*2 weeks later*
"How did you not know that today is your birthday? You are the only person in this world that is strange enough to forget it. The guys planned this just so it would be on YOUR Birthday" Valary said as Michelle laughed at me.
"I don't wanna be 24, that means I have 6 years left till I'm 30. I know I didn't like being the 'teen mom' figure, but I know for damn sure that 30 is like the official mom age. Oli will be what... eleven." I banged my head against the passenger side window.
"Look at the bright side. You ARE still young, your gonna spend your birthday at an epic concert, that just so happens all your bestfriend's, boyfriend and brother are apart of. AND you look hot as hell" Leana (jimmy's wife) said as she patted my shoulder from the seat behind me. I turned around and gave her a smile, me and her were never really close but she was the best at making anybody feel better. "So what do you think the surprise is?"
"Probably him being like 'THIS IS MY BABY MOMMA! I'MA KNOCK HER UP AGAIN'" Valary said as she as she started to laugh at her own joke.
"If he does anything along that level... I WILL kill him" I looked down to my heels, I shouldn't had worn them and I knew it, but I just wanted to look really good. Now thinking about it though, I should have picked comfort over looks cause now I'm gonna have to buy some flip flops when we get there... "When will we be there"
"If it didn't take Val so long to get ready, we would already be there" Michelle said texting most likely Brian. We were all a little bit on edge cause of the guys being on tour, sad thing was that it had only been 2 weeks since they had left and that it was only going to get harder as time went on.
"Shut up, we're pulling in now" Val pulled into the back entrance where the tour busses where. She had to show the guards our passes and even then they still called up to the manager to make sure, 'just in case' they said.
After the 20 minute parking fiasco, we finally were able to get out and head over to the guys bus. The twins didn't even bother to knock, they barged in as if they owned the place. The guys thankfully where all clothed and lounging around. They all looked at us surprised.
"FINALLY! What the hell took you guys so long" Matt said picking up Val and spinning her around in his arms.
"Blame it on your wife" Leana said before smacking her lips upon Jimmy's. I went up to Johnny and gave him a hug, but seconds after I started talking to Johnny I was pulled away and brought into strong arms.
"Happy Birthday, Silver" Zacky pulled me into a kiss and I didn't fight him on it. As we pulled apart I just looked up to him with a smile.
"Thanks"
"Anything for the birthday girl, which reminds me. Wait right here, okay?" Before I could say anything he pushed pass some of the guys to the back of the bus.
Jimmy came over and gave me a hug and a kiss on the cheek. "So, what did you get me for my birthday?" I said teasing with him. He knew that I didn't really care about it. Obviously I don't since I forgot about it.
"You know that tattoo artist that did my neck tattoo that you love" I just nodded my head, not sure exactly where he was going with this. "I got a appointment set up for the two of us when I get back. It was a 2 year waiting list, but I was able to convince him" I screeched from joy and started hugging him.
"THAT'S AWESOME" He laughed at me and hugged back.
"Only the best for my Silly" He kissed my forehead and turned me around to face Zacky. I couldn't help but have a stupid huge smile on my face. "She's all yours man" Jimmy sat down next to Leana.
Zacky stood in front of me with a cute black and purple floral present bag "Awe is that for me" I stepped forward but he stepped back. I just gave him a confused look.
"Why don't we let the others give you their gifts first" I just nodded and sat down at the 'dinning' table. I looked to the others, all the guys but Jimmy vanished for a couple of seconds; the girls gave me my presents in the car since it was a long drive.
"Okay Silv, Here you go" Brian sat a small bag in front of me. I opened it and couldn't help but laugh. "You can't be a true Avenged Sevenfold fan and not have a T-Shirt with me plastered on the front" I got up and hugged him. I sat back down and looked at it again.
"How have I lived so long without one" He laughed and shrugged his shoulders as he went over to Michelle. Johnny and Matt sat their stuff down in front of me at the same time, they glared at each other and then to me. I closed my eyes and grabbed a random one so they couldn't say I was choosing favorites. I grabbed a small box and looked up at them, Matt stuck his tongue out at Johnny. "Hey, Hey. Play nice you two" I joked with them as I opened Matt's present. It was a batman necklace that was super shiny and had an awesome chain. "This is soo cool! Oli is gonna be so jealous" I said and put it on with the help of Val who was sitting next to me.
"Don't worry, I've already bought him 3 things in the past 2 weeks. Give me another 4 months and he'll be set for life" I shook my head.
"My kid is way to spoiled, but thanks Matty" Zacky rubbed my arm and gave me a smile. I turned back and opened the box in front of me. As I pulled away the wrapping paper and turned in the right side up, I couldn't help but squeal again. "Johnny! THIS IS AMAZING" I laughed as I looked up from the Harry Potter Robe.
"I know, I got me one too. Now we can wear them to the next movie's and be apart of it" I laughed and got up to hug all of them.
"You guys are awesome" I turned around and looked at Zacky. "So..."
"Lets go outside" I nodded and followed him out. As I looked back I noticed the rest just smiled but didn't move from their spots. He walked over and sat down at the spot where they set up some lawn chairs so they could smoke outside. I sat next to him and he looked at me. "Happy Birthday" He handed me the bag, I hesitated to open it. What would be so special that we had to be alone for it. I pulled away the decorative paper and pulled out what was inside. I looked to him and then to the stuff. It was a pair of shorts saying fuck off and jack skelington night boots.
"Their so cute" He laughed as he lit his cigarette.
"This isn't your main present, that has to come later on. I just saw these last week and thought of you. I know how you love Jack Skelington and thought that when you weren't in the mood, you could just pull on those shorts so when you don't feel like sex, i'll know" He smiled. I kissed him.
"You are a smart one" I pulled off my shoes and put on the boots. "Their so soft" I sat back again and looked at him. "Is there a reason why we had to come outside for these" I pointed to the gifts.
He looked to me with slightly blushing cheeks. "I'm selfish, I don't want to share you" I got up and went to him, I bent down and kissed him with all the passion that I could dig up in me. He moved his hands across my cheeks and brought me closer. By the time I came up for air, he had gotten me into a straddling position and both his hands were on my hips. "Uh, don't stop"
I sat down on his lap and placed my back against his chest. A couple fan girls that where walking by had been standing watching us and taking pictures. They didn't even notice that it was Zacky, till after I had sat down. "We can't, you have stalkers everywhere"
He rubbed my shoulders, "You where once upon a time one of them" I just laughed at him.
"I was never a stalker, I was a devoted Fan to my BROTHER'S band" He just laughed and kissed my neck.
"How's Oli"
"Good, he's been acting up in school since you left. Some of the kids where picking on him saying that you're not coming back and he punched one of them in the nose" I could feel Zacky choke on his breath.
"He does know that I'm coming back right. I talk to him as often as I can. Our schedules kind of suck, but I still try as hard as hell" I looked back and him and just smiled.
"He knows. It surprises me how much he misses you. Not being mean or anything, it's just you've been around him about 6 months and he already misses you more than I could have ever imagined... You're a really great dad" Zacky wrapped his arms around me and held me tighter.
"You're a great mom. I love you, Silver" He kissed my cheek.
"Oh, I forgot. Stay right here okay" He nodded as I ran back into the bus. Matt and Val where kissing while Johnny, Jimmy and Leana played some random game and Brain and Michelle were no where in sight. I grabbed my bag and ran back outside to him. For the moment being, the fans had died down and other than the tour workers, it was pretty peaceful. I reached in and pulled out a DVD. "Here"
He grabbed it and looked at the homemade cover. It had a picture of Me, Zacky and Oli when we went out for a picnic at the beach a month ago. "What is it" He opened it to see the DVD disc.
I sat back down next to him. "We have a past, some parts are good and others are bad. Though, I feel guilty, I do not regret keeping Oli from you for as long as I did..." My head dropped "I feel like you needed that time to grow in order to accept him and love him as much as you do today. But even though I know I did what I believe was right, means that you got screwed out of the first 4 years of your kids life... So I got all the home videos of Oli that I could find and burned them to that disc"
He brought me in for a hug and kissed my head. "It's your birthday, not mine"
I laughed "I just wanted to make sure that you had more than some pictures to remind you that you have a family back home that wants you to come back safe and sound and not with a slut" My own eyes went wide at that, I couldn't believe that I just let myself say that "I'm so sorry, I didn..."
"I know what you mean" He let his head drop. "I deserve it, I can't expect for everything to be all perfect with in the first couple of months." He looked back at me. "But I can promise you that I will earn your trust back" I kissed him and smiled. "so there's like.. video's from when he was just born and all that" I nodded and he smiled. He got up and grabbed my hand. "Let's go watch it" I laughed and grabbed my bags.
"Zacky, we have time. We don't have to rush and watch it." He brought us to the back room and kicked the others out as he put in the movie and pulled me down onto the couch with him.
"If we don't have time for sex, then we don't have time for anything" With that being said he pressed play and we started to watch it.

The first thing to appear was Matt standing next to me, and me laying down in a hospital bed. He was just staring at me as I held my baby.
"How do you feel mommy" Jimmy said stepping into the picture and petted my little mans head. Suddenly I started to cry, I was crying so much that Val handed the camera to Johnny and she took him. "What did I say"
"I'm...I'm a .... mom" I said finally getting a control on my tears. The camera had went from me to the baby.
"So what are you going to name him" Matt asked as he took him from Val.
"I'm just gonna throw it out there one more time, Synyster" Brian said sitting down on the edge of the bed.
"And for the last time no" I said reaching for my baby, Matt handed him to me with a wide smile on his face.
"His name should be James" Jimmy stated and I just laughed. "What so funny"
"No, that's Zacky's middle name. Plus I'm not gonna just pass on a name from one of you to him" I said brushing the little bit of hair he had to the side.
"Fine, how about Oliver" Jimmy said again with a hopeful face. I looked up to him with a smile and just nodded.
"Yea, I like it. Oliver Avenge Baker Sanders" Val squealed as she heard the name.
"Awe, baby you're gonna give him Zacky's last name" I just nodded as I stared at him.
"It's only fair"

I turned to Zacky. "I'm really sor..." He smashed his lips onto mine and climbed over me into a straddling position.
He pulled apart as he looked down at me with a smile. "Don't you dare be sorry, you gave him my last name when you didn't have to do anything like that" He kissed me again "I love you".
"I love you too" we started to kiss again only this time the kisses were deeper and so passionate, it was feeling like old times. As we progressed clothes started to get tossed around, I pulled off his shirt as he pulled off mine. "Zacky" I was able to get out as he smothered my neck in nipes and kisses as he unbuckled my pants. "We can't"
He stared at me with a sexual look, "I can be fast" I laughed as he pulled off my pants and tossed the at the door. Right then a knocking came from it. He dropped his head to my stomach and sighed.
"Hurry up Zacky, we have to be back stage in 5 minutes!" Brian yelled and walked away.
"Told you" I laughed as he sat up and grabbed my shirt for me.
"Maybe I should just come back home with you" He said as he pulled on his own shirt. I punched him in his arm "Ow"
"You can't do that, I refuse to be the reason that your fans don't get to see you. It's only a bit longer and then you'll be back in no time. Plus me and Oli are gonna come visit you in Florida for a few days, he's so excited to see his daddy rock out on stage" He sighed and looked to me.
"Fine, just promise you'll answer your phone" I kissed him.
"As long as you don't go doing stupid shit" he laughed and nodded.
"You got yourself a deal, now put on some pants and lets go" He said getting up and tossing my pants to me.
"I'll catch up with you, I wanna put my presents in the car" I said as I pulled on my pants. He came back over to me and pulled me into a hug.
"just make sure to be backstage when we go on, Okay"
"Okay" I smiled as he just looked at me.
He shook his head and turned around "I've got to go before I jump your bones"
"Hey Zacky!" He turned around and looked at me "What's my present"
"Can't tell you, but it will definitely be amazing"

Okay so this changed a lot from the way I had written it the first 2 times. (didn't like the first way and the second way didn't save), I'm not upset with what I decided to end this with but I reallllyyyy liked the way I wrote it the second time and I just can't remember it fully :(. I'm really sad that it's almost over, but it makes me happy cause I can't wait to start the second story which is gonna be going back in time to when they meet!
