(Love) Contract

Tara’s POV

I watched Brian take Jimmy to the kitchen and they closed all the doors, my eyes moved over to Matt who stood only a few feet way.
It was kind of strange seeing him here now, I just thought it was normal not to have him around and then he was here again.
I felt his eyes on me and I didn’t know if I liked that or not.
“You and Brian had fun?” He asked and it sounded annoyed, I lifted my head to look at him.
“Yes, we went to a bar there was playing a friend of yours. It was really good.” I told him and he nodded.
“Right, nice…” He kept staring at me but didn’t say anything, it was uncomfortable and not the way it had been with us before.

I let my eyes wander over his body and remembered the time I let my hands move over his naked skin, not as much as I liked since we have been nearly caught by Brian.
He made a step towards me and put his hand on my arm, he looked me deep in the eyes and I felt better at his soothing touch, even though I felt a small jolt at his touch.
“And now for real, everything is alright?” Matt asked and I nodded, I found it touching that he seemed to be concerned.
“Yes, we come along good. I like Brian… I am just a little afraid that, you know… the others won’t like me. That there will be trouble on the tour… I told Brian the same… And after this morning, I know what Jimmy is here because of me… Did I do something wrong?” I asked and made step closer, Matt hand still resting on my arm, when I moved forward he put the hand away and laid it down on my waist.
It felt kind of natural and I liked his hands on me, it felt completely different than Brian’s and I was more than confused right now.
“Did I make a mistake?” I whispered and Matt’s eyes moved from my eyes to my lips, in reflex I licked them and Matt leaned down a little, but seemed to regain his thinking.
“No, you didn’t do anything wrong. Jimmy always is suspicious, but he is a good guy. He is Brian’s best friend and I mean.. we are all friends, no question but him and Brian it’s even more… Jimmy is just concerned, I think he is just talking to Brian if you are treating him right.. that’s about it.” Matt said and pulled his hand away and laid it on my cheek.

I closed my eyes, this was wrong, if I didn’t want to make Jimmy more suspicious or Brian as well I had to keep my fingers off Matt and he should do the same.
I put my hand on Matt’s and when he showed me a dimple smile I thought about my next move once more because I really had a hard time resisting this.
But I shook my head slightly, pulled his hand away from my face and shoved it back at him.
And in exactly that moment the door opened and Jimmy and Brian walked in together, Brian had a frown on his face and Jimmy lifted an eyebrow.
“Here see?” Matt was the one to act first and the first one to speak “A small spider.” He held his hand out as if he had snatched it away from me and I got what he wanted to show here.
Nothing happened.
“Put it away” I told him and moved a step back.
“Alright, since we all seemed to settle this now, how about you guys leave finally and not come back, before… Wednesday?”Brian asked and moved over to me and pulled me into his side.
“Yeah, we will leave. Wednesday is the start of the small tour, we will have to talk about the details when we are leaving. I will call you guys then.” Matt announced and moved together with Jimmy to the door.
“Sounds like a plan. And remember I don’t wanna see either of you here again, not until Wednesday.” Brian repeated with a glare.
Jimmy still looked skeptical but nodded finally and Matt looked at me a moment longer but then left together with Jimmy and Brian shut the door with his foot.

Brian’s POV
Today was Tara’s first day of work, I talked to Chris earlier via phone and we managed to get her out of the schedule for the tour, he wasn’t too happy about it, but he would manage.

That was also the reason I came to the bar with Tara. I had to promise her that I wouldn’t be drinking and that I wouldn’t do any other harm, which involved everything fun.
Tara wanted to arrive here early to make up for the time she had to take off for our small tour. I told her Chris was fine and she didn’t have to make up, but it was Tara and I couldn’t convince her, naturally.

“Hey Tara, thank you for being here early. Alessia will arrive at any second, you can help her prepare.” Chris smiled and hugged Tara then went over to me and hugged me.
“You don’t start any shit here tonight, Gates or I will fucking throw you out myself this time.” Chris said it as a joke, but I knew he was honest to his words if I would act out… again.
“Don’t worry, I’m the driver.. one beer and that’s it for me tonight. I will just have an eye out for my girl. That’s about it.”
“Then you will have a long night ahead of you, because Tara’s is in until the end the next two days.” Chris grinned and I lifted my eyebrow.
“Great… sitting here all night and not allowed drinking, that will be fun.” I said sadly looking at Tara, hoping she would release me from my vow of not drinking more than one beer but she knew what I was getting to and shook her head.

“What do I see there? Is that my band mate?” I heard a familiar voice and when I turned around I saw Zacky walking in, together with the girl he had disappeared with after our band meeting.
“Hey, man.” I hugged him and shook the hand of his company.
“You remember, Alessia? Alessia this is Brian and you know Tara, since you guys are working together right?” Zack asked and Tara and Alessia nodded and hugged each other.
“Wow, band meeting and girlfriends? Everything in my bar? I’m humbled… but now, say goodbye to your girls’ because they are mine for the evening, don’t start on me, you know how I mean that.” Chris said and turned away.

I looked at Zack and we both shrugged. I moved close to Tara and put my hands on her hips, pulling her into my body.
“Have a good day of work, I will be around, watching you, don’t forget.” I whispered into her ear and felt her shiver.
“I know, babe. And you better don’t forget, not flirting, drinking and fighting.” She bites my earlobe and I could only hardly suppress a groan.
“You drive me crazy.” I kissed her finally and sucked on her bottom lips, she pulled away and I slapped her ass.

I looked over at Chris who was waiting for the girl’s already upstairs, but Zacky was giving nearly the same treatment to Alessia like I did to Tara.
I shoved his shoulder and he let go of Alessia, “They are working, fucking stop it.” I told him with a smirk.
“You are the one to tell, asshole.” Zacky shot back and send Alessia away with another small kiss.
“Are you staying or leaving?” I asked him and Zacky lifted an eyebrow. “I planned on leaving, but if you are staying I could have a drink or two…” He smirked and I nodded.
“Sounds like a plan to me.” We grabbed two beers from the fridge and sat down on the bar, this way we would have a close look at our girls.
I knew that I wouldn’t have any need for it but it wouldn’t hurt either.
“So you and Alessia are exclusive?” I asked him after the first sip on my beer.
“Well…” Zack stuttered a little and I laughed.
“Nice, bro… you don’t know or you don’t want to know?” I asked still laughing.
“I am not like you apparently, telling your friends not for months and months… Alessia and I are just staring to date, but it went pretty good yesterday if you know what I mean…” Zacky grinned at me.
“Fuck yeah.” I nodded and remembered that I still didn’t get any sexy time, 2 times interrupted.
And I still had two things to figure out, something was going on between Tara and Matt I didn’t know about… or maybe I was seeing things?
Was Jimmy right that something was wrong, or was he just sensing that Tara and I were just playing?
Did he sense that or was it something else he was talking about?
Why else would he bring up Chelle?
And the second thing was these stupid phone calls from this person without real number or name and not talking when I picked up…
Was that also the reason she came to my bed last night?
Not that I am complaining but something was bothering her and something was up with these calls.
