Betrayed

I stared at Zacky “what, How?”
Zacky smiled “my dad is like us, a creature of the night. Your mom she was human, they had sex and she had you. You were born as a human so he sort of sold you to the guy your calling dad. It’s really a long story.”
I looked at my dad questionably; Matt turned back to my dad “tell her”
My dad shook his head; I don’t think he realized what Matt was capable of.
“He looks the same as when he brought you to me.” Said my dad
I couldn’t stand it, all the lies all the pain “Matt I don’t want to hear him.”
I looked at Matt, he was looking at me “I thought you’d never ask. Gates kill-em, all of them”
I stepped away from Matt as I heard my dad’s neck snapping.
“Sorry” I whispered to my family and all that.
I put my clothes in the duffle bag and hit Matt with it.
He grabbed it and tossed it to Zacky “get that to the car”
He turned to Rev “Rev Help Rory to the car.”
Rev motioned for me to follow him with a nod of his head. I was scared to go out of my room, so I slowly shook my head. Rev just raised an eye brow in confusion and shrugged at Matt. I walked over to the bed and plopped my butt down with an ‘oomph’ not even a second later Matt was by my side with a hand on my lower back and the other holding my hand.
“You okay?”
I stared at his hand holding mine, I zoned out as my eyes looked over his arm. Matt was a man, he was obviously interested in the thing growing in me. Matt was also very powerful, and powerful men had one thing in common, women. He was so used to being in control that if one were smart enough he wouldn’t even see it coming.
I smiled once I reached his eyes “Matt” he leaned over and whispered “don’t scare me like that again or I might not be as forgiving”
I rolled my eyes “sorry it’s just that your friend kind of scares me, he's not like you. He just doesn’t have that look.”
Matt waived in the general direction of the door “what look?” the Rev walked out making sure to leave us alone in the room.
“You know that look you have, the look of determination. It’s my favorite of all.” He seemed to relax a tad bit.
“Come on Aurora, its time to go.”
“Please don’t make me walk out there alone, please”
“Ill walk you to the car but you have to do some thing for me”
I nodded waiting for him to tell me what he wanted.
He got up and pulled me up “let’s go close your eyes.”
I tried to get up but ended up laying back on the bed “I'm to phat” Matt just slipped his arms under my back and legs and picked me up “eyes” he said.
I closed my eyes and
Tried to listen or feel any thing, all I could feel was Matt's hard body against my side. I admit it felt nice, I leaned in to him and inhaled deeply smelling nothing.
“Don’t you wear cologne or some thing?” he didn’t reply.
I was placed in a seat and told that I could open my eyes now. I was in a van with Matt pulling a seat belt over me.
“Johnny will drive you, don’t worry. When you get to the hotel you and him will get a room and he will stay up all night to make sure no one gets in to the room. You will listen to him got that?”
“I don’t want you to leave me I'm scared Matt”
“You wait with Johnny and as soon as I'm done here ill go to the hotel. Now shut up and play nicely Johnny has a short temper.”
He pulled away and shut the van door. Johnny drove off as soon as the door was locked. The whole way there I stared at this Johnny guy, I knew he didn’t like me it was written all over his face.
Johnny glanced at me in the rear view mirror, he rolled his eyes and then placed them back on the road.
“You know, Mathew underestimates me, and by the looks of things you too.”
“What are you trying to say” he asked.
“Nothing, just that I know how you feel.”
“I don’t feel, and I don’t care not about you and not about your stomach”
“I dated a guy named Johnny once; I was like 11 years old. You remind me of him.”
“Listen chick I don’t give a damn and I would never touch you”
I just shrugged “eh he cried when I pushed him in the park.”
