It was awkward. Things were awkward. The atmosphere in our apartment was awkward. Everything was so fucking awkward and embarrassing all because I had gone and fucked up yet again and kissed my best friend. I dont regret doing it, fuck no, I just wish that I didnt have a girlfriend who Riley was currently trying to avoid as much as possible, and she didnt think that I knew, but I knew.
Right now Gena and I are in my room, shed come over a while ago and wed ended up in my room making out on the bed, but I didnt want to be here, with her like this, I was just stringing the girl along and sooner or later this was gonna blow up in my face and leave one nasty scene in its wake.
Gena broke the kiss and rested her head on my chest. She was silent for a while, drawing patters on my arm with her finger, following the line of my tattoos.
