Welcome To The Family

**Debbie's POV**

I still can't believe that I'm sneaking behind my husbands back and attending Matt and Michelle's impromptu Vegas wedding, full well knowing that Nik disapproves.

Can you blame me though? A child's wedding day is one of the days a mother dreams of from the minute her baby is born. I'm just worried about how today is going to affect Valary...I'm sure it won't be easy watching her ex-fiancé marry her identical twin sister...no matter how much she kids herself into believing she truly happy for them.

I pull up to the hotel and check into my room...there is no way that I'm going straight there looking like a tired old lady. I jump in the shower to wake myself up, before doing my hair and makeup. My cell phone starts ringing and I can already tell that it's Nik by the ringtone. I packed a bag and left in the middle of the night so he's probably freaking out right about now.

I walk all into the other room, grab my phone and answer it curtly, "What?" I snip and I hear him take a sharp intake of air...I never talk to him like this!

"Where are you?" he asks with an obvious sadness to his voice and I can't tell he's regretting the way he acted yesterday.

I bite my lower lip because I have no Idea what to say...Do I break my promise to the girls and lose their trust or tell my husband a lie and hope he doesn't find out the truth???

I chose vague truth! "I-I need a break away after the way you acted yesterday...I'll call you later" I say quickly before hanging up the phone. "Argh!!!!!!!" I scream loudly to myself before finishing getting ready.

I leave my cell phone in the room and hurry over to the chapel. When I arrive I see Johnny and Zacky standing outside smoking a cigarette and I walk over and pull the one out from between Zacky's lips and take a long drag off of it.

"Whoa Mrs. D...are you ok?" Zacky asks and I nod my head and take another long drag...I don't smoke but the nicotine is calming my nerves right about now. I hand him back his smoke and he smirks at me with his adorable, pierced lips, "Hmm Mrs. D. If you wanted to share spit I can make it more enjoyable than that" he teases and steps closer to me.

I push him back by his forehead and laugh, "You couldn't handle this, young man" I state and Johnny clutches his stomach and doubles over in laughter.

"Oh damn, BURRRNNNN!" Johnny snorts before Zacky pushes him against the outside wall.

Suddenly, a limo pulls up and Jimmy, Matt and Brian pile out dressed handsomely in tuxedos. Val slides out next wearing a fitted white dress...oh Valary no, only the bride wears white to a wedding, that's a major faux pa. Michelle shimmies out last wearing a fluffy ball gown and a huge grin across her face.

Both the girls come rushing over and I toss my arms over both of them. "Oh you girls look beautiful!" I sob and they both wipe the tears away from my cheeks. It's then that I notice it...a shiny diamond ring on Valary's left hand...oh god, she wearing white for a reason.

I grab her hand and gawk at the ring and Michelle bounces happily next to me, "Brian proposed" Val says softly while Michelle squeals with joy.

"...and she said yes!!!!" Michelle screams and my jaw drops but I'm not exactly sure why. I don't know if it's because Valary is getting married too or because Michelle is genuinely happy for her.

Matt and Brian both approach and the simultaneously place a kiss on both my cheeks. Oh jeez,I don't know what is with these guys today but they sure make an old lady feel good about herself.

I stare over at Brian, "So am I witnessing you marrying my daughter today as well?" I ask and he nods his head. Oh Nik, is really going to flip out now!

We head inside and the couples stand up at the alter with Jimmy, Zacky and Johnny standing next to them as the groomsmen. I grab the box of tissue the have on the seat next to me and start crying as the ceremony starts.

Finally its it's time for the vows and Matthew goes first...

" I, Matthew Charles Sanders, take you, Michelle Louise DiBenedetto, to be my lawful wedded wife, from this day forward, to have and to hold as an equal partner in my life, to whom I give my deepest love and devotion. I humbly open my heart to you as a sanctuary of warmth and peace. I take with you all of your faults and your strengths as I offer myself to you, with my faults and strengths. I will love you enough to risk being hurt, trust you when I don't understand, weep with you in heartache, and celebrate with you in joy. I will receive you as my equal throughout all out days"

At this point I'm a blubbering mess and Johnny kindly comes over and comforts me as Michelle repeats the vows back to Matt. The officiant addresses them both now...

"By the power vested in me by the great state of Nevada, I now pronounce you, Mr. And Mrs. Matthew Charles Sanders...you may kiss the bride"

Matt wraps his arms around Michelle's waist and dips her back before gently kissing her lips. Everyone claps loudly then quiets back down as the Officiant turns to face Brian and Valary.

"I, Valary Renee DiBenedetto, take you, Brian Elwin Haner Jr., to be my husband, my friend and my love. On this day I affirm the relationship we have enjoyed, and look to the future to keep and strengthen it even more. I will be yours, in plenty and in want, in sickness and in health, in failure and in triumph. Together, we will dream, and live as one while still respecting one another's boundaries, we will stumble but restore each other, and we will share all things regardless of the consequences. I will cherish, comfort, encourage and support you, for as long as I shall live"

I sob uncontrollably and my tears stain the sleeve of Johnny's jackets. Brian softly repeats the vows back to Val while tenderly rubbing her cheek. I didn't think that these relationships would honestly last due to the past that everyone shared but they are proving me wrong. I have never seen two couples more in love with each other.

The Officiant repeats his words from before, "By the power vested in me by the great state of Nevada, I now pronounce you, Mr. and Mrs. Brian Elwin Haner Jr....you may kiss the bride"

Brian picks Val up bridal style and passionately kisses her lips as she squirms in his arms for him to put her down. "OoOo Mr. Haner put me down before I annul this marriage right now!" she shrieks and we all start cracking up laughing.

I'm such a proud and happy mom right now!

So I think I'm going to end this here and possibly spin off the couples at a later time to see if the birth of the kids brings any strain to the newly married couples :)
