What Did You Have In Mind, Synyster Gates?

July Fourth had rolled around into our lives. Yesterday was filled with hangovers and lots of sleeping. I didn't want to move. Someone had positioned themselves against my back, and I knew this certain someone didn't like waking up early. I opened my eyes and saw Matt's arm draped over my waist, and I smiled. I had spent every night here with him so far. I had hardly ever stepped into my room, except to grab a change of clothes in the mornings.
Carefully, I shifted my weight so his arm slid slowly away from my body, and I crawled out of bed, watching to make sure I didn't wake him. And thank God I didn't. We all knew he needed his beauty sleep. I tiptoed from his room and into mine, grabbing a set of clothes for today's events including some shorts, and a loose, flowy tank top. I crept back into Matt's room, and went straight for the bathroom. I flipped on the waterfall shower and let it warm up a bit as I stripped. A soft rap on the door caught my attention, and I went to answer the door as I wrapped a towel around my bodice.
Matt stood there, his eyes groggy, but his smile as awake as ever. “I'm sorry...did I wake you?” I opened the door more, looking up at him as he leaned on the doorframe.
“No, I was up a little bit before you snuck out on me,” he gave me a dimpled grin, and sauntered passed me, into the bathroom.
“I didn't sneak. I was careful,” I corrected, shutting the door behind him. “Are you going to be joining me?” I motioned to the shower, and he dropped his sweatpants in response. I could see his bulge through the thin fabric of the boxers and gave a sly grin. “I'll take that as a yes.” I dropped the towel from my body, and giggled as Matt's eyes bugged.
“God, you are so beautiful..” he came up in front of me and leaned down to kiss my neck. “I could never grow tired of looking at you.” his hands trailed down my sides and cupped my ass, making me shiver slightly.
“Now now, Matty. I'm here to get clean, not dirty,” I mumbled softly to him, tracing a fingernail down his chest.
He pulled away from my neck and pouted. “Okay, fine. But only if I can help,” his childish grin made me laugh, and I pushed on his chest softly.
“Fine, just get in. We have a big day ahead of us.” I pushed passed him and stepped under the warm water, which was already starting to steam up the mirrors. He followed me in, and closed the door behind him, his hands immediately finding my breasts. I squeaked in surprise, and he chuckled, pulling himself flat against my back. I could feel his erection against the small of my back, and I smiled, leaning back into it teasingly. His lips found my neck once more, and I let him lick and bite his way down my shoulder, and back up under my ear. “Mmm, Matt stop distracting me. We've been in here five minutes and I haven't touched a thing of soap.”
I felt his lips pull into a smile on my skin. “Okay... Let's get you all cleaned up then,” he pulled his hands away from me and grabbed the travel sized shampoo I had brought with me. Without a cause, he squirted a quarter-sized drop into his hand and started lathering up my hair.
“What. Do you think you are doing, mister?” I giggled beneath his hands as he massaged and playfully pulled my hair.
“I'm cleaning you up, what does it look like? Aren't you going to help me?” his sarcastic tone got the best of me and I grabbed his shampoo and added some to my hands, turning around to face him.
“Fine. C'mere.” he bent his head down for me and I started to lather him up in the same way he was with me. I let my eyes wander across his body, tracing his ink and his stomach absentmindedly. We washed up completely and finished our shower. Matt got out and let me shave, and I stepped out a few minutes after him. He was leaning on the counter with a towel hanging loosely over his hips, just barely hanging on.
I wrapped a towel around my self and rubbed a second one through my hair, taking out the immediate traces of water. His eyes lay on me the entire time, and soon I had had enough. “Okay, what is it? I'm covered up and drying out my hair, why are you looking at me this time?”
He took a few steps towards me, and placed his hands on either side of my face. “Because, Alice. You're beautiful. Towel or no towel. Wet or dry. Asleep or awake. Drunk or sober. You're beautiful.” my cheeks went pink at his compliment, and I looked away from him. He told me that every day so far, and I had to admit – I was really liking it. He lifted my chin with a finger and let his lips graze over mine teasingly before committing to a deep, sensual kiss. I felt his hand snake in through the towel and his fingers glided over the skin of my hips, giving me goosebumps.
I was the one to pull away this time, but Matt continued and kissed his way down my throat and collarbones. “Go get dressed,” I whispered, running a hand through his damp hair. He groaned on my skin, and the vibrations made me giggle. “Come on, mister. Get some clothes on. You naked is for me and my eyes only.”
He pulled away and dragged himself into his room, opening the bathroom door to let some of the steam escape. I heard the dresser open and close as he grabbed the clothes he needed for the day. I took this as a chance to get ready, and I dropped the towel around my feet and stepped into my clean panties, letting the waistband snap against my skin. My bra came next, and then my shirt and shorts. I ran a hand through my wet hair, and went to hang up my towels on the hooks next to the door, stopping when I saw Matt, still shirtless but with a pair of ripped up jeans on this time.
“How long have you been standing there?” I asked, throwing the towels over the hooks, and looking at him questionably.
“Since you started putting your bra on. I was hoping to see more, but you had already tugged on your cute little panties,” he grinned playfully down at me and kissed my cheek. “Come on, babe. I'm starved, and I don't think your little body is going to fill me up like a couple of pancakes will.”
“Oh shut up,” I rolled my eyes at him and tossed his shirt at his face. “And I don't think it's pancakes. Smells like bacon, and... french toast? Maybe” I gave the air a sniff and shrugged. “Either way, let's go sweet stuff.”
Matt tugged his shirt over his head and followed me out the bedroom door. We met with Zacky and Jimmy on our way to the stairs and we all descended together, everyone fresh and clean.
“What's cookin, good lookin?” Zacky purred, turning the corner into the kitchen before scoffing. Instead of seeing Tessa at the stove like usual, Brian was standing there, giving Zack his beautiful grin.
“Bacon and french toast baby. You want some?” he mocked, making his voice deep and playfully seductive.
“Oh, fuck off, Brian. I thought you were Tes.” Zacky flipped him off and plopped down on a seat at the kitchen table.
He laughed at himself, before shaking his head. “No, I haven't seen either of the twins, actually,” he commented, flipping over the bacon.
Johnny was last to join the rest of us, giving a loud yawn as he walked into the kitchen. “Any of you seen Terri? She wasn't in bed when I woke up.” we all shook our heads no.
“Well that's strange. They wouldn't just disappear for no reason, would they?” Matt asked us all, getting shrugs in response. Just then, the door opened and, speak of the devils, in walked the twins.
“There you two are. We were starting to get worried!” I called over to them, smiling. They shrugged in sync and separated to their boyfriends.
“We just went to go check up on the fish tank. Make sure they were fed, filter was running, heater was on, ya know,” Terri shrugged, kissing Johnny on the cheek.
“You guys have fish?” I asked curiously. They all looked at me like I had just spit acid from my eyes.
“Well duh. We run an aquarium, Ali. Didn't you know that?” Tessa spoke up finally.
“No..nobody ever told me that..” I looked down, embarrassed now. Matt wrapped his arm around me and gave a comforting shake.
Carter ran down the stairs, her quick yet loud steps drawing everyone's attention away from me. We all stared at the entryway as she made her way through, stopping to look at all of us. “Is there something on my face?” she asked, touched her cheeks and lips.
“No, there's nothing on your face. You just came down the stairs like your own personal herd of elephants,” Zacky replied, everyone laughing and agreeing.
“Oh,” she laughed with us. “I just really like stairs, is all. We don't have them at our place,” she pointed towards me and I nodded in agreement. They all stood there looking at her like she was crazy.
“Ohmygod, you're too great,” Terri giggled, and we joined her, including Carter. “You're a lucky guy, Brian.”
He laughed from his position at the stove and nodded. “Yeah, I would say so too,” he motioned for Carter, and she stood underneath his arm, smiling.
“So. What are the plans for the day? Are we having a big party?” I asked and everyone responded with serious enthusiasm.
“Hell yeah we are. We're inviting all of our crew from the tours and some other bands to come chill with us. Some guy we know does the fireworks right out on the water, and they're fucking great to see from the porch,” Jimmy informed me, pointing towards the back door.
“Sweet. I can't wait,” I smiled at him and leaned into Matt's side.
“Yeah well, neither can we, so we've gotta get everything ready. People will be here at around six,” Matt patted my shoulder. “So we've gotta double check out food, definitely go get more booze, and make sure there's enough room to get everybody in here at some point, just in case it rains or something.”
“Carter and I'll go grab the booze,” Brian said, turning off the stove and plating the bacon, and tugging the french toast out from the oven. “And whatever else we need since we'll be out anyway.”
“We can start rearranging the house while their out? Clean this place up a bit, too.” Johnny commented, grabbing a stack of plates from the cupboard.
“Sounds good,” I nodded and moved over to the table, seating my self next to Zacky and Matt joining me to my left. Brian brought over plates with bacon and french toast, and we gorged ourselves.

Brian's POV

We had all finished up breakfast, and the twins had volunteered to do the dishes and clean the kitchen for the party tonight. Carter came back down the stairs, having changed from her pajamas into a pair of black capris and a light blue tank top. “You ready now?” I called to her jokingly as she tugged on her shoes.
“Yeah yeah, shut up. Throw me my keys,” she pointed towards the small side table by the front door where her keys were laying. I did as she asked, and we made our way out the door to her Mustang. It was really hot that she had such a nice car. And it made me wonder how she even got it, so far having lived on college funds.
“Hey, how did you even afford this car? Aren't you in school?” I asked curiously, dropping myself into the passenger seat. She turned the ignition on and shut her door, letting a soft music fill the small space.
“My parents thought that if they bought me the car that I wanted that I wouldn't leave to go live with Ali. They paid it off and everything, and they still continue to pay my insurance, just in case I decide to ever show my face again. Which I probably won't now that I've got a job with you guys,” she explained to me, easily backing out of the driveway and accelerating onto the main road towards the marketplace. “They're paying for my schooling, which is nice, but they've left me on my own as far as the apartment, food, clothes, and everything else.”
I nodded, understanding. “So you grew up as a 'rich kid', I take it?”
Her face contorted into one of putrid disgust. “Ew, don't call me that. Yeah, I did, and it was the reason I hated high school. That and the doucebaggy guys.” I heard her audibly sigh, and I felt a sting of pity in my heart. “Everyone hated me because I had lots of money, and a nice car, and everything else that comes with being wealthy. Not to mention my parents forced these really conservative clothes on me, and I wasn't allowed to do sports or band or anything that I wanted to. It sucked growing up with them. That's why I left as soon as I graduated. Ali was there for me the whole time, and she and I took up a really cheap apartment. We've been there for about four years now.”
It was interesting to hear about her life, and it made me really happy that she would share it with me. “I understand. My dad is Brian Haner Sr. I kinda know how it is. But I guess it was different. People only liked me because I had money. I embraced it, really. I was really happy because I was 'popular',” I shook my head and shrugged. “It really didn't hit me until a few weeks before graduation. And I cut everyone off. I didn't buy anyone else anything, I didn't lend anyone any money, or buy them cigarettes or anything. You wouldn't believe how many people I was left with at the end.”
Carter pulled into the parking lot, and shut off the car, letting us sit in silence for a few minutes. “We're alike, you and I. I mean, we've both got amazing friends who are our family, we both had no real friends in highschool, we grew up with money. Thank you for sharing that with me,” she looked over at me, and gave a small smile.
“And you too, Carter. Thank you. I feel really...secure. With you,” I took her hand and squeezed it softly. She smiled and squeezed back, before getting out of the car.
“Come on, lover boy. Let's get some booze,” she giggled, and locked up the car once I stepped out.
We went into the store, and grabbed quite a bit of alcohol, leaving with a small dent in my credit card. We packed her trunk full, and she turned on the ignition. “Hey...You wanna have some fun?” I asked, giving her a sly grin.
She raised her eyebrows at me and gave a quick smile. “What did you have in mind, Synyster Gates?” she mocked, leaning towards me.
I leaned over and traced a finger along her jaw, smiling and looking over her face. “Well, we can drive out somewhere...secluded. And hop in the back for a little bit. Whatdya say?” I grazed my lips across her's, hoping to entice her into agreeing.
She gave a pleasured sound and smiled on my lips. “Are you asking me to fool around in my car?” she mumbled on my lips, returning a soft kiss.
“Well...if you want to, that is. I wouldn't mind...” I mumbled lowly, tracing my thumb over her throat.
“Well...I guess that would be okay. But not today,” she smiled and leaned back to her seat and backing out of the parking lot.
“What? What do you mean?” I snapped.
“You're gonna have to wait.” I groaned as she pulled back onto the main road. “I'm not gonna let the boys hate me because I let the booze get all hot and nasty.”
“Come on, Carter, please?” I begged, gently squeezing her thigh.
“No, Brian. We're going home. You can wait until later tonight,” she mumbled and pat my hand before pushing it away.
“Ughhh. Fine,” I grumbled to myself and crossed my arms, pouting. “For the record, they wouldn't have gotten mad at you for leaving the booze to get warm. They would've gotten mad because you fooled around in such a nice car,” I muttered, giving her a sideways glance, where I say a smile play at her lips.
“Yeah yeah, whatever. Just wait until later. You still have to teach me how to ride that bike of your's, too, remember?” she asked me, pulling into the driveway and parking next to said motorcycle.
“Yeah, we can do that day after tomorrow. I don't wanna teach you when I can't stand straight because my head's in my ass.” I grinned and got out of the car, moving to the trunk and grabbing a few bags of the booze. “It's the Fourth of July, I'm not passing up any excuse to get plastered tonight.” This she laughed at, and I chuckled along with her.
“Alright, alright. I'm holding you to your word Synyster Gates,” she prodded my chest with one of her fingers and gave me a sly grin.
“Yeah, and I'm holding you to your's. You said I could wait until tonight. I'd better meet you in my bedroom right after this party of our's is over,” I leaned over and kissed her cheek softly, playfully biting the skin before making my way into the house, where the vacuums were running, and the living room had been rearranged into a 'dancefloor', as we called it. There wasn't really another word for it. I set the bottles on the counter, and looked over the scene. Tonight was going to be a hell of a good time.

Notes

Woo, party time! :D

Also! I am thinking of starting up on one of my other stories I have planned, so I might be going back and forth between the two once I get it up and running. It will be called Little Do They Know and won't be terribly long. Just a few chapters of Matt and an OC and some of the Sanders family. I have a few more stories coming to mind, but those will have to wait until later. School starts for me next week, so I will be trying my best to either finish this story, or keep up on it as best as I can, as well as getting the other one up on here. I hope you can all understand.

Currently I'm posting this at about 1:30AM my time, so excuse any mistakes/grammatical errors/etc.

Don't forget to comment and vote, and let me know what you think! Thanks guys! <3
