We finished eating in silence our pancake, Brian Sr and Suzy joined us. They were looking pretty tired. I couldn't help but laugh, looking at Brian who couldn't help but smile too. We were the teenagers after all, we were supposed to be the ones still tired all the time!

“You guys seem pretty tired, did you have a great night?” Brian asked to his parents.

Suzy was sipping her coffee, her eyes lost in front of her, they both had dark circles under their eyes.

“Oh, I should be asking that question to you guys...” Brian Sr. said, looking at us with a smirk on his mouth.

I looked over Brian, my cheeks getting red, I waited until his father was looking down his plate to look Brian with my big round eyes. Brian shrugged his shoulders and smile.

“We had an incredible night. A lot of sleep!” Brian answered to his father still looking at me.

Without even looking at eachother, they fist bump together. I couldn't believe it! Brian was so shy to talk about it the day before and then he was fooling around with his dad. I rolled my eyes up in the air, trying to cover my red cheeks.

“Don't forget, I'm still somehow your daughter.” I said, looking at Brian Sr. who looked directly into my eyes.

“Yeah and that's awesome that you end up with my son, cause I don't have to worry with who's douchebag you're having sex with!” He said having a sip of his coffee.

Brian laughed next to him. I rolled my eyes up in the air again.

“What a nice family conversation...” I turned myself to Suzy who was still so concentrated on her coffee, not even listening to the conversation. “Suzy, how long has it been that you had sex?” As soon as she heard her name she looked at me, offended. She looked at her husband, mouth open.

“Yesterday, actually.” Brian Sr. said taking an other sip of his coffee.

I covered my ears, I really wasn't expecting this. Brian looked at me discusted face on, like me. Brian's father was looking at us, smirk on his face again. I was expecting more something like : It's not in your business. Then I would have answered : Like Brian and I sexual life. But obviously it didn't work how I wanted.

“Gross! Eww!” I stoop up my chair. “Please, I have enough of these kinds of conversation! Brian let's get out of here.” I said taking my plate and putting it in the sink. Brian followed me.

“I totally agree.” He said behind my ear, putting his plate too in the sink.

I took my purse and we hurried getting out of the house as quick as we could. We sat into Brian's car. I couldn't help but sigh.

“Your dad is incredible..” I said looking in front of me as Brian started the car, he laughed next to me and said

“Don't forget he's yours too.”

“Not blood relative. Hopefully. I'm the only one in this family who's reserved...”

“Suzy's too.” Brian said looking at the road in front of him.

“She still helps him writing his prostitute sex.. whatever, songs.” I sighed and shook my head. “Anyway, I don't want to talk about it anymore. Where are we going?” I looked at him.

“I thought about going to the mall, I'm not totally done buying all the gifts.”

“Good idea, mines are not ready either.”

Brian drove us to the mall, we started looking for the parents gifts. After finding the newest CD from an other humoristic band that Brian Sr. like a lot and finding a cute painting that perfectly fit in the living room for Suzy, Brian and I decided to leave each others some time a lone to shop each other's gift. I kissed Brian one last time before he went on his own shopping. What he didn't know was that I wasn't really gone, I followed him (what a bad girl was I...) I followed him until I saw him stopping by a lingerie shop,looking at the little outfit in the window. I sighed and took out my phone.

Don't even dare buying me this outfit for Christmas!

I texted to him. I hid myself behind a plant next to me and watched Brian behind it. He took out his phone and smiled to it. He looked all around himself and then started typing something down.

Which one, the white or the pink one? Xx

I sighed and laughed as I looked at him again, trying to find me. I texted.

Which one do you prefer yourself?

He looked for a second at the two outfit, well outfit was a large word. Let's say more, pieces of fabric. He then took his phone again.

The pink one would be goddamn hot on you.

I rolled my eyes and texted.

That's totally the one that covers less! And you know I hate pink!

He laughed and texted back.

Pink's the new black babe, get used to it!

I sighed and stood up, as soon as I stepped forward Brian, he looked in my direction and smiled to me.

“Did you really want to buy me this for Christmas?” I asked him as I crossed my arms.

“Not only that but yeah kinda.” He said with his cocky smile on.

“What about we get in, so I can try on the pink one?” I said as I took Brian by the arm.

“Yessss!” Brian said as he kissed my cheek and we entered into the shop.
