~Amii POV~
Val looked absolutely stormy as she pulled us into the spare room and shut the door. "What in God's name is wrong with you two? Amii, I thought you were more mature than that! And Jimmy, I knew you were immature, but I thought you might be a little smarter than to jump on Amii at the crack of dawn! Your broken nose is entirely your fault... You know what she's capable of! That guy who tried to rough her up at the beach got his butt handed to him on a silver platter. I'm dissapointed in you two! Me and Matt were-" I cut her off.
"Okay 'Mom'... we don't need to know what you and Matt were doing. I told Jimmy I was sorry, so it's over now. I glanced over at Jimmy. He was sitting criss-cross applesauce, looking down at his lap. "I'm going to the mall... You coming, Val?" She nodded enthusiasticaly, getting up to join me at the door, leaving an embarrassed and sulking Jimmy sitting on the floor
~Zacky POV~
The back of my head was still sore from when I had tumbled out of bed. Me and the guys were now cleaning the blood off of furniture and picking up assorted broken objects. "Hey dudes! Check it out, I found a tooth!" Brian yelled, holding up something small and white. We all laughed.
"Jimmy's gonna be super ticked if thats his!" I warned. Too late.
"If what's mine?" Jimmy aske. His voice sounded funny because of his broken nose. Brian held up the tooth. "Aw crap." Jimmy muttered, feeling in his mouth. "Yep, its mine... I'm gonna need someone to take me to the dentist. Its one of my front teeth, so if I get caught by any paparazzi, I'm going to look like a hill-billy!" He complained.
"Sorry, we'd love to help but we're kinda busy cleaning. Where are the girls? They could take you." I said. I busied myself with rubbing at this one spot of blood on the carpet that refused to come off.
"They're headed to the mall... I think they already left." He said, hanging his head
"No, I haven"t heard the door alarm go off, so if you hurry you might be able to catch them." Matt informed him, pushing him out of the room, shutting and locking the door behind him. We heard Jimmy telling the girls that he needed a ride, and them agreeing. Matt turned to me. "We need to talk. Alone."
~Matt POV~
I grabbed Zacky's arm and pulled him into our soundproof music room. Locking the door, I turned around to look at him. "Dude, what's all this about?" He whined.
"This is about Amii and Brian. I see it and I know you see it. Something is going on between them, something more than just a casual friendship. It's something a little more romantic." I growled.
"Yeah dude, I've noticed." Zacky said, looking indifferent. He shrugged, as if to say 'Whatever, who cares'.
"What haven't you done anything! This is you possibly loosing your girlfriend to your best friend... Don't you think that's worth something to you? Personally. I would much rather her be with you, because, I love Bri, but he's a real Love em and Leave em type, you know? But really, dude, your girlfriend of 3 years is developing an interest in your best friend of even longer. Can you not imagine what might go on if you don't stake your claim? Fit's gonna hit the shan, that's what's gonna happen." I ranted.
He looked at me with wide eyes. "Wait, stake my claim? Dude, are you giving me your blessing? You're giving me permission to propose?!? Thanks Matt! I love you so much!" Zack gushed, pulling me in for a hug. I grinned and peeled him off of me.
"Yeah, yeah, yeah. I'm amazing, but save all of that mushy stuff for Amii." I unlocked the door and threw him my car keys. "Take these. Go buy a ring while she and Val are at the mall, and propose when she gets home." I encouraged, shoving him towards the door. He nodded, his eyes wide and full of wonder. My sister was one lucky girl. "But, if I know her, she won't be back till late... Her and Val will most likely get drunk before they come home, but don't worry. Everything will be okay!"
