*Cherish's P.O.V*
*The Next Day*

I woke up to the curtains wide open and my window open as well. It was cold in my room but I didn't mind it.
I cuddled back into my bed until I noticed somebody laying next to me..
Jimmy!
I started to feel awkward but at the same time, I liked it. But I started to get paranoid.. Did we.. No. No we didn't. No. Of course not. Oh my God.
I started to panic and I woke up Jimmy. Shit.
"Hey, hey, what's wrong?" He asked me as he stroked my arms, causing goosebumps to appear.
"Nothing.. I'm just scared.."
"why?"
"Did we..you know..?"
"What? No." he said to me.
I sighed in relief. Thank God.
He kissed me on my forehead and spoke,
"I respect you. I'm not gonna push you to do things you don't want to do." He said to me.
I kissed him back on his forhead.
"Thank you." I said.
We were caught up in the moment. Looking deep into each others eyes. I started to lose myself in his deep bright blue eyes. As he did the same.. but my eyes are brown.
"Pancakes?" I asked.
"Yes, please." He said.
I got up off the bed and went to my closet to change my pajamas. I slipped off my Batman boxers and put on my Superman boxers. I was wearing panties of course. I just liked the comfort of men's boxers.
I went downstairs and looked in the living room.
I was about to walk by and go straight to the kitchen but I took a step back to see the guys passed out all over the living room.
Matt was laying on his back, his arms and mouth wide open. Johnny was on top of him with his shirt off.
Brian laid on the couch and Zacky was leaning into his shoulder with a blanket covering the both of them.
I walked over and accidentally made a noise. When the noise erupted the room, I thought one of them would wake up but instead, Zacky cuddled closer to Brian and Brian put his arm around his shoulders.
Awe, how cute.
I took my phone and snapped a picture of all of the guys.
I smiled and proceeded to the kitchen.
I made a lot of noise on purpose, just to wake them up.
I started to make the pancakes and I heard the kitchen door open.
"Good morning." Said a sleepy Matt.
"Good morning!" I said.
"What happened lastnight?"
"I don't even know." I told him honestly.

*Later that day*

We didn't plan on doing anything today. We all just sat around at my aunt's house, playing game and watching movies.
I like these guys so much.
They're so much more funner than hanging out with girls, to be honest.
I was in the middle of playing a match with Matt when my phone started to ring.
"can you see who's calling please?!" I yelled out.
"It's an unknown number." Brian said.
Nobody knows my number.. besides for my "dad", aunt rose, uncle mike and aunt rose..
I got confused but I answered it anyway.
"Hello?" making my voice sound a little deep.
"Oh, hello there. Is this Cherish Valentine's cell phone?"
"Yes, it is. Why do you ask?"
"This is her father, James Hetfield of Metallica and I was wondering if you could get her on the phone?" He said.
I choked.
"Hang on." I said, still in my deep voice.
"oh my God, Jimmy." I said to him, holding my phone to my chest.
Jimmy took my hand and led me to the kitchen.
"What's happening?"
"it's my dad.."
"the drunk?"
"No..The legend." I said to him.
"talk to him.."
I started to panic, but Jimmy held my face in his hands and kissed my cheek.
"You'll be okay. I'm here for you."
I sighed and put the phone to my ear.
"Hello?" using my normal voice.
"Cherish?"
"yes?"
"I heard that.. uh.. your father told you everything that's been going on."
"yeah.. "
".."
"So..?
"Since you don't have any legal guardians, I have to look after you from now on."
"what?! No.."
"Cherish, I'm sorry, but I don't think you have a choice."
"No, I have my aunt Rose. She can take care of me. Please, don't rip me away from this place."
"Cherish.. I'm sorry."
"I hardly know you! I don't give a shit if you're James Hetfield, I am not moving in with you!"
He didn't say anything and I started to cry.
"I'm so sorry Mr. Hetfield, I'm not right in the head.."
"Don't talk like that. I'll give you some time to think about this. Take all the time you want. I'm not gonna push you to make these type of decisions."
"Thank you.."
"Save this number and you could call me whenever you want."
"Thank you so much, Mr. Hetfield.."
"Please.. call me dad."
I sniffled and with that, he hung up.
I put my phone onto the counter and just sobbed. I cried like a baby.
I'm pretty sure the other guys would get suspicious but I didn't care.
I let myself fall onto the floor. I kept crying and I curled up into a ball by the counter.
Jimmy sat down beside me. He didn't say anything and that's good.
Instead, he put his head on my shoulder.
"He wants me to move in with him.." I said to him.
"What? Why? When?"
"Yeah.. it's crazy. I don't know and I don't know. He just told me to call him whenever I was ready." finger quotations marks with the word "ready".
"What are you gonna do?"
"I'll just see how my Aunt treats me. If she continues drinking, I'm going. I'll have no choice."
I sobbed.
"I'm here for you as much as you need me." He kissed my shoulder and put his arm around me.
I leaned into warm embrace and started to drift off. I didn't want to sleep though so I kept myself awake.
Jimmy and I were just sitting in the kitchen for the longest time, not saying a word to each other. We heard the guys in the living room moving around a lot, yelling and swearing a lot.
The kitchen door opened and in walked Matt.
"I overheard your phone call.."
Fucken great.
"Is James Hetfield really your father?" He asked with a sympathetic look on his face.
"Yes.. my biological father."
"What did he say to you? If you don't mind me asking.."
"He wants me to move in with him."
"What?!" He yelled out in madness, confusion and sadness. I could just hear it in his voice.
"I don't know." I tried to cry but I had no more tears to shed.
He didn't say anything either. Just stood there next to Jimmy & I.
Matt took my hands and made me stand up.
He hugged me tightly and that's the first time he ever did that. We hugged there for about a minute until he let go.
I looked at him and saw that his eyes were starting to sparkle.
"I don't want you to go."
"It all depends on how my aunt treats me, Matt.."
"Cherish, please.. I see you as a little sister and it'll be sad for all of us if you go."
"I'll have no choice, Matt. I'm so sorry."
He looked down to his feet and I saw his tears beginning to fall. I looked over at Jimmy and he was doing the same.
"awe, you guys.." I said and I put my arms around their shoulders and I held them close to me.
"If I do go, I promise to come visit. And introduce you to my..father." I said.
They both smiled slightly and we were in a three-person group hug.
"Who wants pizza?!" Johnny yelled from the living-room.
I let go of the guys immediately and ran into the living room.
"I do!" I yelled out. I ran, jumped over the couch and sat on the floor beside Zacky.

The rest of the evening went on well. I almost forgot about James' phone call. It was starting to get late, the guys were getting ready to leave and I already felt lonely.
They were all about to walk out of the door,
"Guys!" I yelled out.
They all looked back at me at the same time. I stood there, not saying anything.
"What is it?" Zacky asked.
"Spend another night.. please?"
They all looked like they were gonna say no..
"Alright. I didn't wanna go home anyway." Johnny said and went to go sit in the living room.
The rest of the guys did the same.
"I'm sleeping on your bed again tonight.." Jimmy said.
"But why?"
"Because.. your bed is comfy and your pillows are soft as fuck." He said as he was putting his jacket on the coat rack.
I chuckled and agreed. I'm kind of looking forward to it, to be honest.
I used to love cuddling with my bestfriend Jade back home.

I didn't know what time it was, but it was late.
We all sat in the living room, watching scary movies and being fat.
I sat in the middle, Jimmy and Matt on both sides. Brian sat behind me on the couch. Zacky on the armchair and Johnny was sitting beside Brian.
We were all so into the movie.
We were watching Jacob's Ladder. Apparently, it was Jimmy's favourite movie and he insisted that we all watched it.
I'll admit, this movie is freaky as fuck.
About in the middle of the movie, I didn't notice myself dozing off.
..come on, don't sleep yet.. I'm not finished my cinnamon bun..
I dozed off anyway, but before I could fall into a deep sleep, I felt a big pair of arms scoop me up from the floor and take me upstairs to my room.
As soon as he put me down, I cuddled into my blankets.. and fell asleep.
