Rick POV

Hell, this had to be the longest night of my life. First a douchebag starts to pick on me because of Katelyn, then a huge fight started until I realized there was that son of a bitch involved in all of this. That same son of a bitch I caught Katelyn with. The interaction with him didn’t go as planned, he busted my face pretty bad and my stomach still hurts from his punching.

To make the night worse, I’ve been arrested. I promise, I sure promise that Brian haven’t seen the last of me yet. Once we arrive at the interrogation center, I stay put and quiet. They keep asking me about the club and Katelyn. Whether I have forced her to be part of the club, whether I have abused her, whether I love her but see her as my property. I answer to all of these questions, but not out loud.

No, I didn’t force her to be a stripper in my club, although I told her I would love her to be so. Abuse, I do not call that abuse. When she misbehaves, I have to control her and teach her not to misbehave again. So, no I have not abused her, I just teach her lessons in my own way and my own terms as she has to obey me. Yes I do love her, I love women. But the male has to be the alpha, we have to be the dominant in the relationship. Or else it would get out of control. Even during sex, whenever Katelyn tried to be in control, I always made her change her mind one way or another, by teaching her another lesson. I have to be in control at all times.

After long hours staying put in this small, stinky room, they finally let me go. They did not charge me with anything because apparently they did not have enough evidence to charge me with abuse or something else. Well, fucking great! I can get the hell out of here! I cannot wait to see Katelyn again. Hell, I sure can’t wait to see Brian and his pack. I promised him that that night was not over, and I sure am going to keep my promises.

As soon as I get out I looked at all the missed calls from the club. I think they got to know what happened last night. I try to call them but it’s no use. Damn it! For now the Katelyn-Brian situation has to wait for a bit, I have to go to the club and clear some things out.

Once I arrive I notice that the girls were there. Hmmm, that’s weird. I go in quickly and make myself on stage, as I talk with Michael to see what’s going on.
“Why are the girls here? Why were you calling me?”
“Hey man, I heard what happened and thought you weren’t to be here for a while!”
“Yeah there was a misunderstanding that’s all…”
“I’m glad Rick. So we won’t have to look for a new owner right? Everything back to normal?” he quickly asks me. New owner?! Fuck no!!
“New owner? Sure as hell not! Everything as normal, tonight we’ll open, the guys come in, make some more money and have a good time with the girls”.
“Perfect! Let me clear some things with the girls then”.

Once this situation was over, I head back to Katelyn’s house. I don’t know whether she was in the club or not, didn’t see her. Not even Nina. So, I head to her house, I need to fuckin see that face of hers and I need some good explanation from her slutty mouth. I search for the spare key that she gave me while back, where the hell is the key? I cannot find the key. So instead I rang the doorbell. Her car is still here, so she should be here.

“Katelyn, honey. Open the door!”
No response. I bang on the door, heavily this time. Again, nothing.
“Katie, I know you’re in there. Your car is still here! Don’t make the situation worse than it already is. Just open the door, will you?”
Maybe she’s really not here. I sigh, for now she can escape from me, but tonight she doesn’t stand a chance. She has to come to work, I made it perfectly clear during the meeting. I will speak to her tonight, I will teach her the lesson she deserves.


Matt POV
Today I spent the day relaxing at home. I haven’t met or talked to the guys yet after yesterday. I think we all deserved a little more sleep. I’m glad that Rick got what he deserved, Johnny had spoken to the police and told them that Rick abuses his girlfriend.

As I’m playing some video games, I heard my phone ringing. God, what now!? Can’t I play in peace? I look at the caller ID, it’s Brian. What does he want? I hit the speaker button.
“You better have a fucking good reason why you’re calling, I’m in the middle of a game so just say what you have to say and hang up” I tell him while still playing.
“Dude where are you? I need to talk to you, like right now!” he speaks fast.
“Erm, I’m at my home. What’s wrong?”
“Cool, I should be there any second now. Just get dressed, you’re coming with me!”
“Come with you? Come with you where?”
“No time to explain now. Just, fuck, can’t you just get ready and so what I ask you for once?” he yells over the phone. Geez what the hell is wrong with him?!
“Ok, fine, I will”, I slam the controller over the couch and turn off the game, “I switched off the game”.

I get up and put a shirt on while waiting for Brian. Something was definitely wrong, he sounded agitated and he was sure speeding. I get out of my house to wait for him outside. Just a couple of seconds afterwards I hear some tires screeching not far away. It’s him, I recognize the black 2007 BMW 3 Series. He hit the brake once he saw me.
“Get in Matt”.
As soon as I shut the car door, he sped again.
“Haner, what’s wrong?”
“We got a huge problem Matt!”
“Which is?” I ask blankly.
“Rick is out of prison. Katelyn phoned me to tell me this. He was at the club today and he’s still going to be the owner of Scream”, he says, while his grip tightens around the steering wheel.
“What? It can’t be!! He fuckin abuses a woman! They can’t let him go! What the fuck is wrong with the system?!” I say angrily.
“Yeah, well, they fuckin did! I am going to pick Katelyn, she should be somewhere here”, he says while looking outside the window. “There she is”.

As soon as I notice Katelyn, it’s clear that she has been crying and was scared to death. She opened the car door with shaken hands and got in, as Brian sped away to his house.
“It’s all fucked up!” she says, with panic in her voice.
“Wait, let me get this straight! He came to the club, like everything is normal?” I ask her.
“Well, first they told us that we’re going to have a different management team, didn’t tell us why. The next thing I know, Nina was all shocked looking at the stage and I noticed Rick! He didn’t see me though, I tried my best to avoid him. But tonight, tonight I have…”
“Tonight you’re going to stay in my house. You’re not going to go to work, that’s ridiculous!” Brian says while pulling to his parking space.

“I can’t Brian! He warned us, we all have to be there and have to put a great show! He warned us Brian, there’s nothing I can do, I have to go!” she says while Brian opens the door.
“Katelyn, that’s insane! He recognized me, for sure he’s suspecting you had a part in all of this! And I don’t even want to think what will he do to you once he sees you”, Brian tells Katelyn while walking fast into the living room.
“Katelyn, it’s risky I have to agree with Brian on this one. The probability is that he already suspects in you”. I sit on the couch next to Brian, while Katelyn comes in front of us with tears in her eyes.
“You think I haven’t thought of that Matt? Why do you think I’m this scared? And it’s not just about me, it’s about you as well. You should be afraid! Oh fuck, we shouldn’t have done anything and just let it slip like the other occasions!” she turns her back to us.

“Wait, I still don’t regret what we did. But now we have to come up with another plan on how to keep you safe while still being able to go to work”, I tell her. Honestly, I can’t seem to think of a really good plan right now, it’s too fucking complicated.
Brian gets up and moves towards Katelyn, pulling her in a tight hug.
“Stop crying now, I’m sure we’ll plan something else so that he truly gets what he deserves as well as protecting you and us”. He looks at me while still hugging her, with a worried expression on his face. We both knew that for now, that was a big fat lie.
