We load back up its the car. After agreeing not to sue the truck owner,of course. Great, another stretch of wonderful driving. Rolling my eyes I turn to Fawkes. "Which band member are you excited to meet?" I ask. "All of them, but mostly Johnny, he's adorable. How about you?" I pause, should I tell her my honest answer? Of course, Fawkes is my best friend and besides she was there for the story although she doesn't know it. "Fawkes, do you remember the night I was depressed and you told me that Zacky quote?". She looked at me, obviously aware of the memory. "Of course, "The best revenge..."". Before she could finish I replied, "is bettering yourself". This isn't an easy subject for me as Fawkes can tell. "That night Fawkes, I had a gun in my hand ready to shoot. You, Zacky, and that quote saved my life". I saw the tears welling up in her eyes. "I feel as though I MUST meet Zacky. He has to know what he's done for me. I feel as though I know him better than anyone and if I could just meet him I know he'd feel the same!" Fawkes had no reply. Everything she needed to say was said in the hug she gave me. After much more driving we found ourselves in Columbus. We got to the stadium and set up the car. The trip was expensive enough so we decided to camp out in the car. The concert is in the morning. Tonight we're just gonna sleep over the exhaustion of the drive.
