(Love) Contract

Zack’s POV

I had to grin while I walked together with Alessia out of Brian’s house.
We were done with the meeting and set everything up for our small festival trip next week.
“Will you tell me which the moment was where I missed becoming your girlfriend?” Alessia asked and chuckled a little.
I looked at her with a smile “Well, it just happened. They said it, I didn’t deny it.”
“Your or my car?” Alessia asked and I nodded at my car.
“I will drive.” We moved to the car and I opened the door for her, she climbed inside but before I could close the door she held her hand out. “Wait.”
“Yeah?” I leaned a little down and she finally pressed her lips to mine and kissed me.
I opened my mouth a little to intensify the kiss and she didn’t pull away, her tongue brushed mine and I groaned slightly.
The kiss got deeper and I leaned down to her, nearly falling together with her back into the car seat.
She pulled away with a smile and I frowned “Why now?”
“Felt like it was the right moment.” She put her seatbelt on and grinned.“We can leave now.”

I chuckled walked around the car and sat down, then looked at her “Directly to my home or still eating first?”
“Oh I knew I shouldn’t have done that, you know, that all credits are gone again now.” She shook her head and I laughed.
“Damn, I knew it was too early to joke about that…” I started the engine and made my way to the restaurant.
“Where are we going?” Alessia asked.
“I will show you my favorite restaurant and if you like we could do something else later? Maybe cinema?” I asked her and she nodded.
“I like that, sounds like a nice first date?” Alessia asked with a smile.
“I knew you’d like that.”

Our dinner was nice we talked a lot and Alessia told me about her life and what she was doing when she wasn’t working.
“How about I will take you to a Baseball game next week? I love baseball!” I asked her and was excited that I found someone who was also into sports.
“I never have been to a Baseball game, sounds like fun. But maybe you should give me a crash course of the rules beforehand.” Alessia smiled.
“Oh sure, babe. I will take all time in the world to give you a lesson.” I grinned and Alessia lifted a eyebrow at me.
“Why did that sound so dirty, coming from you?”
I smirked “I’m a dirty boy, you wanna know how dirty?”
Alessia laughed and shook her head “Let’s see how the rest of the day goes before I make any further decisions…”
“Alright, I will give you that.” I nodded and motioned for the waitress that I wanted the bill.

Brian’s POV

Finally the guys left after Zack was already gone for quite a while, Johnny seemed to come along great with Tara, he had asked her a couple of questions and she could answer all of them and even made him laugh.
I saw Matt eyeing everything and didn’t really know what his problem was.
Jimmy was a little more suspicious, he was watching Tara with narrowed eyes and even followed her into the kitchen and I knew that Tara must feel uncomfortable.
I need to ask her later on what Jimmy asked so we knew how to handle him and if I had to change something on my tactic.
But I didn’t really want to, because damn I liked to flirt with Tara.
I knew that Matt still hadn’t agreed to leave this evening but I already had a plan B in my mind, if he really thought that he could make me stay here with him and Tara together, just because I had a little problem with alcohol yesterday, didn’t mean I would fuck up all the time.
I wanted to make it up to her and I would… and maybe the evening would end even better, with me and her in some nice hotel bed?

“Brian?” Matt looked at me and I nodded “Yeah?”
“I will pack up my shit and be gone this evening, but - I will tell Tara the same, if she needs help with anything, I will come back and I will stay. Got me?” Matt said and I nodded.
“Got it. What changed your mind?” I asked and looked around.
“Where is Tara?”
“She said something about getting ready for your surprise or something… what did you plan?”
“Don’t change the subject. What changed your mind?” I asked again.
Matt sighed, “I think she can handle you, I just don’t want you to… hurt her or fuck… I just want you to be normal again. Be a friend and band mate again and if she really can help you with that, I’m on board. But Brian… she is my employee, don’t.. don’t make her run away.”
“What? Run away? What could make her run away from this?” I motioned down on me and Matt rolled his eyes.
“I will try to behave, alright? But I’m only a man… and she is only a woman and if you want to admit it or not, I saw you eyeing her and-” Matt was about to open his mouth and say something but I interrupted him.
“Don’t deny it… I saw you and who wouldn’t, damn she is hot, she is funny and I like her and so do you, I will have a little fun if I can and don’t tell me you wouldn’t if you had the chance?”
Matt looked down and I took this as yes.
“See, I knew it… so you cannot hold that against me, can you? No, anyway it’s not like I will marry her or anything, we are like friends and if friends wanna have fun… we will and if not, fine I can wait, she will surrender to me, one way or another…”I said and Matt lifted an eyebrow at me not really convinced as I would guess but he would see.

Tara came back a few minutes later wearing the new dress I bought for her which her sister picked out and she looked amazing. I got up and walked around her, taking in her new outfit.
“I don’t think I can take you out like that…” Tara frowned.
“Why? Something wrong?” Tara looked down on herself.
“No, you are just too good-looking to go out, I guess I would have too many men surrounding you wanting a picture with you and not pictures with me.” I smirked and Tara rolled her eyes.
“Will you now tell me where we are going?” She asked and I saw her glancing at Matt who didn’t say anything.
I walked over to him, laying my arm around his shoulder, “Come on Matt, tell her how gorgeous she looks.”
“You look beautiful.” Matt said and Tara blushed, I made her this huge compliment and just got an eye roll and he just said beautiful and made her blush?
Alright, maybe I need to tone down a little bit.

“Nope, I won’t tell. Still a surprise, but we need to leave now if we wanna make it in time.”
“Wait.” Matt stood up and walked over to us, he grabbed Tara’s elbow and looked down on her.
“I told Brain already that I will be moving out tonight. I think it looks better when you and him are living here alone, this would make it more… real.” He swallowed a little and let go of her elbow.
“But I want you to call me, if you need help. I told Brian this as well, if he can’t control… his fun… then call me and I will be coming back. You got my number, no matter when, alright?” Matt looked serious and Tara nodded.
“Okay, thank you… for well… everything so far.” She laid her arms around his neck to hug him and he leaned down, his face buried in her hair, alright.. Enough of this.
“Great, so we settled this, let’s go girlfriend, we have a nice evening for two ahead of us.” I grabbed her out of Matt’s hug and went to the door.
“Bye Matt, lock the door when you leave.” I yelled and the door fell shut.
