A Little Piece Of Hell

~Matt's P.O.V~ I drove for awhile trying to clear my head of the thoughts of Val. It happened so long ago, but yet it still burned fresh in my memory. I loved her, and she never loved me. She pretended the whole time so that I would let her go. Maybe I was wrong for making the rule that no one could keep a girl they fall in love with. Maybe Zacky, Johnny, Arin, and Jimmy could be capable of falling in love without any problems, such as mine. No! Damn it, stop thinking like that! Women are evil, deceiving bitches! They don't deserve a chance. Your doing your friends a favor! Besides, they would never accept what we are. Zacky should be thankful I'm saving him from getting his heart broken. Although, I was going to have to set him straight about his attitude. Too much to think about. I decided to stop at a little diner that I noticed on the side of the road. It l ooked pretty rough, but it was not anything I couldn't handle. I walked in, noticing Johnny with a girl sitting at a booth. I smirked. New victim. Pretty too. Good job Johnny! I walked over and slapped Johnny on the back of the head. He got up ready to fight. I don't blame him. You could probably get killed in this place. "Calm yourself short shit. Why didn't you tell me you had a new friend?" I asked. Johnny looked like he was going to run out the door. She was wide eyed staring at me. Not the normal 'OH MY GOD, YOUR M. SHADOWS!' this was a more frightened look. "I'm Matt, and you are?" I asked. She looked to Johnny. He nodded. "I-I'm Amber." She looked down. Then I recognized her. Syn had brought her in about a year ago. She was his victim first. Syn never keeps his victims very long. When he decided to kill her, and was dragging her to the basement, Johnny had been in the hallway. He chuckled with Syn about ending her life. I noticed the look he gave her that day. Quickly he asked Syn if he could have her instead. Syn gave it thought, and then handed her over to him. It wasn't unusual, most of us had some of Syn's leftovers. However, it was unusual to bring them out of the house. It was also against the rules. I noticed I had been staring at Amber. I decided to play it out. "You look so familiar." I said. "Uhh I just moved here, so I don't know how." She replied, her voice barely a whisper. I hated it when victims lie to me. It took all I could not to break her neck right there. 'Oh, okay." I turned to Johnny, giving him a stare that would guarantee him to be jumpy for a few weeks. "Well, I think I better go now. Have to deal with some problems at home." I emphasized the word problems. Johnny looked defeated, but still he continued with his lie. "Alright man. See you later. Bye Amber Johnson." I said her last name letting her know I knew who she was. I walked out the door without looking back until I was outside. As I drove by, Johnny and Amber were looking at me from their booth. Fear in their eyes. I decided to let it go. Maybe Johnny wanted a date. He loves to abuse too much for him to ever settle down. Surely, Amber wouldn't accept Johnny's ways. Syn scarred her. She will forever fear our kind. Right? ~Syn's P.O.V~ I still can hear her voice begging me not to kill her. Michelle always came to my mind when I was with my victims. Which caused me to be worse with them. Jimmy was easy with her, not me. This new victim suffered through Hell, death being the ending. Jimmy looked at me. "Bri, don't!" But it was too late. I snapped her neck, before realising what I was doing. "Oh, damn Jim I'm sorry!" I apologized. I hadn't meant to kill his victim. "It's alright man. At least I got to fuck her first." He laughed. Then an idea hit me. How would Zacky feel if Jayla chose me first? Surely he would hate her, and he would definitely want revenge on her. That's it. I have to make Jayla fall for me. I'll use her for awhile and then, I'll give her to Zacky. This will be perfect. I walked away from Jimmy not acknowledging a word he said. ~Jimmy's P.O.V~ He just walked away. I knew better then to bother him. When Brian is deep in thought he tends to be a bit grouchy. Interrupting him would not end well. Well, time to go get Jayla. I arrived at her house at 3:30 A.M. I was supposed to arrive when she was awake, but that wasn't going to happen. I picked the lock and entered silently. I picked a room and entered. Oops. This was her best friend's room. Sweet, two girls in one night. I could do this, but first, Jayla. I left this room and went to the one across the hall. Jayla was asleep on the bed. I woke her up. "Jayla, honey? Wake up." She opened her eyes. "Am I dead?" She asked after realizing who I was. "Yes sweetheart, I'm afraid you are." I played my game. "I'm here to bring you home." I said smilling. "Can I stay with you? You know... Up there?" She asked. I chuckled. She thinks I would go to heaven. "Of course, beautiful." I answered. "What about Kiersten?" She asked sleepily. "She's coming too. Your uh, house burnt down. You were both killed in the fire. I'm so sorry. Everything will look just as it did. This is an illusion. To make you feel more comfortable." I lied. "Oh okay." She said. "I'm going to carry you. I will come back to collect your friend." I whispered in her ear. "Okay." She said, falling asleep, smiling. I smiled down at her, carrying her to the car and placing her in the passenger seat. I ran back in the house. Her friend would not be so easy to lure, so I drugged her and carried her out. I laid her friend in the backseat and drove to the house. I was excited. Two new play things!
