"What's up kid did you sleep good?" He said and she nodded poking his hand. "Do you wanna go swimming at matts house Katie?" I asked and she nodded that freakishly weird way and It creeped me out. "Ok cool come with me we'll go upstairs and get ready" I said and grabbed her hand and went upstairs.
Zackys pov
"damn dude you are an awesome driver" I said when we pulled up to matts house. "Thanks man" James said laughing when we got out of the car. Jimmy pulled up behind us and they got out "who's that kid?" James asked and I said "they were fans that went on tour with us and her bro just died in a car wreck so she's staying with us now". "Damn I'm sorry man" James said and I nodded and said "we are too she's never been away from him except now... But anyways" walking up to Jimmy. James walked with me up to them and i said "hey Jimmy, Katlin, and Katie, this is James he lives beside me and James you know Jimmy, this is his girlfriend Katlin, and the kid Katie I was telling you about" and Jimmy got out of the car and said "hey that's my name what's up man?" and James said "I know man you are my inspiration and I wanna be a drummer just like you" and Jimmy said "cool maybe I could help you with that sometime" and smiled lighting a blunt and handed it to me. "You smoke?" Jimmy asked James pointing to the blunt and James nodded and said "yeah". Jimmy took the blunt from me and handed it to James and said "here you go" and I said "what the hell man?". "Oh you'll get over it man" Jimmy said walking to the house and James said "here you go man" James said Handing me the blunt and I said "oh thanks man" and patted his shoulder.
we walked around the house and I heard mike say "who's that with zacky?" and Matt said "I have no clue man" and I jumped on the deck and helped James up. "Hey guys this is my neighbor James" I said and James said "hey I know all of you Matt, syn, Johnny, Jimmy, Katlin, Katie, Billie and Mike from green day, but I don't know you" pointing to Jesse. "That's Jess my girlfriend" Johnny said and James said "oh well nice to meet you" and she nodded and said "you too James". Jimmy walked out with 10 Beers and handed one to each of us and James still had the blunt and passed it to Jimmy. "So guys y'all gonna get in?" Matt asked and everyone got in except James and he said "yeah just let me get this cd out of my pocket I don't even know why I brought it" and he layed It on top of the CD player on the table. "Hey man what band Is that?" Matt said lighting a cigarette "oh it's the limited edition pantera from 1988" James said and Jimmy said "oh fuck yeah put it in" and James said "alright man" and put the cd in. Walk was the first song on the cd and Matt said "fuck yeah man" and started singing along.
Syns pov
"hey y'all wanna smoke some now?" I said holding up a bag of weed and Jimmy and James said "light it up" at the same exact time and Jimmy high fived James and James started laughing laughing and said "dude I always knew if I had the chance to meet you guys y'all would be awesome as fuck" and I said "thanks man your pretty bad ass yourself". "So what do you plan on being when you grow up kid?" Matt asked James and he said "oh well like my inspiration of course" and pointed to Jimmy "I've always wanted to be a drummer I got a drum kit when I was 7 and by the time I was 10 I knew how to play every a7x, pinkly smooth, and green day song on the drums so yea". Johnny said "no way man you know the notes to every one of them songs?" and James nodded. "I like this kid" Billie said and the song welcome to paradise started playing and Mike said "who's playing welcome to paradise?" and James said "oh that's my phone sorry" and he got out. When he got off the phone he said "sorry guys that was my dad he was just checkin up on me" and zacky said "no sweat man" and he got back in. Casey texted me and asked if I was back home yet if we could hang out again and I told her id be at her work in a few minutes. "Hey anybody wanna ride with me real quick?" I asked and zacky said "where you going?" and I said "to pick up Casey" and he said "yeah I'll go do you wanna come James?". James said "nah I'll just hang out here til y'all get back" and we left.
Jimmy's pov
"who wants to go inside and eat something im
starving?" I asked and everybody got out and Matt cut off the CD player. Me and James walked in first and I said "do you like spaghetti os?" and James said "yeah sure it's been really long since I've had any" and I threw him a can. "So is this what y'all do every day man?" James asked and I said "well we just got back from tour but yeah mostly when were not in the studio" and James nodded.
Matts pov
my phone rang and I said "hey what's up?" and Sam said "hey I need y'all at the studio pronto!" and I said "alright man
well be there" and hung up. I said "hey guys Sam needs us at the studio now" and Johnny said "well let's go" and syn and zacky walked back in with Casey. We all walked back outside and Billie said "ok how are we gonna do this we have a lot of people here?" and I said "I guess well take the van and Katie, Katlin, Jess, James, and Casey can take the van and go somewhere til were done" I said getting in the front seat.
"oh and syn call your cousin chase and tell him were back so
i can get my duck back" and syn said "I will when we get to the studio". James said "that's like when you chased a duck
at that park and a guy chase has your duck" and Matt said "hell yeah man you are a fan" and highfived him. Syn said "Hey James do you got any other instruments or somethin?" Lighting a cigarette and James said "oh yeah I got 3 shecters and a bass and a drum set". "Awesome dude" Matt said when we got to the studio and we got out and Matt said "whoever drives please don't wreck my car" and James got in the driver seat and Johnny kissed Jess bye.
Jesses pov
"so guys where are we going?" I asked and Katlin said "well Jimmy gave me his weed so do y'all wanna go to the store to buy a blunt and then go to the park to smoke some?" and James said "yeah we can do that does anybody here like cky?" and I said "hell yeah do you wanna play It?" and James said "do y'all have a cd?". I said "Katlin look in the glove box I might have left one in here with Matt" cause she was sitting up front. "Ok it's here" Katlin said and I said "what are you waiting for put it In?" and she said "damn hold on" and played the cd.
Matts pov
We were all in the booth recording tracks for live in the LBC and it was really funny cause Jimmy was pissing off by fucking up the drum notes and it got carried away. Kevin came in the booth yelling "Jimmy I swear to god!!" and Jimmy ran out the other side of the booth laughing his ass off and we all took a break for a bit and Billie and Mike helped Sam with the merch.
James's pov
When we got to the store I got out and went inside to the counter. The guy said "what'll it be man?" and I said "2 blunts blueberry and grape man" and he said "ok 2.97 is your total" and I handed him 3 bucks and went back to the car. Bradley came up to the car and said "what's up man long time no see" and I said "hell yeah man what you doing here?" and he said "nothing much man just getting some rolling papers for Lauren". "Is she here with you?" I asked and Bradley nodded and said "in the car where y'all going?" and i said "to chill at the park till the guys get done" and he nodded and said "can we join y'all?". I looked at Katlin and said "can they?" and she said "sure just follow us" and Bradley said "alright cool" and walked back to the car. "So who was that?" Jess asked when we got on the road and I said "my girlfriends brother she is In love with a7x and so is her sister" and Katlin said "damn well they can meet them today if they can stick around maybe" and James said "well Valerie will fucking freak when she meets them, Lauren's sister".
