Iced Caramel Macchiato

* Angelina's P.O.V. *

Thankfully, my apartment was directly near a Starbucks.

I smiled to myself, it would work for now, I needed some caffeine to function.

I stepped inside, taking in the tantalizing smells.

Even though this wasn't a unique, little poetry reading coffee shop, I would still enjoy coming in here to write.

And as a bonus, the coffee would keep me awake.

I have quite the habit of just passing out asleep anywhere.

I am honestly tired 24/7. I'm not entirely sure why either, I don't do much vigorous physical activity.

I just wake up, eat and write

. Then the cycle repeats. Over and over again.

But now the cycle is in the sunny state of California, and I am quite happy and anxious.

I ordered an iced caramel macchiato.

Honestly, I only ordered it because the words " caramel " and " macchiato " stuck out to me.

I do that quite a lot.

" Angelina. " the barista called.

I thanked him and sat down to drink my " macchiato ".

It was actually very good, but who am I kidding, all coffee is delicious.

I looked around, considering I'm an incredibly visual person.

I observe everything, it has it's pros and cons.

I feel as if people believe I'm some sort of stalker.

I noticed a group of five sitting at a table.

I'm not one to stereo-type, but they didn't really seem like Starbucks people.

They seemed like they should be doing things and going places, instead of sitting down and having a sip of coffee.

But I tried not to stare.

I would seem quite odd.

I could get by not staring though.
They were horribly rowdy.

Everyone kept looking over at them.

But I didn't really mind, it's a coffee shop, not a library.

They were yelling at random obscenities, and I was surprised they weren't kicked out of Starbucks.

They all got up, as if they had places to go and things to do.

And as they were about to leave, the barista then called, " Thanks for coming home guys, very nice to see you again. "

So they were routine coffee drinkers??

The five guys smiled and waved to the barista.

" Nice to see you again, Peter! " the one I observed that was incredibly loud and bouncy said.

Then they left, why did I care?
