The First Hit
Erin’s P.O.V
Morning came quickly… way too quickly and when I came face to face with my clock.. I noticed it was really early still.. what the hell was up with me? When I grabbed my phone I noticed about 5 missed calls from Kevin and then a text from Dillon and right as I tore the blankets from me surprisingly.. Zack texted me.

How did you get my number and hello to you as well –Erin
Shadows asked for it from Hannah.. hope you don’t mind –Zack
You stalking me Vengeance? –Erin
Who wouldn’t –Zack He said and I just laughed and got out of bed and went downstairs grabbing some coffee and noticed Hannah was half asleep on the couch with her phone on her chest. I smiled and walked over to her and nudged her.
“Morning sleepyhead!” I said to her and she jumped when her phone buzzed. She picked it up and there was a long mark from where the phone sat. I sat down and just laughed at her.
“How long have you been awake? I mean jeeze” I said to her and she laughed loudly at me and then slapped my arms.
“Shut up E I am still adjusting! And Matt has been keeping me awake most of the night with some… vivid texts” She said raising her eyebrows and stealing my coffee and I just smiled widely at her.
“Ah yeah… did you give him my number for Zack? Because I was just texting him and I could have sworn I never gave him my number” She fidgeted her hands and then smiled
apologetically and honestly… I didn’t mind but I hope he didn’t bug me every two seconds like Kevin.
“I really don’t mind… I just cannot handle a clingy man.. ya know cause of Kevin.. he really hasn’t taken this shit very well.. I mean honestly it is like stop fucking calling me for two fucking minutes you asshole and move on!” I said not even taking a breath and Hannah just watched and leaned back in the other direction.
“Deep breaths E! Don’t let him get to you! Just change your number and get a new phone! We can go and shop for them and then get some lunch and what not.. since you apparently aren’t working today” She said… SHIT WORK FUCK! Ah.. oh well… I am exhausted.
“Ya know what you are right I am soooo not working today” I said and she threw her hands up and then ran upstairs and I grabbed another cup of coffee and then went upstairs and grabbed a shower and grabbed a white sundress and put some blue converses with it and grabbed my bag and my keys and walked downstairs where an impatient Hannah was waiting.
“COME ON E!! SO SLOW!” She said loudly and we walked out and I locked the door and we got in my SUV to the phone store. We looked around and got new phones on the same plan with new numbers being sure to text anyone and everyone that we WANTED to talk to… apparently even though I didn’t realize it I wanted to include Zack in that.
Zack’s P.O.V
Matt had already received texts from Hannah as we watched them walk out with new phones and I was getting kind of impatient with E… she was being naughty not texting me.. and would pay for every moment she waited.
“Dude… getting the cold shoulder” Shadows said and I smacked his chest and growled at everything. We followed them around and Erin seemed like she was texting everyone but me. I saw her grab her lipstick out and she re-touched it and sat there talking to Hannah about Shadows.. and then… Dillon… the bartender.
“Jesus Christ… not this guy…” I said rolling my eyes and Shadows just chuckled.
“Ah god… the perfect time… to do a hit!” Shadows said and I just went into a blood lusting state.. fuck yeah.. I couldn’t wait any longer to get this guy out of the way.
“And they would promote Hannah.. I am pretty sure he is opening the bar according to
Jimmy” I said and he smiled and we drove to the bar happily. We went into the back alley and Shadows made the call to say that a delivery of the booze was there and he nodded from the car. I stood next to the wall waiting and when he came out I stood there cracking my knuckles.
“You Dillon?” I asked and he nodded and was gonna go back in but I pushed the door
shut.
“Heard you been talking to E… listen up… she is mine” I said to him coming closer putting my hands in my back pocket and felt for my knife. He backed up and Shadows appeared at the end of the alley.
“What the fuck dude… I will fucking stop… shit please” He pleaded… like that would fucking help with it. I got close up and he turned facing Shadows and I wrapped my arm around his chest and quickly pulled out my knife and slid the blade smoothly across his neck blood spilling every over me and the ground.. the sound of the gurgling and the way his body sounded hitting the ground.. was pleasurable to me… with the thought of being once step closer to Erin… and finally a moment later the text came..
