Putting aside the differences

Jacky’s POV
My sister was tossing and turning in the small bed that was in the little room we were in now. At first Joanne kept us prison in the basement of this house, tied to chairs. But after she spoke to my dad it changed. She brought us to a small room on the first floor that had no windows, but did have to small beds. She took of our restraints, which made it a little more comfortable, and locked the door. The first few hours we were here, Joe and I had tried to get out, but there was no way.

Joe turned around once again, restless, just like I was.
“Joe, are you awake?” She turned to her side and opened her eyes. Her eyes were filled with sadness, fear and something else I couldn’t make out.
“Yeah… Can’t really sleep here. It feels so wrong, so cold, so…. Lonely” I saw her swallowing thickly. I knew what she was feeling, all the things I was feeling too. I don’t even remember when we came here in the first place or how long it has been. I just know I want to get out, I want to get back to the house, back to Brian. We didn’t have any sense of time in this place, which only made it worst.

We heard some noises, and Joe sat up. She pulled her shirt straight. Just before Joanne had moved us to this room, she handed us both a pair of jeans and a shirt. I was happy to be able to change, and maybe even more grateful that we could do it in the privacy of ‘our own room’. I quickly sat down next to my sister and grabbed her hand.
The door opened, revealing Joanne.
“Goodmorning, slept well?” She sounded chipper and had a wide smile on her face. I couldn’t believe she was this ignorant to the situation we were in. She acted like nothing was wrong and we were locked up in that room, just for fun. When she got no answer from us, she just continued.
“Wouldn’t it be fun to get to know each other a little bit more? We could have sister lunches, sister dinners, we could even do drinks together! Oh it would be so much fun!” She clapped her hands together as if she was a kid planning on heading to the toystore.

“Having lunch or dinner in this small room might be a little crowded” Joe replied dryly as she looked over to Joanne.
“Not here silly! I have a dining room down the hall, I would hire someone to set the table nicely and cook for us. It will be amazing. What about tonight?” She looked at us expectantly and for a minute I could see the little girl, trying to get something done from her sisters instead of the psychopath kidnapping her sisters.
“I need only one thing from you” Joanne looked up as if it just came to her mind and she looked at us pointedly. “You can’t try to escape the house, we have to stay here, together…. Can you promise me that?”
I glanced over at Joe and there it was again, that thing in her eyes that I couldn’t define.
“Of course we won’t try and get away Joanne, we promise”
“Good!” She let out in a cry “I will make everything ready! It will be so much fun!” She turned around to leave, mumbling out lose words as she walked over to the door.
“Wine. Steaks.. No! Salmon! Lobster maybe… Chocolate fondue. Icecream. Soup!”

We could still hear Joanne saying things as she closed the door behind her and Joe looked at me.
“That girl is crazy, not a little bit, just… crazy! But we can make that work. Let her believe we will stay with her. As soon as she trusts us more, we will take advantage of it and get out of here. It has to work Jacky. It has to!”

Silence filled the room and for a moment we were both lost in our own thoughts. Then I heard something outside. Some mumbling and then a little more shuffeling.
“Joe! Do you hear that? There is someone outside!”
My sister listened in and heard what I heard. For a second a smile crept over her face, but then she let her shoulders fall again.
“Probably just her employees.. don’t you think? I really want to believe the guys found us, but how would they Jacky? We need to make our own destiny.”
I smiled encouragingly at her. She was right, we did have to make our own destiny and we would start with that tonight.

Arin’s POV
After we had gotten into the car, Johnny told me what he had found. We listened with open mouths, regretting the fact that we agreed on getting back to the house first before heading in there. I know it would have been a stupid idea to just storm in there, but we needed a plan first.

The minute we entered the mansion, Brian already stood next to me.
“And? What did you find? Are they there?” he rushed out, but I kept my mouth shut. It was better for us to tell them all at once.
Matt stood in the doorway to the living room and moved aside to let us through. Zack, Joseph and Olivia were already waiting for us and I saw Dean sitting next to Olivia. A little too close for it to be only friendly.

“Well?” Matt asked impatiently.
“The van was there” Johnny said calmly.
“It was?! Let’s go then!” Both Brian and Matt had jumped up, wanting to go and get the girls right away.
“We need a plan. We really do. Sit down and let’s discuss this first” Zack exchanged a look with Johnny and looked at Brian and Matt sitting down again, both slouching down on the couch, the hope already gone from their faces.

“Look, I want to go get them as much as you, but we need to get the details figured out first. If we go in there blindly and something goes wrong we have a problem. Now we still have the advantage. Come on, you know I’m right” Johnny looked at Brian and Matt who both nodded.
“Good. Well, I walked around the house, or at least tried to, but it’s too big and it’s not possible to come real close. Except for one corner. I think there must be a room there, but there were no windows. Dean saw it too” He nodded to confirm what Johnny said before he continued Johnny’s story.
“Yeah, it was weird, the whole house has quite some windows, but that corner doesn’t. Maybe it’s a large storage room or something. But my best guess.. If the girls are there. They are in that room or in the basement.”
“So what’s your idea?” Matt asked and I looked at Johnny again.
“Well, we should-” Johnny started but Brian interrupted him.
“Wait, did you notice some guards, have you seen the guys who took our women?” Brian asked looking at Matt who gave him a small nod, this was their kind of business again and I was glad seeing they were in this together.
“I did.” Dean spoke up.
“How many? Who did you see?” Brian asked and turned to Dean.
“I saw a guy through a window, I couldn’t make out his features directly, but he wore black clothes, she stood beside one of the window, leaning against. I saw him from the street when I passed the house.” Dean said and Johnny nodded. “While I walked around the house I saw one too. So at least two of the guards are there.” Johnny confirmed.
“Were they armed, could you see something?” Matt asked already making a plan in his head I could see.
“Couldn’t see that from my stance.” Johnny replied.
“Me neither.” Dean shook his head.
“Alright, so we need to expect the worst, when we make a plan to move we need to be sure who is 100% sure to be prepared and only the once who are trained coming with us.” Matt announced and looked into the round and I knew what that mean.
“I will be coming with you.” I say narrowing my eyes, I proved myself and I wouldn’t back down.
“I’m not talking about you, kid.” Matt says with a slight smile.
“Anyway, Johnny you make a plan of the house, together with Arin and if Dean can you give input as well, write everything down you noticed, all the windows, doors, backdoor, everything. Then we meet again here in about 2 hours and set the final battle plan.” Matt said we nodded knowing soon our time would come.
I saw Brian talking to Johnny and Dean standing next to him, but Brian didn’t acknowledge him and I knew they needed to settle things before we would really head out.
“Brian?” I ask and he turns towards me. “What is it kid?” He walks a couple of feet towards me.
“You know you should talk to Dean, right?” Brian rolled his eyes.
“No, I don’t. Everything is fine…”
“We need to rely on each other when we are going to get the girls, can you? Rely on him then?” I asked lifting my eyebrows.
He closed his eyes for a second and nodded “Fine, you are right. I’ll take to him, happy now?”
I grinned “A little.”
“Good, now do your work and I get my done.” Brian dismisses me and grin, hope that worked out as I planned.

Brian’s POV
I sighed heavily, I knew Arin was right and I knew I had to do it, but that doesn’t mean I really liked it.
I walked back to the table seeing how Dean pointed to the paper where Johnny sketched the outline of the house on it.
“Dean? Can I… talk to you for a second?” I asked and he turns around lifting an eyebrow.
“Sure.. what is it?” I see Johnny also lifting and eyebrow and I suppressed the need to roll my eyes again.
“In private, will you come outside for a second.”
“No fighting, Brian.” Johnny said on a laugh and I flip him off.

I walk outside and sit down on the chair waiting for Dean to sit in the one beside me.
Shit, how do I start this?
“So? What is it? You wanna lecture me or something? Say mean things ?” Dean says but I heard a smile in his voice and I shook my head.
“No, actually quite the opposite.” I say and Dean turned towards me surprise on his face.
“Okay, I didn’t expect that. Let’s hear.” He grinned again and shook my head.
“Thanks for taking care of Jacky and being her friend, I really appreciate it. And also for being here now, I know she would want to see you when we get her back.” I said and really meant it.

“Listen Brian, I know you don’t like me and that’s okay. We don’t have to be best friends. I have nothing against you and as long as you take care of my Jacky, everything is cool. She is my best friend since forever. I want her to be happy and if you are the one to make her happy, that’s okay for me. Just don’t hurt her, she deserves happiness. And you have no reason at all to be jealous.. I mean sure, I’m one hell of a man, but you aren’t so bad either… or Jacky wouldn’t have picked you.” Dean says smirking the entire time.
“I thought I could like you after you started but the rest of your speech just fucked it up again.” I chuckled and Dean also laughed, maybe we could really be friends, once I get over the jealousy and I think I was making progress in this.
“Let me tell you something, I knew right from the moment I saw you with Jacky, that you wanted more from her and she wanted more from you. I guess you both didn’t realize it at the time, but I could see it. I would have never gotten between it, man. I love Jacky, believe me I do, but she is my friend and that’s it. What you have is something different, just cherish it. And the things I say sometimes or do… well it’s just so much fun to fuck with you, that’s it.” He shrugged and I punch his shoulder.
“Okay, I got that now, it’s just hard to see your girl cuddling up with another guy, who I know means so much to her, alright… that’s kinda weird. What would you say if I do that with Olivia?” I said smirking and Dean’s eyes widen a little.
“Message received.” He grinned at the end and I held my hand out “We good now?” I asked and he took my hand firmly.
“Good, now let’s make a plan to get our girls back.” I stood up and Dean followed.
“Yeah oh and Brian?” Dean said and I turned around.
“She would want to see you first, not me… I know that, so don’t worry.” With that he walked past me and I felt like a weight was lifted of my shoulder, now the only thing we had to do is, getting them back.

Notes

The girls are making their own plan... Who will succeed sooner?
And Brian and Dean made up, getting all buddy - buddy... wonder how that will work out when Jacky is around again....If she will ever be around again...
