They Say That ALL Beauty Must Die.

*Cherish's P.O.V*

I sat at the table eating my sandwich really, really slowly. I felt eyes on me, I almost started to freak out but I stopped myself. Gosh, Cherish! Quit making yourself look like a freak!
The music on my phone was on shuffle and "I Stand Alone" by Godsmack began to play.
I concentrated on the music and ignored my surroundings. I opened my chips and began to eat them slowly. I picked up my sandwich again and almost took a bit out of it but the boy with the black hair came sit on the table across from me.
I slowly put my sandwich down, and shyly put my headphones down to my neck.
I gave him a look of confusion and a small smile. He looked at me and put his hand out,
"My names Jimmy." I shook it and didn't say anything. I wanted to panic but NO! Not right now!
I told him my name and he said was,
"I know.. we're in the same class."
I felt like an idiot. A tear rolled down my cheek but immediately wiped it away. Gosh, I hate being anti-social. He noticed and asked me what was wrong. I didn't wanna bore him with my problems so I lied and told him, "Nothing.. I'm perfectly fine." and faked a smile.
I guess he knew I was faking it. He gave me that "are-you-serious" look and asked me again.
I took a deep breath and told him, "I have social anxiety."
"Well.. you don't have to be scared. I'm a nice person." He said in a sassy tone with his hand on his chest. I laughed a little. He smiled and asked me what class I was in.
" I'm in Music with Mr. Stonestand."
"Oh really? I am too!" he said with a huge smile on his face. This was getting so awkward for me. I don't know what it's like to meet new people. He stopped smiling and asked me what instrument I played.
"Drums, a little bit of guitar.. and I could.. uh.. sing too."
He looked surprised, he didn't even say anything. I opened my coke and took a big sot out of it, out of nervousness. I looked back at him and he told me that he did the same.
Wow.. what a coincidence. I gave him a look of surprise.
We started to talk for a bit until he finally asked me if I knew anybody in Huntington Beach. I told him that I only my aunt & uncle. He said,
"Oh. well you have to meet my friends!" as he started to wave his arm around.
I told him no and grabbed his arm to put it down. He looked at me with a look of surprise. He gave me a smile.
"Don't worry, they're really cool. You'll love them.. Matt! Brian! Zacky! Johnny!"
He called out to his friends. I immediately covered my face with my hands because I tried not to panic. I heard footsteps coming up to the table and surrounded me. I got a little nudged when I noticed Jimmy sat next to me and another boy with green eyes sat on the other side.
Three others sat in front of us. A short boy sat on the left, a boy with dimples and blue eyes sat in the middle and another boy with dark brown eyes sat on the other side.
I put my hands back into my head and took deep breaths.
Jimmy nudged my arm and whispered in my ear,
"It'll be alright." After he said that, I took my hands away from my face and looked up at all of them one by one. I was so nervous, I began to hear my heartbeat in my ears.
Jimmy pointed to the short one,
"This is Johnny" He smiled and waved.
He pointed to the one with dimples and said his name was "Matt" He smiled and said hello.
I smiled as Jimmy pointed to the boy with brown eyes,
"That's Brian". He gave me stuck out of his pointer finger, pinky & thumb to show the "Metal" sign. I gave one back to him.
Jimmy pointed to the boy beside me and said his name was Zacky.
I said a small "hello" to all of them. They all began to talk, leaving me out of their conversations. I didn't mind though.. they were talking about guy stuff.
The bell rang and that meant lunch was over. All of them got up too quickly and that caused me to gasp loudly. I looked up and I seen their faces filled with confusion.
Jimmy lightly whispered., "She's anti-social.."
They all understood. They all told me that they were sorry. I didn't say anything.
They all left but I noticed Jimmy was still here. I shot him a look of confusion.
"Well we are in the same class, aren't we?"
I replied with a small smile and got up off my chair. Jimmy & I threw our garbage and began to walk out of the cafeteria.

*Jimmy's P.O.V*
I guess Cherish's anxiety was kicking her ass. She didn't talk at all. Besides for "hello".
But I don't blame her. She's a really beautiful girl. I want to get to know her.
We walked down the hall and we were almost there. She was walking slowly, I would start to feel like an ass if I let her walk alone so I slowed down until our paces matched.
We reached the classroom. She took a look in and looked away quickly, taking deep breaths.
I grabbed her hand, she was scared at first but calmed down and stopped taking her deep breaths. I told her,
"It'll be alright, no one likes music that much so there's usually 5 or 6 of us in here."
She smiled, she let go of my hand so I opened the door to the classroom and we walked in.
Mr. Stonestand, stood there with a look of confusion on his face.
I told him Cherish was new and he assigned her to sit next to me. We both sat down and paid attention at what the teacher had to say. He told things about how long Metallica have been making music and whatnot. I didn't really pay attention and I noticed Cherish wasn't either. I wanted to talk to her but I didn't want to get Mr. Stonestand mad, so I wrote it on a piece of paper and passed it to her.
"What are you doing after class?"
"..going home"
"I thought maybe you'd wanna have a little jam sesh or grab a soda.. or something."
After I wrote that, I felt nervous when I handed it to her. She read it, she smiled lightly at it and began to write down her reply.
She handed it back to me and I read it.
"..sure.. I'd like to.."

Helloooooo, people of Earth.
This is the last chapter until tomorrow.
My back is really sore and my fingers are beginning to get numb.
Lol, sorry I'm such a weakling.
