They Say That ALL Beauty Must Die.

*Cherish's P.O.V*

Me and the man go to the hospital. We got out of the vehicle and walked into the big building. Ugh, I hated hospitals.
A tear ran down my face but I immediately went and wiped it away.
The man went up to the desk and started talking to the secretary. The man told me that Jimmy was upstairs in room 205.
With that being said, he walked away without saying another word.
I took the stairs because there was an old couple in wheelchairs taking the elevator. I walked down the hall and didn't dare look up.
I reached Jimmy's room. I cracked the door a little bit and peaked in. Jimmy was sitting up and he looked tired. I lightly knocked on the door and he gave me one look and sat up straight immediately. He told me to come in, so I did.
I walked up to his bed and sat at the foot of it. He had the biggest smile that lit up the room and tat alone, made me smile too. It was quiet for awhile so I decided to speak,
" I'm so glad you're okay."
"Yeah.. the doctor said I lost a lot of blood. If you didn't call the ambulance, I would've been dead." is what he said. I felt like crying. Not because of sadness, because of happiness.
I let my mind, emotions and body take control. I threw myself over to him and hugged him tightly and he hugged me back. My head was on his chest, I could hear his heart beat. I felt so happy so then, I started to cry. Jimmy asked me,
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing.. I'm just so glad you're okay."

*Jimmy's P.O.V*

Oh man, my head hurts. The last thing I remembered was my dad smashing a beer bottle on my head. I tried to recall what happened after that but nothing played back in my head.
I sat up and looked around in the room. I noticed I was in there alone.
I sat there for a few minutes but then a nurse walked in with jello, a cookie & orange juice.
"How are you feeling today, Mr. Sullivan?" she asked.
"I'm okay.. my head hurts a lot."
" I'll be right back with some medication for you."
She walked out and I just devoured the things she got for me. I took the orange juice carton and tried to throw it over to the garbage can, which was across the room. I failed.
I picked up my empty jello cup and I tried to throw it in the garbage.. and I did it.
Woohooo!
I sat there for a while until the nurse walked in with pills and a cup of water. There was a tall doctor right behind her. I took the pills in her hand and put them in my mouth, I grabbed the water and drank it. I felt the pills working their magic right away.
I felt funny.. ha ha .. I was in my own world until the doctor spoke,
"How are you feeling, James?"
"I'm feeling fucken awesome.." I said with the biggest smile on my face. The doctor laughed and told me the things that would've happened to me if my "Friend" didn't find me in time.
I asked him who.
"Umm.. Cherish Valentine? Do you know her?"
"Oh yeah, I do."
"She's the one that found you. You lost a lot of blood and honestly.. if she didn't find you, you would've been dead Mr. Sullivan."
With that being said, I was surprised. I smiled and started to make his way out.
"Wait.. can I see her?" I asked him.
"She's in school, but I'll send someone to get her."
I thanked him and walked out. The nurse that gave me the "drowsy" medicine was checking my heart rate, my vision & my ears. I didn't know why. I just let her do it. She walked out without saying a word.
I laid back in my bed until Cherish got here.

I was laying in bed for about 10 minutes waiting for Cherish. I started to feel really tired but I wanted to see Cherish. So I kept my eyes open.
I heard a light knock and I saw her. I sat up straight and told her to come in.
She said that she was glad that I was okay, I told her that if she didn't find me I would've been dead.
After I said that, she threw herself onto me, hugging me tightly. I was surprised at first, but I liked it. I hugged her back just as tight as she did.
I heard her sniffle. She looked at me and sure enough, she was crying.
I asked her what was wrong and she sid,
"Nothing.. I'm just so glad you're okay."
I smiled at her widely and hugged her again. We kept it like that for a while. She pulled away and we started talking.

We talked for about an hour. Laughing and playing games with out hands.
I beat her multiple times on Thumb War and Rock, Paper, Scissors.

We were in between another match at thumb war, when the doctor and started talking. Cherish and I sat there listening to what he had to say.
He told me that I had 9 stitches on my head. I was surprised.. it was a small bottle.
But I didn't care. He continued talking then he discharged me, and gave me some pain medication.
He said I didn't need to wear a band-aid on my head.

We walked out of the hospital, I couldn't walk on my own, because I still felt a little weak. Cherish helped me walk and we were walking out.
We were about to start walking down the street until the guys showed up.
"Jimmy!", "You're okay!", "I'm so glad you're okay." "Holy shit!"
I laughed and we went in for a group hug. They pulled me to a car, neither of us had a car, but I take it that Brian borrowed it from his dad.

We were driving down the street and just.. driving. The guys were talking and being their usual selves. I was sitting beside Cherish. The one thing I didn't notice was.. Cherish & I were holding hands.
I tightened my grip and put my head on her shoulder. She didn't say anything. She just smiled and rest her head on my head.
The car came to a stop and I noticed we were at Matt's house. Cherish's hand became loose with my hand and she got up quickly. I got out right after her.
I stood up straight and I noticed she was sitting at my drum kit, with my lucky drumsticks in her hands. She was giving me a smile, I nodded to her and she started to play the beat to Symphony of Destruction by Megadeth.

The guys and I just sat back and watched her play more songs. I can't believe it.. her drumming takes my breath away every time.
