Take What's Mine
"I think you have something that belongs to us."
-Cheyenne’s POV-
Two days had passed since the job and things had been quiet and we were beginning to think that something was up. Corey hadn’t said a word to any of us since that text he sent a few days ago.
I let out a yawn and climbed out of my bed, cradling my head and silently cursing myself for last night’s events. Erin has ended up crashing at our place last night, since we had went out and got smashed as before getting back to mine and Izzy’s place at around 3am. It was a good night. I stumbled my way into my conjoined bathroom and switched on the shower. I let out a groan in pain as I stripped off my clothes and stepped underneath the warm beads of water.
“Morning,” I groaned as I took a seat next to Izzy at the breakfast bar.
“Morning,” Erin grumbled back, pouring some coffee in a cup and passing it to me.
I thanked her and took a sip, moaning in pleasure. Erin always made the best Hazelnut infused coffee. As Erin and I spoke, we heard a thump and looked around to find out what it was. Turns out it was Izzy, she had literally passed out and face planted her bowl of cereal. Erin and I looked at each other and busted out laughing. Suddenly there was a knock on the door that bought us both down from our highs. Erin walked around the breakfast bar and lifted Izzy’s face, wiping all the milk and cereal from her face. “This is exactly why Izzy should not drink,” I sniggered.
The doorbell rang again and I rolled my eyes. “HOLD YOUR FUCKING HORSES!” I yelled. “Erin, take her upstairs while I go see who the impatient asshole is at the door.”
Erin nodded and helped Izzy from her seat and dragged her drunk ass up the stairs to the bathroom. I let out a sigh and walked down the hallway to the front door and answered it, only to have gripped the door frame in fear.
“You have something that belongs to us,” The leader grumbled.
I slammed the door and ran down the hallway as fast as I could in 5 inch heels. “ERIN! IZZY!” I yelled, spinning around as the front door was busted opened.
I raced over to the closet near the kitchen and opened it, quickly inputting the code into the safe. I grabbed a .42 Glock, loaded it and aimed it at the guy closet to me, which just so happened to be the same guy I kissed two nights ago. “I suggest you fucking turn around and leave before I put a bullet through his brain.”
The leaded stood there, contemplating what I had just said. He shook his head. “No, I don’t think so. We’ll leave when you’ve given back what you stole from us.”
“Shads, what the fuck are you doing man?” A short skinny guy with a mo-hawk gasped.
“Shut up Christ. She won’t shoot Gates. She’s too nervous.”
I glared at him and opened my mouth to say something when the gun was knocked from my hand. I let out a gasp as ‘Gates’ grabbed me around the waist and pulled me against him. I struggled against him and let out a wince as his grip became tighter. “I love a girl that knows how to take care of herself,” He whispered in my ear, grinding his crotch against my ass.
I bit my lip to keep from moaning and glared at Shads.
“Let her go!” said a voice before me.
I turned my head to find Izzy and Erin standing there, both holding P14 45s. Izzy look 10 times more sober now, thanks to the shower and painkillers she obviously had earlier.
“LET HER THE FUCK GO ASSHOLE!” Izzy screamed.
I looked around and noticed that two of the guys had disappeared. Suddenly they stepped out of the shadows behind Izzy and Erin. “IZZY! ERIN! LOOK OUT BEHIND YOU!” I screamed.
Gates’s grip got harder and I whimpered in pain. I was going to have bruises tomorrow.
“Vengeance, Rev, Gates, put them in the Tahoe and stay with them. Christ and I will look for the files.”
Gates, Vengeance and Rev nodded before leading us towards the front door. “WE DON’T HAVE THE FILE!” Erin screamed at Shadows.
Shadows stopped and looked at her. “What?” He asked.
“We don’t have the files. We gave them to the guy who wanted already.”
“Who’d you give them to?” He spoke softly.
“Corey Taylor”
Two hours and 7 minutes later, we pulled up in front of a large luxury cabin that was situated next to a lake that I recognised as Big Bear. “Take the girls to your rooms,” Shadows spoke as soon as we go inside. “I’ve got some calls to make.”
Gates wrapped an arm around my waist and led me upstairs to a bedroom. He closed the door and locked it before leaning against it. I took a seat on the bed and rubbed at my sore wrists. They still hurt from Gates’ grip and bruises were starting to show already. I looked at the ground and began to undo my heels when someone’s hands stopped me. “Don’t take them off,” Gate’s voice whispered.
I pulled my hands away from his and glared at him. “Don’t touch me,” I hissed.
Gates ran his fingers up to the inside of my thighs, making them stop an inch from my heat, before leaning forward and pressing his lips against mine. I pushed against his chest but he was too strong for me. “I know you want this Chey. Don’t fight it.”
He was right. I did want this but I wasn’t giving in to my sexual desires.
With all my might, I pushed him away and stood up, walking into the bathroom and slamming the door.
