Ellie's P.O.V.
Tonight was the night of my high school reunion I had nothing to wear I checked my closet I had an old dress I wore to prom last year it had a few spots on it but that was nothing I could fix I grabbed a wash colth and ran some hot water over it and returned to my room to clean the spots and put my dress in the dryer. I couldn't wait to see all my old friends again. I believe it's going to be a great night.
My dress was dry I ran upstairs to go get ready for tonight and fix my hair I looked into the mirror I thought I looked great but would anyone notice ? That was the question I asked myself I heard a knock at my door I opened it but no one was there that was weird I closed the door and continued to get ready. I walked out the door and began my walk to the school.
Jimmy's P.O.V.
Tonight I was determined to dance my heart on the dance floor and act crazy as usual I laid out my tuxedo and tie searched in my closet for a pair of fancy shoes if I even owned a pair I went into the bathroom and fixed my hair and make myself look presentable I grabbed my car keys and headed for my car and drove to the school.

Everyone had arrived and greeted old friends and had a chance to catch up with old classmates everyone was either married, had children, or had major jobs Ellie had finally made it to the reunion she had saw her friends Jessica and Samantha she ran up and hugged them.
Jimmy's P.O.V.
I had arrived at school and turned off my engine and walked inside and saw that girl who's name I couldn't remember talking to her friends she looked beautiful I wanted to walk up to her and say hi but I was really nervous she and her friends sat down at the table and continued talking and I just sat at the table alone.
"Okay all you lovely people grab a partner this is the first dance of the night" the DJ said Ellie had no one to dance with she walked over to Jimmy and sat next to him "Hey do you want to dance ?" Ellie asked Jimmy smiled and grabbed her hand and they walked to the dance floor.
"So what's your name ?" Jimmy asked
"My name is Ellie " Jimmy smiled and walked up on stage to request a song for her but at that moment the power had gone out the school was pitch bla dark everyone wondered what happened to the power Jimmy grabbed Ellie's hand took her into the music room he saw some candles in the storage room and grabbed them and lit them and down next to Ellie he really liked her and wanted to get to know her more.
"So where are you from ?" Jimmy asked
"I'm from Colorado small town USA" Jimmy placed his hand over Ellie's face she blushed she didn't know that he had noticed her he leaned in and kissed her Ellie didn't want this night to end.
