I was sitting in the living room of my house with Angel when my phone rang. I picked it up and answered.

"Tennessee Paranormal Society, how may I help you today?" I said in my friendly working voice.

"Is this Nix?" the man said on the other end.

"Yes it is. Who am I speaking to?" I said wondering who this was.

"My name is Brian Haner Jr. I seen your website and I was wondering if you would check out my home. I've been experiencing strange things going on in my house and everyone thinks I'm going crazy."

"What kind of strange things Mr. Haner?" I asked grabbing a pad of paper and pencil. Angel looked at me strangely and I nodded.

"A very good friend of mine, well he was more like a brother to me, anyways he played with myself and the rest of our band mates in a band called Avenged Sevenfold and unfortunately he passed away 2 years ago and I haven't experienced anything in my house until now. I would hear the sound of his drum set downstairs being banged on and doors opening and closing. I would come home after going to the studio to record and 2 beers would be sitting on the coffee table and I would hear his laughter throughout the house. I can also feel like someone is watching me everywhere I go. Do you think you can help me?"

I wrote down his description of what was happening.

"Mr. Haner, I will talk it over with my business partners and get back to in a couple of days. Is that alright?" I asked.

"Yes Ma'am."

He gave me his phone number where I could get in contact with him. I hung up the phone and turned to Angel.

"Was that who I thought it was?"

"Yes....no...Maybe?" I said smirking.

"I knew it! Why did you tell him you'll get back to him in a couple of days? I mean lets go for it!" I shook my head and picked up my phone again to call Jase.

"Hello?"

"Jase can you get over to my house. I have something I need to discuss with you. We have a case." I said.

"I'll be over in 10 minutes."

We said out goodbyes and I hung up. 10 minutes later on the dot he came through the door. He sat down in the living room with us and I explained to him what the case was and he agreed to do it too. I was excited to be going to investigate one of my all time favorite bands house but I didn't want that interfering with my work.

I picked up the phone and called Brian's number. 2...3...4.....rings later he picked up.

"Hello?" a different voice came through the phone and I knew it wasn't Brian.

"Hello. This is Nix for the TPS and I was wondering if a Mr. Brian Haner Jr. is available." I said politely.

"Yes one second. Brian!" he yelled and I pulled the phone away from my ear. I heard the strange man's voice being replaced by Brian's.

"Nix? This is Brian."

"Hello Brian I just wanted to tell you that we reviewed your case with my colleagues and we are heading you way today." I said smiling.

"Good. The activity it getting hellacious on me."

I got his information and hung up the phone and booked our flights out tomorrow at 6 am. I wanted to get their early enough to enjoy the beaches of Huntington. I heard they are stunning. Angel and Jase were over at my house with all of our equipment needed and packed our bags for the days we would be staying in Huntington Beach, California. We all went up to my room and sat around quietly as I meditated so my head would be in the right place. I closed my eyes and breathed in deeply relaxing my body completely. I opened my eyes and was ready to go to work. I made my spot on the bed more comfortable as the others were already asleep in the blow up mattresses that were placed on the floor. I laid my head down on the pillow and drifted off into a peaceful sleep.
