Roadtrip

Brian's POV
At first I just saw the beanie –MY beanie, then the long blonde hair coming out from underneath it, but then she turned to the side and I saw her face, it really was Izzie.
“That’s Izzie!” I said to Jimmy. He followed my gaze.
Damn, I needed to go after her and ask her why she left me like that… and… damn if she wanted to repeat the evening.
Because I was sure I wanted it…
I saw Jimmy sprinting past me towards Mia, Izzie’s sister who was a couple of feet ahead of her.
When I finally reached Izzie, I grabbed her arm to stop her.
“What the-” Izzie turned around with an angry glare.
“Brian?”
“I knew it was you… how could I miss this thief!” I looked at her angrily.
“Thief? What?” Izzie looked confused.
“Oh you don’t even know, what you did? Is it that natural for you to steal?” I asked her in a playful tone.
“Steal?” She still didn’t get it.
“This one…” I tugged on my beanie on top of her head.
“Oh this… well..” She had at least the decency to blush and that made her even more adorable.
“That was actually your fault.” She finally said.
“My fault? How is that?” Now it was my time to look confused.
“Well… because my hair was looking so bad this morning, I had to hide it…” Izzie smiled.
“I can’t believe that… you looked amazing with that hair in my bed yesterday.” I winked at her.
“Well, yes in bed…” Izzie began but I interrupted her.
“Perfect we are at the bed topic again, how about we meet each other again this evening, let’s make this one night stand a two night stand?” I gave her a smile and before she could agree or deny me I laid my arms around her hips and pulled her into my body, my lips only inches apart from hers.
“Pretty please?” I whispered.
“Fine, 9 at the entrance of the hotel”
“Perfect.” I pecked her lips and let go.

Mia’s POV
One minute I was talking to Izzie, the next I looked beside me she was gone. Just as I wanted to turn around where she went, I got my arm pulled on at my other side. My heart stopped. No. This can’t be happening. I was turned around quickly, and before I could think I lashed out with my flat hand, smacking the one grabbing me in the face.

The hand let go of me quickly “What the hell, Mia!” That voice.... I looked up at the most friendly face I’ve seen in a long time. Jimmy. “Oh Jimmy, I’m so sorry!” I put my hand to his cheek, softly stroking it. He looked dazed, not fully able to comprehend what just happened.
“What did I do wrong?” He looked really sad. I kept stroking his cheek
“You did nothing wrong, Jimmy, you just startled me”
“Do you slap everyone who startles you?”
“I...No... You just caught me completely of guard... I didn’t mean to hurt you... Really... I’m sorry...”
I averted my eyes, I couldn’t take the intense stare he was giving me. He wouldn’t let me though. He put his finger under my chin, forcing me to look up to him.
“Mia, tell me what’s wrong, that kind of reaction isn’t normal you know? WE are not normal, but this was crazy, even for us two”
I couldn’t tell him, it would only put him in danger too... Why was I even thinking about this, I mean, it was just one night, why would I tell him my deepest secret when my best friend didn’t even know all of it?
“I can’t... there is nothing wrong... I just got scared.... That’s all... Leave it Jimmy, okay?”

My heart was still racing from the tension of the moment, but the reason for its fast thumping slowly began to change when I looked into Jimmy’s eyes.His confusion started to make place for something else I couldn’t fully place. He stepped forward, holding his arms out “Can I?” I nodded and I instantly calmed down the moment he put his long arms around me.
“Can I do this too?” he asked as he slowly bent over me. I didn’t reply, I just moved towards him, putting my lips on his softly. I felt him smile in our kiss.

We moved from each other a little. It finally gave me the time to look at him closely. “Why are you wearing a employees shirt from the zoo?”
“Me and my friends are in a charity race, we are on a road trip and have to do day jobs on the way. Today we are working here, the others are feeding animals and me and Briand are selling maps”
“Brian is here too?”
Jimmy turned me around, pointing over at Brian and Izzie who were already making out again.
I chuckled “Your sister is hung up on Brian huh?”Jimmy chuckled “I hope she doesn’t get hurt, Brian is my best friend and I love him, but he’s just having fun with her”
I felt the need to defend Izzie, she wasn’t this stupid school-miss who was falling for the first guy laying eyes on her
“She knows, she doesn’t care, it was long overdue she had a one night stand, I’m glad your womanizer best friend satisfied my best friend”
“Your best friend?” Jimmy asked confused. Shit!
“Yes, my best friend, my sister is my best friend, is that so weird?” I said putting a little offended tone to it.
“Sure, sure” Jimmy said, getting past it.

He hugged me tightly and kissed me again.
“We are moving on tomorrow, how do you feel about spending the night with me again? Maybe even stay for breakfast?” He looked at me with a smile.
I hesitated. I don’t know if it was my most clever decision, but I wanted it so bad. He made me feel so good, and call me selfish, but I really needed that “Sure, I would love to”
“Meet me at 8 at the hotel entry, okay?”
I nodded “Okay”
“See you later hottie! I can’t wait”
Jimmy ran away from me, waving at me while he looked back at me every few steps. He pulled Brian away from Izzie and the two of them took off. Both looking back at us, leaving us in awe.

Oh boy.... It was probably good the guys would be moving on tomorrow, no good could come from this.

Brian’s POV
The rest of the day was annoying and long as fuck...
Jimmy and I ran around the Zoo and selling these stupid maps, when we finally were done with our working day we went over to find the others.

We went back to the hotel to have a small dinner.
“So… how was your working day, did you make good money?” Matt asked.
“Not really, selling maps didn’t get us the great cash.” Jimmy shook his head.
“Let’s count our money, Zack.. how much did we have left from the starting budget?”
“100 Dollars.” Zack counted the money in the envelop then nodded.
“Damn, we spent 150 Dollar’s on the first evening, shit.”
“So how much did we get today. Jimmy and Brian?” Matt looked at us.
“Jimmy and I got 90 Dollar for the 8 hour work and don’t ask me how Jimmy got a tip of 10 Dollar from some old lady. So 100 Dollar to sum it up, you?” I replied.
“We go 50 Dollar each for the feeding of the animals…” Zack replied, “So that makes 350 Dollars in total.”
“That’s not much…” Johnny looked defeated.
“Well, at least it’s more than the starting budget.”
We all nodded and decided that we had to make some more money in the next days… damn more hard work.
But tonight… no work just fun.
“So what are we going to do tonight?” Zack asked.
“Jimmy and I actually already have a plan.”
“What is that about?” Matt looked at us with narrowed eyes.
“We gonna meet again with Mia and Izzie, we met them in the Zoo.”

“Oh really? So that was your hard work in the Zoo? Flirting with some chicks.. damn guys concentrate!”
“Don’t be a buzzkill, Matt. We will just have fun with them again this night, that’s about it! We will move on soon, anyway, right?”
“Fine.. whatever.. I need a shower and my bed.” Matt got up and we joined him.
When we moved into the elevator Zack turned to Jimmy, “Don’t you think it would be better if I would meet with Mia.. I mean than she won’t need to sneak out on you again…”
“Fuck off! And don’t even think about her!” Jimmy replied with and angry glare.

At 7.30 all of us went downstairs again, heading to the hotel bar, except for Matt. He was being a total baby and stayed in his room “resting for the ride” he claimed. Yeah sure, probably watching porn or something, hell, I don’t care, I got to have some live porn tonight!

We made friends with the owner of the hotel and he offered us a night at the bar. Jimmy only drank 2 beers and then left to meet Mia. I was only meeting Izzie in an hour, so I could do a few beers more.

“So Brian, this morning you claimed you were a gentleman, but we all know that isn’t true. Spill the dirty details to the guys that are not getting any tonight” Johnny sat next to me, beer in hand, ready for an all boys conversation. “Yeah” Zack said “Spill, make me forget Jimmy stole that girl from me”

“No, No, Guys, of course not, I’m not telling you about my night with 6 rounds of hot steaming sex” I smirked
“Hot and steaming huh?”
“Yeah, that girl didn’t know what hit her. She was puddy in my hands, totally obedient to everything I wanted to do with her”
“Hell yeah!” Johnny yelled a little too loud.
“And you know what?” They were both leaning in to hear what I would say
“I’m going to fuck her senseless again tonight, and give her my most amazing “you know it was only for one night” tomorrow” I let an evil grin come over my face. Both of the guys lauging with me.

Suddenly the laughing stopped and they both looked at something behind me
“What?”
I turned around on my stool, seeing Izzie standing there. Her beautiful face had the most angry look on it and I know it was wrong to even think about it, but she was the most pretty girl I’ve ever seen in my life.

She slowly folded her arms over her chest “So you are going to give me the one night stand speech tomorrow huh?”
I stared at her, not sure what she would do, not sure what I had to do.
“You know what Brian, save it, let’s keep it at a one night stand. I’m done!”
She stormed out of the hotel bar, leaving the tree of us wonder-struck.
“You fucked up man!” Johnny remarked.

It was just a one night stand, but I had my mind set on her for tonight and a little voice in my head was yelling at me “You ass! Why did you do that to such a nice girl!” I quickly got of my stool, running after her into the lobby of the hotel.

“Izzie! Izzie, wait… hold on” I yelled after her. I caught up to her, but she didn’t stop. I grabbed her hand, pulling her against my body. He body stiffened and her look was still angry. “Come on, Izzie....You know you want to.... we were so good together… the sex was amazing... We would only hurt ourselves not repeating that again” I looked at her, bending over to kiss her.

She wiggled herself out of my grip and started to walk away again, leaving me empty handed. I watched her leave, until she finally stopped, right in front of the door. Yes! She changed her mind!

But she just turned around and flipped me off, yelling: “DON’T BE SO COCKY YOU ASSHOLE! THE SEX WASN’T EVEN THAT GOOD ANYWAY!” Everyone in the lobby stared at me as she made her way out of the lobby, leaving me speechless. That never happened before.......
