*Cherish's P.O.V*

I invited Jimmy into my aunts house. He looked kind of lonely out there.
He came in and took a look around.
"Is anybody else here?" He asked.
"Nope, just me." I replied.
He didn't say anything after that. I wanted to do something but it was so lonely in this house. Noone else in here besides me and him.
I thought I'd take him to play drums again since he absolutely adores my drum kit.
"Do you wanna play some drums?"
"That would be great right now."
I gave him a small smile and we both made our way down to the basement.
He looked at me with his hands in his pockets. Then he looked at the drum kit and smiled again.
"Go ahead." I said to him.
He slipped his hands out of his pockets and made his way to my drums. He took the drum sticks in his hands and started to play a really steady beat.
I looked at him in aww at how concentrated he looked whenever he would play. He such an amazing musician.

We stopped playing drums about half hour ago, no we're just eating pizza and watching movies.
I don't want to go to school tomorrow.. or for the rest of the week!
I wish my mom was still here.. everything would've been normal.
I noticed myself starting to overthink. I stopped myself and continued watching the movie.
We were watching Titanic and it wasn't at all sad. It was just really cheesy.
I kept thinking about my mom and how much she loved this movie.
The scene on where Jack & Rose were promising eachother "not to let go" I started to get a lump in my throat. My mom loved this scene.
"Hey?..you okay?"
"Yeah, I'm fine.. why?"
He pointed around the area of my eyes, I went to wipe it and there were tears. Wow..I didn't notice myself.
"is it the movie?"
"I guess you could say that."
"Is there anything wrong?" He asked.
I don't know if I want to open up to him.. I recently just met him and with everything thats been going on I don't think I want to.
"No.. everythings fine." I faked a smile and took a look at the time.
wow.. already 9:30.
"I gotta get to Matt's." Jimmy said.
"Come over tomorrow, maybe jam out. Or something." He said to me
I smiled and told him that I'd text him. He smiled back and walked away.
I was about to shut the door, he stopped it with his foot. I gave him a suspicious look and he took my hand and he kissed it.
gee, it drives my butterflies crazy when he does that.
"Good night, Cherish." He said softly.
"Good night, Jim Jam."
"Jim Jam?"
"New nickname, TA DA!"
He laughed and said good night once again and walked away. I closed the door and turned around to look at the house.
wow.. it is so quiet in here.
I turned on the radio and tidied up. I was halfway into getting the house to look home-y until my phone started ringing.
Dad was calling.. I don't know.. ugh screw it, here goes nothing.

"Hello?"
"Cherish?" he slurred his words out. Drunk.. obviously.
"what?"
"I should've told you this a long time ago."
"Dad, go to sleep. Call me tomorrow. You know I hate it when you're drunk. "

Hey! I thought I'd update just a little bit.
I'm sorry if this is super short! My laptop is still broken and I don't know when I'll get it fixed!
I'm changing up the whole story so I'm sorry if this going a little too fast or a little too slow for you guys!
