Drowning.

"So..." I said while tapping my foot against the hard wooden floor at the cafe, trying to wait for the perfect time to bring out the question. Jade teasingly sips her coffee, she knows that i want to ask her something but she's pretending to be completely oblivious to that fact.
"Hmmm? Do you need something?" She replied with a smug smile.
"So i heard that you're fucking Johnny." Her expression remained unchanged.
"Not fucking darling....making love." With an emphasis at the end. So she was basically fucking him.
"What's the difference?"
"Well in order to make love you need to love each other. And i love Johnny."
"Since when?" What the fuck, since when did they start dating....but then again we never told each other much about ourselves.
"Since you and Zacky got back together. At first i was afraid that i was developing actual feelings for Johnny and i didn't want to be tied down, so i went out and fucked a few guys but it just didn't feel the same. I felt guilt and sad, that's when i realized that i really did like him."
"How cute." Not really but i'm happy she finally settled down.
"Don't give me that tone, you've changed too so you can't judge."
"I'm sorry Jade, i am happy for you though. I'm happy that you've finally decided to find someone to settle down with." She looked almost surprised by my reaction, i've never been one to support her relationships but i feel like this one was going to work.
"Well....thanks. So..."
"So what are your children's names going to be?"
"Nicole!" Oh how priceless that was. "We're taking that one step at a time."
"Oh? So you guys have discussed this?" I cocked my eyebrows at her.
"Maybe, but we'd have to get married first."
"What?!"
"Ha ha don't worry you'll be the first to know, and my maid of honor."
"I better be." I glared at her as i finished up my drink and paid. I've got to tell Zacky about this. As i'm on my way out to the door i felt something hard in front of me.
"Oh shoot, i'm sorry." I looked up to see a tall man with black hair and sunglasses smiling at me.
"It's fine, don't worry about it."
"Oh, okay, um bye." Jade pushed me out of the door laughing and i nearly ran to the car, i just wanted to get away from that place. We said our goodbye's because she was going out with Johnny tonight, well i guess i'll find something to do while i wait for Zacky to come home.
