I never agreed to this

It was nerve wracking as I helped Matt and the guys with their head sets and straps making sure everything was fitting right. Matt kissed my lips before he ran out onto he stage. My heart filled with pride as I heard the thousands of people roar with excitement.
They started with Afterlife. Every once in a while Matt would turn his head and watch me move about the side of the stage.
I smiled shyly at him every time I caught him staring. Kari caught the looks and laughed at me, "Does Skylar actually have feelings for another guy?" She said, bumping me with her shoulder. I rolled my eyes.
"And if I do?" I asked, smiling at a fan standing farther away behind Kari.
Kari smiled, happily, "Then I am very happy about it, Sky." She hugged me tight and went off to go help Zacky pick out a different guitar.
I looked around and saw Matt coming towards me with sweat running down his face. I also saw Brian scowling, as he watched Matt come up to me. I wiped Matt's face off with a rag that I had.
He smiled widely, "Having fun?" He asked, pulling me to his body.
I nodded, and held onto him tightly, "Yeah, this is a lot better than selling band merch." I smiled wickedly, "I get a really good look at this really hot guy up on stage."
He chuckled and then growled playfully against my neck, "Don't play with me woman." I laughed and punched him playfully in the arm.
Brian cam up in between us, facing towards Matt, "We're back on in two." He mumbled, not even looking at me. I gave him a dirty look as her walked away but stepped towards Matt again, who still sent daggers at Brian's back.
"Hey, don't let him get you down, he's just jealous." I laughed, and hugged him again before letting him go. He smiled brightly at me, "What would I do without you?" He asked, running back towards the stage.
"You'd die without me!" I yelled back.

Brian's P.O.V.

He hasn't even asked her out officially, I thought to myself angrily as I began the opening bars of Buried Alive.
I watched Matt as he sang and walked across the stage sometimes turning his head so he could watch Skylar on the side stage. I watched her too, she watched Matt bounce around on the stage with such pride on her face. The song went without any slip ups from anyone. I watched the girls in the crowd freak out over me and my guitar shredding.
None of them were Skylar though, I made no move to smile or anything to encourage the girls, I only continued to play and prayed the concert would end soon.

Kari's P.O.V.

I watched as Brian stared hard at Sky as he played out on stage. He liked to stare at her, even though he knew she was with Matt. Or was he taking an advantage of the fact that Matt had not yet asked Skylar officially to be his girlfriend. We all heard Matt and Skylar have sex, I mean it's not like they're not together, especially since Matt displays affection towards Skylar in front of people.
I watched Skylar watch Matt. This was just a giant mess, Brian was going to get his heart broke. It hurt me to think that way but he doesn't understand that Skylar had huge feelings for Matt.
I've loved this band for what seemed like my whole life, I know Brian's reputation, and the way he looked at Skylar, with such longing, worried me.
I looked back at Skylar, she was smiling, her happiness filled my heart with joy. I loved that girl like she was my own sister, the way Joseph treated had pissed me off. I have never mentioned to anyone this but the night Skylar came to me telling me about Joseph I went to his house with a shotgun with the intent of killing him. How dare he hurt my best friend like that? I didn't kill only because he was with his new girlfriend and there was no way that I could get away with killing someone when someone else was there. So I went home and comforted Skylar the rest of the night.
Skylar has been my best friend since we were born. Our mothers were best friends. Although her mother died when we were young. Her father was never around so she moved in with me and my mother. My father was also never around to watch me grow up. She had a pretty bad childhood with bullying her about how much she weighed in high school. She had slimmed down the summer before senior year and then was raped by one of the football players. He never went to jail for it either.
Just thinking about all these bad things pissed me off and wished I could have done something that made it stop or even made sure it never happened.
I continued to watch Skylar watch Matt and watched Brian peek glances at Skylar and I knew there was going to be heartbreak somewhere.

Skylar's P.O.V.

The concert went great, the last song was beginning to end as Matt began to speak into the microphone, "Alright everybody, I have a very special someone I would really like for you all to meet." He looked over at me and motioned me to go to him.
I shook my head, backing away. He looked at me expectedly and then walked over to me, lifting me up and over his shoulder. I squeaked in surprised and demanded that he put me down.
Finally, once we were in the middle of the stage in front of thousands of people he set me down and turned me towards te crowd. My stomach immediately fell as I looked at all the faces staring in earnest.
I tried to swallow down the lump in my throat as Matt began to speak again, "Everybody this is Skylar ad I like her a lot." He turned me to face him as he leaned towards me and kissed me on the lips, "Skylar, will you be my girlfriend."
I smiled, and giggled a little bit, deciding to play with him, "I don't know Matt," He frowned slightly, "I thought I already was."
He smiled suddenly and lifted me up in a hug as the crowd erupted into applause. Matt spun me around before setting me down again.
We heard Brian huff from behind us and walk backstage.
Matt rolled his eyes and then said good night to the crowd before leading me backstage to everyone else.
He kissed me deeply then turned towards the guys, "Let;s party!" He exclaimed, high fiving Zacky.
