Morning
I woke up to someone nudging me. I slowly opened my burning eyes to see Brian.
"Raven? Wake up breakfast is ready." he said and I nodded and sat up in bed rubbing my eyes. I noticed he was still sitting on the bed.
"I'm awake Brian." I said.
"I know. I'm sorry about yesterday. I mean I don't know why Michelle acted that way towards you for."
"Brian, it's alright." I said stretching.
"No Raven it's not. I mean she shouldn't be like to people. Especially you. You lost your stepdad and now your mother."
"How did you know about my stepdad?" I said raising a brow.
"Zacky told us." I shook my head and sighed deeply.
"Brian I'll be down in minute alright. I need to take a shower." I said and he nodded and walked out of the room shutting my door behind him. I slowly got out of bed and grabbed some clothes to take a shower. I shut and locked the door behind me and turned on the shower.
The water felt so warm. I stripped of my clothes and stepped into the hot water. The water seemed to releave the stress from the years and it was refreshing. I stepped out of the shower and dried off and putting on my clothes. I looked into the mirror at my reflection and wondered why Zacky told all the guys about my personal problems. I hate people messing in my business when they know I will tell them in time. I walked out of the bathroom leaving my dirty clothes in the bathroom. I walked out of my room and headed down towards the kitchen. Already I could smell the aroma of Gena's cooking filling my nose and it smelled delicious. I walked into the kitchen and the guys were sitting at the bar. I sat down next to Brian.
"Hey guys." I said propping my hands in my hands.
"Hey Raven!" Jimmy said excitedly. I shook my head as he hugged me tightly.
"Jimmy don't kill her!" Johnny said smiling. Jimmy let me go and I took a deep breath in. Gena finished cooking and we ate. I sat there in silence while everyone else was talking up a storm about something and Jimmy making fun of Johnny's height. When they finished eating they left to go to the studio and I helped Gena with the dishes. We stood there in silence cleaning until she spoke up.
"So what's on your mind?"
"What do you mean?" I asked not looking at her. I reached up and put a plate into the cabinet.
"I mean you look in deep thought."
"Oh. I'm just thinking. I mean about the friends I left behind in Tennessee." I said putting away the rest of the dishes.
"How about we invite them over next week?"
"Sounds good to me but I have to check with them and see if it's alright with their parents." I said smiling.
"You go call your friends and let them know about our plans to have them come here and let me know what's going on."
"I will later because just Heather, Craig, and Nicole always practice around this time and Luke and Damien are helping out their mom's with stuff around the house. They should be done at 7." I explained.
"Good just in time for the boys."
"Yeah I know and Heather and Nicole are dying to talk or even meet the guys again. They are such big fans." I said laughing.
"I wouldn't doubt that. The way you talk about them, you all must be very close."
"We grew up together. Mom home schooled me while my gang went to school." I said sitting down at the bar with a soda.
"Cool. So I got to go the store to get something for the guys to eat. Do you want to come with me or stay here?"
"Sure I'll go with you." I said and she went to get ready while I went into the living room watching music videos. Avenged Sevenfold's Nightmare was on and I was singing to it. I love that song so much because it perfectly tells my life. From the death of my stepdad, my real father being an asshole, and to my mother dying of cancer. It was a fucking nightmare.
Gena came down the stairs and I turned off the TV. We walked out to the car and got in and she drove is to their Market. Gena pulled into a parking space and cut the engine and piled out of the car. She hit the lock and alarm button on her keychain as we walked into the store. This place was huge! Lots of produce and fresh meat and other tasty items. We walked around the store for a while and we were about to check out when Gena forgot something. We were already in line and there were people behind us so we didnt want to move and lose the spot.
"Rave will you go get 2 gallons of milk please. I'll be right here."
"Sure." I said and headed off to find the milk. I walked down an isle and seen the milk and grabbed 2 gallons. I backed up to turn around and hit someone.
"Oh I'm so sorry!" I said turning around and this man was so gorgeous. He had a blonde mohawk and wore a sleeveless shirt that shown his tattoos. The only peircing he had was his left ear.
"I shoudn't have been standing behind you. I'm sorry." He looked at me and smiled.
"So what's your name?"
"I'm Raven." I said.
"Well hello Raven I'm Ivan Moody."
"You look familiar? Do I know you?" I asked taking a closer look and I knew who he is.
"I'm the lead..."
"You're the lead singer for Five Finger Death Punch!" I said cutting him off. He smiled and I did too.
"You a fan?"
"Yeah a huge fan. You inspired me, along with my friends, to write and play." I said smiling widely.
"Why thank you. Are you seeing anyone?"
"No. I mean I'm only 16." I said looking down.
"That don't bother me. Here's my number send me a text sometime." I set down the milk and he handed me the paper. I put it into my pocket and grabbed the milk again.
"I'll let you be on your way."
"Nice talking to you!" I said walking away. I walked up to Gena and the cashier was taking her things out of the cart. I set the milk in the cart and walked over to her.
"What took you so long?"
"I was talking to someone." I said blushing.
"You met a boy didn't you!"
"Yes I did. You'll never guess who it was." I said happily.
"Who?"
"Ivan Moody." I said smiling.
"Oh Lord. Raven you need to stay away from him. I used to hang out with him back in high school and he doesn't treat women right."
"People can change Gena." I said.
"I know but he won't. He has temper like Matt's but Matt can control it, Ivan can but he chooses not too. I seen what happened 2 years to a girl I used to be friends with. I told her not to be messing around with Ivan and she didn't believe me of what I told her about him and she found out the hard way. My friend was beaten so badly by him, that she went into a coma and died a month later."
"Oh my God! That's awful! I'm taking your advice." I said pulling the paper out of my pocket and ripping it up and throwing it in the trash. Gena smiled and I helped her push the cart over to the car and loaded the groceries into the car. We got into the car and drove back to the house.
I was so tired for some reason. I laid my head against the window and looked at all the buildings go by and we pulled into the driveway in a matter of minutes. We unloaded the car and put all the groceries away before I went up the stairs to go to my room. I seen a door cracked and it really irritates me when a door is open slightly. I went over to close it but when I looked inside, it had tons of guitars in it. Zacky sure does love his guitars. I went in and cracked the door so I could hear if anyone came. I sat down on the little couch and picked up a guitar. I strummed on the Fender and it had a great sound. I started strumming a song I knew by Seether called Breakdown. It sounded so good so I started singing as well.

I ended the song and looked over and seen Gena standing at the door. I set the guitar down and got up.
"You don't have to leave. I know Zacky doesn't like anyone up here in his space but if he asks I'll tell him I let you."
"No maybe I should just leave." I said and she walked over to me.
"No you really don't have too. He'll make an exception for you." She smiled and I picked the guitar back up.

I ended the song and looked at my phone and it was almost time for the guys to get here. I get the guitar down and Gena followed Gena downstairs. She started on the food and I wasn't feeling really hungry. I'm usually starving by now but I guess living on the streets for so long and not having to eat as much and getting used to the hungry feeling and ignoring it helped a lot. I sat in the living room and dialed Damien's number and he answered.
"Hey Raven!"
"Hey what's up?" I said smiling.
"Nothing much. Just sat down from helping mom with everything around the house. What about you?"
"Waiting for the guys to get here. Let me text everyone and see if they are busy." I said and began texting everyone. Everyone wasn't busy so I asked Damien to call Heather and put her on 3way.
"Heather can you hear me?" I asked.
"Yeah."
"Good Now call Nicole and put her on 3way with you. Have Nicole call Craig and put him on 3way and then Criag can put Luke on 3way. The guys will be here shortly so hurry." I explained.
"Alright one second."
The plan went really fast and I made sure no one was on speaker.
"Alright guys. The boys just pulled up. Hold on one second." I said and they all answered okay at the same time. It was funny. Jimmy burst through the door.
"Hey Jimmy get all the guys in here. I have some people that want to say hey." I said and Jimmy gathered the guys into the living room.
"You guys still there?" I asked and they all answered yes and again at the same time. I put them on speaker.
"Okay guys you're on." I said and they all said hey to the guys.
"Hey guys! We miss you!" Jimmy said pouting.
"Is Jimmy pouting?" Heather asked and I laughed.
"He always does ha ha!" I said and everyone laughed. Jimmy folded his arms over his chest.
"Jimmy we all love you though." I said kissing his cheek. He smiled big and hugged me tightly. My friends had to go and we all said our goodbyes before I hung up. Gena called us to eat and I kept sitting there on the couch. Zacky came back into the living room.
"Raven? Come and eat sweetheart."
"I'm not hungry." I said watching TV.
"Oh. I'll have Gena save you some in case you want to eat later." I nodded and he disappeared back into the kitchen. I could hear the guys laughing and carrying on with a bunch of shit and they were having a good time. I bet they always had a good time like this before they met me. I sat there thinking how it would be with me not around anymore. I knew my friends would miss me but would anyone else?
A single tear ran down my face and I got up and went over to the door. I looked into the kitchen and I knew that they would never notice me gone. I walked out the door and walked towards the beach. When I reached the beach I sat down underneath the pier just as I had for 3 years. I looked out into the ocean.

I finished eating and went into the living room and to check on Raven and she wasn't there. I figured she went up to her room so I made the climb up the stairs and to her room. I reached her door and knocked.
"Raven? Can I come in?" I said and there was no answer. I opened the door and she wasnt there. I shut her door and looked in each room upstairs and she was no where to be found. Where the hell is she? I went back downstairs and the guys were all watching TV.
"Where's Raven?" Jimmy said.
"I don't know Jimmy. She ain't here!" I said with a worry look on my face.
"Zacky don't panic. Brian and I will go find her."
"Alright Matt. Just bring her back. Don't ask her why she left just find her." I said sitting down in the recliner as Matt and Brian left the house.

Brian and I left the house and in search for Raven. Why would she leave us like that? Brian got in my car and we drove around town. We had no luck. I parked down at the pier and looked over at Brian.
"Where is she Brian?" I asked and he shrugged his shoulders.
"I don't know either. Zacky is really worried about her." I said sighing deeply. I looked down on the beach and realized something.
"Brian when we finally found Raven, where was she?" I asked.
"Under the pier. Why?"
"Let's go." I said getting out of the car. I shut my door and Brian slowly got out. We walked down the beach and seen her staring out into the ocean underneath the pier.
"Rave?" Brian said and she looked over and stood up.
"What are you doing here?"
"We came to find you. Zacky is upset and so am I." he said and I walked over beside Raven.
"Why are you down here Rave? Is something wrong?" I asked putting my hand on her shoulder.
"I just needed somewhere I wouldn't be disturbed. I needed to think."
"About what Raven? You can tell all of us anything and we will keep it in the family and no where's else." Brian said.
"Things that's happened over the years alright!!" she pushed me away and walked down the beach. Brian and I followed right behind her.
"Like what? Please talk to us Raven." I said caring. She stopped dead in her tracks and turned around. Her face was filled with tears. Brian and I pulled her close hugging her tightly.
"Rave it's alright. We just care about you so much. We know you lost you mother and stepdad and your real father says he wants to have you in his life but he keeps pushing you away. We know that." Brian said rubbing her back.
"We will help you any way we can." I said kissing her forehead.
"I just want to go home." I nodded and picked her up carrying her to my car. I set her down in the backseat and Brian sat in the back with her as I drove us back to the house. I looked at her in the rearview mirror and she was fast asleep on Brian's shoulder. I pulled into Zacky's driveway and Brian carried her into the house and Zacky met us coming in.
"Where did you find her?" Zacky whispered.
"Under the pier. She fell asleep on the way back home." I said and he nodded. Brian took her up to her room and laid her down on the bed. I took off her shoes and socks and covered her up. Brian kissed her cheek and I kissed her forehead. Brian and I left her to sleep peacefully at home.

I ended the song and looked at my phone and it was almost time for the guys to get here. I get the guitar down and Gena followed Gena downstairs. Brian and I left the house and in search for Raven. Why would she leave us like that? Brian got in my car and we drove around town. We had no luck. I parked down at the pier and looked over at Brian.
"Where is she Brian?" I asked and he shrugged his shoulders.
"I don't know either. Zacky is really worried about her." I said sighing deeply. I looked down on the beach and realized something.
"Brian when we finally found Raven, where was she?" I asked.
"Under the pier. Why?"
"Let's go." I said getting out of the car. I shut my door and Brian slowly got out. We walked down the beach and seen her staring out into the ocean underneath the pier.
"Rave?" Brian said and she looked over and stood up.
"What are you doing here?"
"We came to find you. Zacky is upset and so am I." he said and I walked over beside Raven.
"Why are you down here Rave? Is something wrong?" I asked putting my hand on her shoulder.
"I just needed somewhere I wouldn't be disturbed. I needed to think."
"About what Raven? You can tell all of us anything and we will keep it in the family and no where's else." Brian said.
"Things that's happened over the years alright!!" she pushed me away and walked down the beach. Brian and I followed right behind her.
"Like what? Please talk to us Raven." I said caring. She stopped dead in her tracks and turned around. Her face was filled with tears. Brian and I pulled her close hugging her tightly.
"Rave it's alright. We just care about you so much. We know you lost you mother and stepdad and your real father says he wants to have you in his life but he keeps pushing you away. We know that." Brian said rubbing her back.
"We will help you any way we can." I said kissing her forehead.
"I just want to go home." I nodded and picked her up carrying her to my car. I set her down in the backseat and Brian sat in the back with her as I drove us back to the house. I looked at her in the rearview mirror and she was fast asleep on Brian's shoulder. I pulled into Zacky's driveway and Brian carried her into the house and Zacky met us coming in.
"Where did you find her?" Zacky whispered.
"Under the pier. She fell asleep on the way back home." I said and he nodded. Brian took her up to her room and laid her down on the bed. I took off her shoes and socks and covered her up. Brian kissed her cheek and I kissed her forehead. Brian and I left her to sleep peacefully at home.
