buttoned up, and straightened his clothes, raking his hand through his hair.
“I want you both to come, I need the muscles” Jacky batted her lashes and smiled widely, looking from Brian to me.

“You need muscles for what? I can help?” Arin came out of the kitchen, biting into an apple. Seriously, that kid was ALWAYS eating! How did he stay thin like that? I had to go in training every single time I wanted a beach holiday.
I exchange a look with Brian, we weren’t really good in organizing surprise parties, but Jacky really wanted this to be a secret, so we needed to make an excuse.
“Arin.. I need you to go over to the Johnson’s, we need that camera program installed, Johnny has put up the camera’s, but we had some problems with the software”
“Hmmm, Matt hasn’t said anything” Arin pondered.
“Must have forgotten it, you know he gets distracted nowadays”
“Yeah, Yeah, hmm, I will go change and ask him about it then” We all watched him run up the stairs and then quickly made our way to the car.
“Does Matt know about your little plan?” Brian asked as he unlocked the doors.
“No, but I kept him occupied… I thought you would send him a text or something in the meantime!” I looked at Brian annoyed.
“Where are the times that you only needed half a word from me to know what to do… Your dick is in charge too much!” I complaint while we all got in the car, Brian driving. I got my phone out and gave Matt a short call to tell him about our excuse. He said he would keep him busy the rest of the afternoon, so that would be good.

We soon arrived at the store and Jacky got two carts, putting me and Brian behind them, ordering us around, while she only walked around, throwing things in. It wasn’t long before our carts got pretty full, drinks, snacks, decorations.
“We’ll only need a cake. I would have loved to bake one-” Brian raised his brows at Jacky, yeah… she didn’t seem like the baking type to me either. “-but no time and you guys insisted on living in one house, not the best situation for secret baking” she winked at both of us. Yeah, excuses, excuses.
We made our way over to the bakery section of the store. It wasn’t too busy and when we came around the corner, finding an empty aisle, it was too much of a shame to let it go to waist.
I looked at Brian, who for once in all these months, had the same thought as me again.
“Race you to the end” He put out his hand to me
“Deal!” I shook his hand, agreeing on playing fair…. As if!

“Guys, seriously, do you want to start the shopping all over again?” Jacky interrupted our little boy moment
“We won’t break anything” Brian pleaded with her, giving her puppy eyes. She looked at me and I imitated Brian’s face, making Jacky sigh
“Even the eggs?”
“Maybe it’s best if you take that out for a bit” Brian chuckled as he handed her the box of eggs.
“You have to count us down” I told Jacky, while I got behind my cart, all ready to go. I got way too excited about all of this.
Jacky spoke in a bored voice “Ready, get set, Go!”

I ran and ran, pushing my cart forward, trying to keep a straight track, leaving Brian behind me quickly. But then I felt his cart pushing against me, the little wheels on my heels and it was getting harder and harder to walk straight, but the finish was close and I wouldn’t let it slip.

Just before I wanted to lift my hands in victory, a man appeared at the end of the aisle. The store manager. Oops.
“You can get out within the next 10 minutes or I will let you get removed” His voice was icecold. Damn, didn’t the man ever know any fun?

Jacky appeared behind the man.
“I’m sorry mr….” she looked at his name tag and smiled widely at the man “ mr. Dryfuss. I will take these boys home, don’t you worry. We only need a cake. That would be fine, right?” she twirled a strand of her hair around her finger and looked at the man seductively.
“Yeah… That… Uh… That would be okay… But then… they… they leave” the man stuttered looking at Jacky.
We quickly got over to the bakery to get a cake.
“That was brilliant!” I high fived Jacky.
“Well, sometimes you have to throw in your womanly powers” she laughed.
Brian couldn’t smile, and just looked like a big sourpuss.
“Ah come on, don’t be like that, he was old, I was playing to get you guys out of here without any trouble… And if I have to say so myself… I did a pretty awesome job!”
Finally a smile broke through on his face “Yeah baby, you did” He kissed her and put his arm around her as he pushed the cart towards the checkouts. “Let’s get this shit home”

Matt’s POV
I stared at Joe in disbelief, she acted like she said nothing wrong, it was the normal thing in the world that you dreamed about your boyfriend’s best friend.
Lusted after, apparently…
What the hell!
“Matt, what’s wrong?”
“What is wrong? You have to ask me that?” I asked still completely astonished.
“Yeah, well… I just did… It wasn’t a big deal… I mean… I wasn’t even finished” Joe tried to reason, but not with me.

“Whisk that smile of your face, Joe. I am not jealous. I am just… shocked… Why were you even dating me… If you want him!” Okay, that was a low blow maybe-
“WHAT! Don’t be an ass!” Joe narrowed her eyes on me and looked also pissed, but she had no reason, I didn’t fantasize about her sister… she did… about my best friend!

She walked closer to me and stared up at me, her hands on my shoulder, and after a deep sigh I looked into her eyes, they were full of love… love for me.
“Listen, closely Mr. Sanders… I love you. Only you… yes, Zack was in my dream… but… that had nothing to do with me and you… you don’t have to be mad or jealous. I chose you.” She kissed my lips and when I didn’t play the stubborn boy anymore and opened my mouth a little, she slipped her tongue inside and intensified our kiss.

We walked into the living room and kitchen, seeing Jacky, Brian and Zack unpacking loads of drinks and food and some decoration supplies.
Joe grabbed one of the bags and a few item were falling out, Zack stood near her and helped her collecting them, “Careful Joe… Some of these things are fragile, I know you have more sensitive feelings in your hands, than this.” Zack winked at her and Joe chuckled lightly.

I walked towards them, shoving Zack out of the way, without further notice grabbed Joe’s hand and dragged her upstairs.
“Matt, what the-” Joe began to complain and I even heard Zack curse something after us but I didn’t care.
“Don’t” I hushed Joe, who still didn’t seem to notice my inner turmoil… fine… I was freaking jealous, green from jealous and her little saying that it didn’t mean anything with the dream, didn’t help at all, gods damn it.

I opened my door and dragged her inside, she looked confused up to me and as soon as I had the door closed I attacked Joe’s mouth.
