MATT'S POV

'It's cool if I put that on Instagram, right? Not in a 'Oh, my God, I'm having lunch with M Shadows' fangirl kind of way, though, that is just desperate.' Amelia rolled her eyes. No, Matt, you don't find that attractive. Stop.
'Sure.' I nodded. Eleanor wouldn't see it, the Avenged community on Instagram was crammed with photos of me, if she did see it, by chance, she'd probably assume it was an oldie. I wasn't being betraying or sneaky by thinking that, but I just didn't want to rub it in her face that I was having lunch with a girl - who was 25 and if you glanced at her briefly, looked like El - while I was away from El. She wouldn't like it and I knew that. Also, my conscience wasn't too clear, thanks to that dream I had.
'So, what time do you leave tonight?' Amelia asked me, sipping her Coke.
'Um, 9. Then the show tomorrow at 7. I take it you'll be at the barrier again?' I smirked.
'Obviously. Jess really wants to fuck one of you, she doesn't care which one.'
'But all of us but Zacky have partners..' I frowned. Amelia's face seemed to fall when I said that. Fuck..

She coughed slightly. 'She knows that, but she really doesn't care. She wants either Brian or Zacky most, fortunately. But I kind of get where she's coming from, really wanting someone you can't have..' Amelia looked up at me, smiling slightly. Her rose lips looked so soft, I'd love to... No, Matt, stop. That is wrong. You have a wife.
'Well, Zacky's single, but Brian's married. Zacky can be..picky, though.' I knew Jess was Zacky's type, her looks and body, definitely. But I wasn't going to tell Amelia that, I didn't want Jess forcing herself onto him.
'I'll tell her that.' She giggled.
Then the thought dawned on me; I had forgotten to text Eleanor. I took out my phone, and there, was the scariest thing a husband could ever see; 4 missed calls from his wife. How the fuck would I explain this?
As quick as I could, I dialled Eleanor's number, and rang it, getting a strange look from Amelia thanks to my frantic dialling. I shook my head, smiling slightly. It rang through to voicemail. I hung up and tried again, but this time, it went straight to voicemail. What?
I text Eleanor, 'hey baby, I'm really sorry I didn't answer, I was at lunch. You okay? M x' I said in the text. Hey, at least I wasn't lying.

Amelia and I left the restaurant, and I drove her to her hotel. We both stepped out of the car.
'Thanks for everything today. I meant everything about Avenged saving my life. I owe you. All.' Amelia smiled up at me.
'Don't be silly, it's nothing. I meant what I said, I'm honoured.' I smiled. I leaned down to give her a gentle hug. She delicately squeezed me. She then pulled away.
'You better look out for me at the barrier tomorrow, Sanders.' She grinned widely.
'Will do. When I see you, I'll give you the middle finger.' I joked.
'I can't say I'd mind you doing that.' Amelia said in a suggestive tone, biting her lip but still smiling slightly, before winking and walking away.

I could feel my cock start to twitch in my pants ever so slightly. No, no, no. I quickly got back into the driver's seat, and put my head in my hands, trying to stop all the dirty scenarios with Amelia that were running through my head. I could feel myself getting hard. This was so fucking wrong. What was it about her? Something about her drove me crazy. But it wasn't love I felt towards her, it was lust. I didn't want to hug her gently and kiss her, I wanted to pin her up against a wall, pull her hair while fucking her senseless. All she had to do was say something slightly flirty and I was hard? What? I didn't even mean the whole 'middle finger' thing in a flirty way, it was a joke. Matt, you are digging your own grave, slowly but surely.


ELEANOR'S POV


I took out my phone, to see 2 missed calls from Matt and a text.
'hey baby, I'm really sorry I didn't answer, I was at lunch. You okay? M x' The text read, from Matt. He didn't lie about being at lunch, he just spared the part about being at lunch with her.
I rolled my eyes and put down the phone. Why was I starting to feel that Matt being on tour was beginning to nibble away at our marriage, very, very slowly?
'What's up, El?' Luke frowned, drinking his coffee.
'Matt is what's up.' I sighed. I explained what was going on, and Luke sighed deeply.
'He's such a typical man. I have to admit, I'd probably be doing the same. Ya know what I'd do, if I were you?' Luke said.
'Fire away.' I sighed.
'Ignore him. Ignore him until the day after his next concert. Then he'll have a taste of what it's like to lose you. I know if it was me, it'd make me realise how stupid I was. It'll work. Just put your phone on silent, and ignore him.'
'That's a pretty good idea, Luke. I think I'll do that.' I nodded, looking at my phone, and putting it on silent. I loved Matt to the moon and back, but a break away from each other would do no harm.

I've been getting a lot of feedback from readers about Matt and his decisions in this story as my character, and I just want to clear something up..
I know I'm depicting Matt as slightly unfaithful and disloyal, but I just want to say that I'm not trying to say that the real Matt (as in the one in A7X) is unfaithful or disloyal; I don't know him as a person, and his relationships are his own personal business.
I understand that Matt in this story is meant to be the real Matt, but I just want people to know that this story is fiction, and I'm not trying to make the real Matt out to be a bad person, I'd never do such a thing :3
