Vengeance University: Death Bat Heaven, Hater Hell

Kevin had woken up early in the morning, gathering some stuff he’s need to defeat the abnormality of the place. He’d packed poison and knives he stole from the men who owned the University and placed everything in his pocket before sneaking his way out.

As he did, he couldn’t help but feel goose bumps formed once again. The shivers worsened as he made his way out to the churchyard that had appeared once again. He’d touched a few tombstones to check if they were real and once he confirmed the solid stone, he began to search for Jimmy Sullivan’s grave.

“Where are you now!? Come out. Come out wherever you are dead man!” Kevin took out his knife, attempting to stab his grave but a force field prevented the guy from doing any further action. “Not even in death, could you defeat me, no one can!” Kevin yelled from the top of his lungs. “Not even in death, could you protect everyone else. I’m going to strike when no one least expects it. Your little buddies will be in the same place as you are right now and I will be the one who takes the throne and make some changes around, not you or your buddies.”

Kevin spit in his grave. The graveyard had once again disappeared by the time the spit reached the ground. An army of death bats had come out of nowhere, attacking the man. Kevin fought off the creatures as he ran off into the building, the creatures had vanished once again.

By the following morning, Britney had heard the strange voices once again. Her father kept calling for her over and over again. It was a Saturday morning which could mean one thing, no classes.

She followed the voice, leading her up to one of the towers where she’d spotted her boyfriend running towards. The voice had vanished once again and claimed her focused on him. “Kevin? Kevin!” Britney called out to him.

She followed him into a room, where he seemed to be a bit worried. “Kevin? What happened?” Britney asked her boyfriend.

“Something’s after me.” Kevin replied out of breath.

“What is?” His girlfriend asked.

“I don’t know.” He shook his head. “All I know he wants me dead.”

Britney paused for a moment, holding her boyfriend close to him. “Don’t worry, I’ll protect you.” She gently pulled away and stood in the middle of the room. “Hey, you! Show yourself! I command you to show your face!” Britney shouted out.

Within a split second, a strange figure began to form. The man from the painting appeared right before her eyes. Bat wings had spread open from behind him, he looked like a god. Britney froze as she saw his eyes at him while he looked back at her.

“Holy fuck...” Kevin mouthed.

“Kevin? Wait outside.” Britney instructed, keeping her eyes on him.

“Okay, but be careful sweetie.” Kevin nodded before stepping out.

Alone at last Britney was with her long lost dead father right before her eyes. She did not know whether to cry her tears out that she finally gets to meet him for the first time in years or if to become furious with him. He wanted her longtime boyfriend to be dead.

“How could you?” Britney she finally made her decision.

“Listen to me he’s not what he seems… You have to believe me.” James Sullivan spoke out to her.

“He is what he seems. He’s my boyfriend and we’ve been in love for a while now and I don’t want you to…”

“He’s my killer!” The man finally spoke.

“No he’s not, how could he be I mean you were probably dead before he was born and if not, when he was a baby.” Britney defended her boyfriend.

“He’s not, he’s way older than he seems... He’s taken a potion to make himself younger so he could preserve his strength… Listen to me Britney I wouldn’t lie to you, you’re my daughter.” He calmed down.

Britney sighed, taking everything in.” I believe you.”

“Please, avenge me… and save every death bat in this kingdom.” Her father pulled her in for a hug.

She could not solidly feel her father holding her but she did feel a strange shiver on the places his ghostly figure connects to her torso. Britney was a little confused by calling the place a kingdom. She knew very well this place was University, not a kingdom.

“What do you mean, kingdom?”

“This isn’t a school and everyone here aren’t just Vengeance University lancers. Everything was all a cover up to get you here and your boyfriend… it’s a tale to tell later but for now, please avenge me and save us all.” Her father planted a soft kiss on her forehead before disappearing completely.

Britney wiped the tears that began to form. She couldn’t bear the thought that this might be the last time she ever sees him again.

After having her moments of grief, she focused back on her traitor boyfriend. There was a knock at the door. “Hey… sweetie?” Her boyfriend took a step inside, standing face to face to her with his back turned against the window.

“Yeah?” Britney acted casual.

“Did you talk to whatever that thing was? Did you two came up with an agreement?” Kevin questioned.

“Yes…” Britney nodded, forcing a weak smile on her face.

Kevin sighed in relief. “Thanks honey.” The guy pulled her girlfriend in for a hug.

Britney relaxed in his touch, feeling a tear fall down her eyes. Her eyes turned into rage and betrayal. All she could think about was to kill her boyfriend. She made a knife appear in her hand and thrived the knife right into his heart, ripping it out right before his eyes.

He looked at her in shock , unable to do anything else, he was dying and helpless. Britney shoved his heart down his throat and kicked him out the window. The window shattered as she watched her boyfriend fall out of the tower without feeling some sort pity towards him.

She snapped her fingers, opening the crust of the Earth which trailed down to the depth of hell. As soon as he had fallen down into hell, Britney had closed up the gateway to hell. Everyone was now safe, her father has been avenged, and she is the princess of Vengeance, she is the deathbat queen.
