Two Vibrant Hearts

**Morgan's POV**

Brian has been ignoring Michelle for weeks and part of me is glad while the other part feels guilty. I certainly don't want her to steal Brian away from me but they did used to be friends so I don't want to be the reason they aren't speaking anymore.

I tried to wave hi to Michelle when we got to their house earlier but she sent me a icy death glare so I know that she blames me for their fallout.

Jimmy is here with a date and part of me is happy for him while the other part is slightly jealous of her. Ugh, please don't get me wrong.... I want to be with Brian but after Jimmy kissed me in the girl's bathroom that day, I can't help but feel slightly attracted to him. Regardless, we are both happy in our relationships and so I'm happy.

The rest of the night was pretty uneventful outside of Michelle kissing Johnny in an attempt to make Brian jealous but it backfired horribly and she not only got ignored by him, she also got rejected by Johnny.

Everyone else except me found it to be completely hysterical but I just kind of felt bad for her. I look over at Brian who is playing a video game against Matt and decide to sneak off to use the bathroom. I walk past a door and hear muffled crying coming from the other side and my heart breaks.

...it's Michelle's room.

**Dora's POV**

It's starting to get late and Jimmy still need to drive me back to my car before I head home to my probably worried sick mother.

Jimmy had asked me earlier if I had wanted to be girlfriend and as much as I wanted to scream "YES" right then and there, I didn't want to inflate his ego anymore so I told him I would give him my answer at the end of the night. I lean over and whisper in his ear, "Can you take me back to my car? I really need to get home before my mom has a heart attack"

He nods his head and we say goodbye to everyone before making our way back towards the beach. Jimmy keeps giving me sideways glances and I can't help but chuckle softly. "Hey...it's not funny! I've been waiting all night for you to tell me your answer and you're torturing me" he says with a pout.

We pull up next to my car and I jump out and lean against my driver's side door and Jimmy comes and cages me in with his arms. I stand up on my tippy toes and softly peck his lips, "Yes, I'll be your girlfriend...did you actually believe that I wouldn't say yes?" I tease and he shrugs his shoulder and smiles back at me.

"I didn't want to assume anything about us...I want to know for a fact that you want me a much as I want you" he says and wiggles his eyebrows playfully at me.

Oh boy, do I want him!


**Johnny's POV**

I can't believe Michelle thought that I would just be cool with her using me to make Brian jealous...I may be young but I'm not that dumb!

I just turned 15 about a month ago so I tell myself that I'm finally closer in age to my crush so now is the perfect time to ask her out and I don't need Michelle messing it up for me.

I've never actually spoken to Dani because we aren't in the same classes together at Marina High School but from what I've noticed, we have the same takes in music and her personality seems super laid back and not filled with drama, like most girls her age.

We only live about a block away from each other so I decide to take a walk and see if she might be outside. I can see the swing on the front porch swaying back and forth and Dani's brunette hair swinging along with the rhythm.

She catches me looking and I begin to panic that she's going to scream at me for being some kind of creepy stalker pervert, but instead she waves me over and pats the seat next to her.

"Hey" I mumble out and she lets out a small chuckle as I nervously wring my hands together.

"Happy belated birthday" she says and I'm completely shocked that she would even know that my birthday was a few weeks ago.

"Ummm...wow....thank you! I didn't even think you knew when my birthday was" I admit and she blushes.

"November 18th....I hope that you don't think I'm creepy for knowing that" she laughs and I'm not at all creeped out, I'm actually turned on because she noticed. I shift my hand down to cover my lap and pray she doesn't notice my boner. "I didn't get you a gift so I hope you don't mind a surprise" she says in a semi-seductive manner before leaning over and kissing me. I try to deepen the kiss but she pulls back and licks her lips then frowns.

Oh god, she thinks I'm a bad kisser!!!
