Broken Pieces

Brian's P.O.V.
The hospitial waiting room was filled with doctors and small talk as we waited to return I walked to the gift shop to find something nice for Michelle hopefully she likes it even if it comes from hospitial gift shop I walked around for a while before spotting a necklace with a red gemstone in the middle I walked up to the cashier and placed the necklace on the glass counter I searched for my wallet a woman with light brown hair approached the counter and she was beautiful her name was Maria hopefully I see her soon.

Back in the waiting room Brian returned just in time to hear the results of Matt's test. Zacky was anxiously waiting for an answer like everyone else he pulled a paper from a folder with Matt's name on it

"What's wrong with him doc?" Arin asked the doctor looked at them with a concern look on his face they have waited too long for answers

"Has Matt had any medical conditions ?" The doctor asked everyone shook thier heads and turned thier attention back to the doctor

"We have to run more test were not really sure what caused Matt to faint"

Everyone were allowed to visit Matt now looking through the glass window Matt looked life less Zacky opened the door to Matt's room and sat down beside his bed

"We have great knowledge that you can hear us" Zacky touched his hand he felt cold and pale he hated seeing his best friend like this.

After everyone had visited Matt the nurse said that everyone had to go home and they could visit Matt tomorrow Brian could'nt get Maria out of his head but he could'nt tell Michelle he'd met another woman that would devestate her... He needed to focus on Michelle and how he was going to fix his already broken marriage.

Arriving back to his house Brian looked all over for Michelle she had left with Val and River to go out to lunch he reached into his pocket and found the necklace he purchased earlier from the gift shop and placed it under her pillow he ran downstairs and sat down on the couch with Pinkly and watched whatever was on tv he had almost fallen asleep when Michelle walked through the door she saw Brian asleep on the couch.

"How was visiting day with Matt ?" Michelle asked

"It was exhausting seeing him like that made me think of Jimmy"

Michelle could feel what Brian was going through Jimmy was like a brother to her as well she had something planned for Brian next week if only she could comfort him emotionally she went up to their room and search for her favorite bracelet she looked under her pillow and found a necklace she didn't remember buying it but she knew it was from Brian she loved it Brian walked upstairs and collapsed on the bed exhausted Michelle kissed him goodnight and fell asleep.
