Waters Ablaze

Feeling the rush of adrenalin coursing through her veins as Oynix revved the handle of her CBR 1000, she started of into the arena while another band was doing their sound check.
But this was the entrance of her band, Waters Ablaze, with her leading, and her band mates behind her in a single file line, they all tore through what would be the floor of the open arena, empty except a few crew members that ran for their lives.

Laughing to herself she moved over towards the stairs the lead up to the enormous stage, going full throttle, she locked up her thigh muscles as her bike propelled her up onto the stage, barley missing the bass player.

“Hey, watch it!” Well an angry bass player. Chuckling, not that he heard her due to her full face helmet still on, she turned her bike, still in gear, going about 10 mph, she wheeled over in front of the massive drum set.

“Well hello, stranger on a bike. A nice bike.” The drummer with black spiky hair, grinned at her as he twirled his sticks in his fingers.

“Hey, Biker, you need to get off our stage. Where is security?!” The loud cynical voice boomed through the speakers, directed at her. They still did not know who she was.

Looking down stage, at the end of the cat walk that stretched about 50 feet into the empty audience, she saw her band members, her best guys, all facing the edge waiting for her to make her exit.

“Come on man, get off the stage.” The drummer, also know as Jimmy, was the only nice one. The others were walking slowly and closer to her bike. If they touched her bike she would run them over.

Seeing the drummer looking at her, she reached up and lifted her solid black visor and winked at him. Seeing a gasp of surprise, he must have noticed the feminine features of her eyes, he winked back.

“Waters Ablaze, its time for you to leave, you will have your sound check later on. Now let the avenged guys do theirs.” A voice standing behind her with a crew t shirt on walked up to her.

“Waters Ablaze? You guys are awesome!” A guy with aviators, Megadeath t shirt with the sleeves cut, torn jeans. Stared at her.

“So if you Waters Ablaze, then that grand,entrance know by all in the music biz, must be the only Oynix Ablaze.” The one as Synsister Gates spoke as he stood in front of her.

“There's no way, a chick is on this powerful bike and came up the stairs like that.” The guy in the glasses, the conceited, ego booster, M.Shadows did not know how to keep his mouth shut.

Throwing her kick stand down, turning off her bike. She reached up unlatched her chin strap and pulled her helmet off. Shaking her head softly to let her hair fall out as it was tucked up in her helmet she smiled at the singer.

“I am a chick, and I do own this powerful bike, and did just do that stunt. Want to see another?” She smiled at him with a wink.

“Damn, Shadows, she showed you.” Jimmy, or The Rev, laughed in his headset, as it boomed through the stage.

“Well damn, Maybe I need to show you what a real bike can do. A woman doesn't need to be on a crotch rocket.” What a flirt.

“Sorry, your not my type.” Before he or the others could answer, she threw her helmet back.

With a quick sweep of her hair up inside, winked at Jimmy, and the others. She turned on her bike, and inched away from them.

“Shadows, move. She’ll run you over.” Zacky, warned his friend seeing as he had pissed her off.

Revving her bike, she threw it into gear, and speed off down the cat walk.

Feeling all eyes on her, she locked up her thigh muscles again, to hold her bike the best she could, as her bike shot off the edge, flying over her band members, they all speed out of the arena.

“So that was Oynix Ablaze? Hum, she was kinda hot.” Jimmy spoke to no one.

“She needs a better bike.” Shadows spoke.

He had just the bike for her.
