Love Notes

I pulled the towel around my neck, as I walked off stage. Drops of sweat, running down my face. I quickly walked back to the dressing room and jumped into the shower. The entire time I was in there I thought of nothing, but Zayden. She had taken over my mind for the past 4 hours.

I reached down and turned off the faucet, drying the water, from my eyes, with a towel, before stepping out and wrapping it around my waist. I sighed as I leaned down and picked up the sweat soaked that I had taken off.

I walked over to the mirror and wiped away the fog from the steam of the shower. My hair was a mess, laying in wet turfs all over my head. I ran a hand through it, looking at my reflection. I still couldn't shake the thought of her from my mind. I sighed as I opened the door, and walked out to where the guys were.

Brian was waiting outside the door for me to come out. "Damn, Zack, You took long enough. I looked at him, with a smirk.

"Yeah, We all know what you were doing in there." Matt laughed. I smile. not denying it, even though I hadn't.

I grabbed some clothes out of my bag and started to get dressed, putting my boxers on, underneath the towel, trying not to show everyone my white ass.

"What are you doing, Baker?" Jimmy said, laughing at the hard time I was having, trying to achieve the task.

I let out a sigh and pulled the towel off tossing it to the floor. I didn't care that he was laughing. All I wanted was to get back to the bus and talk to Zayden again.

I grabbed my jeans and pulled them on, then my shirt. I searched in my bag for my cologne. It wasn't there. Must still be on the bus. Perfect reason to go back. I stood there for a moment, thinking of a plan. I needed to say something that they wouldn't get suspicious about. The last thing I wanted was for them to follow me.

I didn't say a word. I grabbed my bag and walked out of the door, toward the bus. When I got there the bus was empty. Just the way I liked it for a time like this. I just wanted to get online and talk to Zayden and that was it. Nothing else. I sure as hell didn't need the hassle of the guys reading my every word.

I picked up the laptop and walked to the back room of the bus, locking the door behind me. I sat down on the bed and logged on. Almost instantly an IM popped up on my screen.

Z.No.Vaughn: Hey there.

ZVengeance6661: Hey. You're up late.

Z.No.Vaughn: Yeah. I'm excited about tomorrow.

I bit down on my lip, thinking whether or not I should tell her what I had been feeling like all day.

ZVegneance6661: I've been thinking about you ever since we talked.

Z.No.Vaughn: Really?

ZVegneance6661: Yeah.

I was skeptical about what I had told her, now. I waited for the reply, clinching my fists.

Z.No.Vaughn: Well. I've been thinking about you too.

I let out a long sigh, when I read her reply. This made me happy for some reason. I knew exactly why, but I couldn't let it get away from me. I didn't want to scare her off.

ZVengeance6661: You have?

Z.No.Vaughn: Yeah.

I felt that I was making her uncomfortable. I quickly changed the subject.

ZVengeance6661: So you said you were coming to the Chain Reaction show tomorrow?

Z.No.Vaughn: Yeah. Front row and center.

That made me smile, then for some reason I developed word vomit and it came out.

ZVengeance6661: So do you wanna meet?

I realized what I had written. Yet I still didn't feel that bad about it so I waited for a reply.

Z.No.Vaughn: Yeah. Maybe we can hang out before or after the show.

This blew me away. I wasn't even sure about it. I had met this girl online earlier today, and I was already going to meet her. What would she think of me? Does she think that I'm a creeper? I didn't know, and I really didn't care. All I knew was that there was something about her that caught my attention and kept it.
