Little Sullivan

At Jimmy's

I stared out the window as Brian pulled over. I couldn’t believe what I was seeing right before my eyes. There was my brother throwing rocks and pebbles at his car. Why would he do such a thing? Well I would not question his actions, even if they may seem as odd as this one.

“What the hell is he doing?” Brian shuts off the car and heads out.

“I have no idea.” I unbuckled my seatbelt and got off.

Jimmy just picked up a giant brick and was about to throw it over at his car before Brian interrupted his abnormal behavior. “Jimmy, why are you throwing rocks and bricks at your car?”

Jimmy have paused his actions, holding the big piece of brick over his head. “I’m trying to break the window, but I keep missing.”

“And why are you trying to break your car window?” Brian gave him a weird look.

“I left the keys inside the car and my car is locked.” Jimmy threw the brick, making it hit the hood of the car.

I sighed, shaking my head knowing this is something that always happens. He always locked his keys inside the car, one time he even left his keys in the trunk. This sort of stuff frequently occurs enough for him to hand me a spare of his car keys. I know Jimmy wouldn’t have wrecked is car if he remembered that I was given the extra spare of his car keys.

He had done something similar a few months ago but it was with the house keys instead. He had left had locked his keys inside the house and there wasn’t a way to even break in without breaking something. The first thing he did was wait outside the house for hours until I got home. When I got home he acted like he had been fighting for survival in a stranded island for the past seven years.

I motioned over to my brother. “Hey silly Jimmy, can I borrow your tie for a second?”

“Sure here you go, Gwen.” He took off his tie and handed it over to me.

“Thanks.” I wrapped the tie around my knuckles before punching as hard as I can on the window. I thought I had enough strength to successfully break his window but, I failed. It instead made my hand hurt like hell.

I instead decided to try opened the door and it succeeded. I gave him a ‘really?’ sort of look. “Did you even bother trying opening the door?”

Jimmy looked at me in shock. “I swear it was locked a moment ago.”

“Sure you did, Jimmy.” Brian patted his shoulder.

I leaned into the car to grab Jimmy’s keys and tossed them over to him. Jimmy had caught it and moved along to the door step to unlock the door. Jimmy stepped in first along with Brian and me following right behind.

“So Jimmy, do you know where the rest of the guys are?” Brian asked.

“Those fuckers were supposed to be here, ages ago. I have no idea what’s keeping them up for so long.” Jimmy scratches his head like a puzzled monkey.

“All I’m saying is that they better show up because if they don’t I’m doing to go out and find them. When I do find them, I’m going to tie them up, throw them in the car, the gnome would be in the trunk, and then take them here. When they’re here, I’m going to chain them to their seats and make them eat dirt.” I replied.

Both Brian and Jimmy exchanged looks before looking over at me in shock. It only took a second for them to burst out laughing. Brian and Jimmy rested their arms in each other’s shoulders as they laughed at what they had said.

“Oh how I love you.” Brian sets his free hand on his stomach. “It’s so… Synyster, I like it. I’ll help you kidnap the guys and most likely, Jimmy will too.”

“Yep and when we do, well later on after we make them eat dirt, we’re going to take them into the woods and glue them to the trees.” Jimmy suggested.

“Oh you’ve read my mind, big bro.” I giggled at the thought of kidnapping the guys.

It was only a moment when I turned serious. I think it’s time for me and Brian to tell Jimmy that we’re together. All I’ll do is hope he doesn’t mind the idea of me, his younger sister dating his closest best friend.

I looked over at Brian. “Brian… I think we should tell him.”

“Tell me what?” Jimmy asked.

“well...” I began to speak before being interrupted by a knock at the door.
