I drove all night and finally got to the woods right outside of Little Rock, Arkansas. I pulled into the long driveway at a hig speed and sped up to the cabin. I slammed on my brakes making the gravel fly everywhere. I slammed my car door as I got out and I went to the front door and kicked it in. Xaiver stood to his feet with a smirk on his face.

"Glad you could join us...Raelyx."

"Give me...my children." I said angrily.

"Why would I do that?" Xaiver pulled a gun from behind Owen and placed the barrel to the side of my son's head. Both of my children's faces were riddled with fear and I could see a bruise forming on Devon's cheek.

"Xaiver, whatever you're thinking of doing, you hurt my children and I swear to God I'll fucking kill you." I said looking at my kids and then back to Xaiver with a look that could kill instantly.

"I already have plans on what to do with them...and you. he smirked evily.

"Do whatever you want with me...just...just don't hurt my children." I said still with the anger but I was also begging.

"Now you're begging? Ha! This is so good! Still doesn't work but maybe this will for you." he grabbed Devon by the hair and punched her so hard she fell to the floor and her nose gushed blood. I instantly flew over to Xaiver and started choking him.

"Owen, Devon get out of here!" I yelled and Owen grabbed his little sister and ran out of the cabin. Xaiver pushed me off and started going to the door but I grabbed him and knocked his feet from under him and he fell to the ground. I slammed his head repeatedly into the floor.

We ran to mom's car and I seen her phone sitting in the cup holder.

"What are you doing Owen? Mom said to run."

"Mom's phone is in the car. Maybe I can get Uncle Matt to coem and get us." I said opening the car door and grabbing the phone.

"Do you know how to use one?"

"I've watched mommy. All I have to do is find Uncle Matt's number." I said as I went through the phone. I could hear things being knocked around in the house.

"Come on!" Devon pulled me on down the driveway. I looked all through mom's phone and finally found Uncle Matt's number. I pushed a button and it began calling him.

"Rae? Where are you?"

"Matt! Mom's in trouble. You need to find us." I said looking around.

"Alright listen to me carefully. I want you to set the phone down but hide it. Don't hang it up. Then I want you and Devon to hide. Do you understand?"

"Hide phone but don't end the call then me and Devon hide." I repeated back.

"Correct. Do it now."

I sat the phone down and placed sticks all around it plus some leaves. Devon and I went a little ways from the phone when I heard a loud bang. Mom!

"Devon, stay here. I've got to help mom." I said sitting her down behind a tree.

"But Uncle Matt said to hide."

"I know but mommy needs me." I said and I ran off towards the house. I ran through the front door and mommy was lying on the floor with the man standing over her. I could see something red pouring down on the floor. He had hurt mommy.

"Why did you hurt mommy?" I asked and they both looked at me.

"Owen get out of here."

"She's a very bad person. She kept you and your sister away from me...Owen...I'm your father." the man said still pointing the gun at my mom.

"I don't have a dad. My uncle's are the best and they protect mommy. You hurt mommy! My uncles never hurt mommy!" I yelled and he came over and hit me in the mouth and I spit out the blood. He pointed the gun at mom again as the police sirens came up to the house. He started to pull the trigger but I jumped in front of mom as he fired. I felt something burning in my chest and I looked up at mommy as she held me and more shots were fired. My vision left me and slipped off into the darkness.
