Love Notes

Zacky was more gorgeous in person than on t.v. The butterflies grew worse, as I walked towards him. I felt real sick, but I had to keep it together. He smiled, as I got to him. Which, I returned the favor.

“Hey, I’m Zayden.” I smiled, extending my hand to him. He looked at my hand like it was infected.

“Im Zacky. Call me old fashion, but hand shakes are so overrated. I do hugs.” He spoke, making me giggle, as he pulled me into a hug.

“Well, Its nice to meet you, finally.” I told him in his chest.

“Its nice to meet you, too. So, you wanna grab a bite?” He replied, then asking for food. Typical Guy..

“Sure, lets go.” I smiled, as we started walking to the little café at the end of the pier.

“So, what do you do around here?” He questioned, I looked up at him.

“Well, I’m on my last year of school. I love going to Johnny’s Bar, and shows. You?” I replied, asking the same. He smiled.

“Well, I’m the sexiest fucking guitarist in the world, but you know that.” He started, I blushed. We walked up to table, and sat down. He looked as if something was bothering him, so I decided to ask.

“Something wrong, Zack?” I questioned, as he looked at his phone. He sighed.

“Yeah, I supposedly bailed on the guys.” He looked at me, with remorse.

“Well, if you need to go, then you should’ve just went. You didn’t have to come. I didn’t want to get you in trouble with the guys.” I said, regretting some.

“Oh no, its ok. They can get over it. I wanted to come here. I wanted to hang out before the show. They can deal without me, it won’t be the first time it’s ever happened.” He spoke, reaching for my hand. I smiled, as the waiter came up.

“What can I get you two?” He asked.

I looked at Zacky, insinuating for him to go first.

“I’ll have a burger and a coke.” He ordered. The waiter looked at me.

“Oh, um, I’ll have the same. Thanks.” I said, smiling to him. He nodded, and went to the back. I caught Zack staring at me.

“What? Is something on my face?” I asked, scared that I looked like shit. He broke into a smile.

“Oh no, your just beautiful.” He spoke, making me blush.

“Well your not so bad, yourself.” I smiled.

The waiter came back with our cokes.

“I sure am glad your not that “I only eat salad” type. I hate girls like that.” Zacky spoke, getting a laugh in return.

“I eat like a fucking man, but I don’t gain weight.” I shrugged, lighting a cigarette; offering one to Zacky. He accepted, and lit his as well.

“So how much longer you got in school?” He asked.

“2 weeks. Then, Im free. I just hope that my last 3 suspensions don’t counteract with me graduating.” I said, he nodded.

“Why’d you get suspended?” He questioned.

“I set the science lab on fire, then I got into two fights. One I almost killed a girl with a Louisville Slugger, and the second one, I broke her nose, and gave her mental issues.” I shrugged, looking at his face. It was unreadable, but then it turned into a smile.
“I got myself a bad girl.” He smiled. I laughed.

“Yeah, you sure do. Don’t fuck with me and everything will be alright.” I smiled, he nodded in agreement.

This was actually going better than I had thought. He obviously liked me, and I really liked him. He was a regular guy just like everyone else, but I wonder if we did get into anything more than just friends… would their be infidelity on his end?
