Erin’s P.O.V
Hannah was really excited for the two of them to come over so I was making sure that everything was in it’s place.
“Alright now you do remember that I have to work in the morning… this isn’t a rager, it is a come see the house and tell us more about yourself sort of thing” I said to her and she calmed down and nodded. I had to pay for the house somehow and getting drunk and missing my alarm was not the answer. Hannah was in the shower when there was a buzz at the door and I walked over and there stood M. Shadows and Zacky Vengeance.
“Well hello there…” Matt said and I knew he didn’t know my name.
“Erin and you are M. Shadows! Come on in you two” I said and motioned them in and they walked around impressed by the size of the house.
“Hannah will be out in a minute but for now we have tequila, vodka and whiskey so take your pick!” I said and ran upstairs to get Hannah who was taking too long.
“Alright you have been up here long enough getting ready… I wanna do a little with my hair and makeup as well” I said and she smiled and ran down the stairs and I proceeded to do my pinup eyeliner and then my favorite red lips. I teased my hair a little bit and grabbed my drink and walked back downstairs hearing Hannah enjoying herself with the guys. I took down the rest of my drink and set the glass down and went over sitting by Zacky who had been watching me.
“What’s up hot stuff?” He said to me and I just smiled a little bit.
“So you wanna tell me how you can afford this big ass house?” He asked me and I just laughed a little and then bit at my bottom lip.
“Well I work at home and I am a software developer” I said and he just looked stunned.
“So I take it that you graduated college???” He said to me and rubbed my arm a little.
“Yes I did and I graduate with my degree in Computer Science and then did my graduate program aka my masters degree and then now I am doing a graduate program for Computer Engineering” I said and then I realized… I lost him… he was staring at me blankly.
“Ah yes I am boring I know! Let’s get some shots in us before I have to head to bed for the night” I said to him and he stood up with me and we all grabbed drinks.
“To Erin being the most beautiful software developer I have ever seen and to my good friends Matt and his Scottish lass Hannah!” Zacky said toasting and for the next hour we drank and danced and Hannah and Matt would whisper stuff to one another. She walked Matt out and I stood at the door with Zack and he smiled and leaned in a little towards my lips.
“Ah Zack… we have only just met” I said and he just shrugged and smiled and then kissed my cheek.
“Thanks for the amazing night” He said and then walked over to the car and Hannah came back inside with me.
“Those two… are fffiiiiiiinnnnneee” She said and I laughed and rolled my eyes while walking away and over to my computer finishing off some emails for the night and then headed to bed. I was messing with my hair and yelled to the other room.
“SO WHY CANT I GET ZACK OUT OF MY MIND!” I yelled to Hannah and she came in and sat at the end of my bed and just smiled.
“I can’t believe that they were even in our house” She said and I lied down on my bed fiddling with my phone.
“Tonight could have been better if SOMEONE would have taken off work tomorrow” She said to me and I just laughed at her. My eyes drooped and she sighed and went back to her room and I clapped off my lights and I soon drifted to sleep.
Zack’s P.O.V
I had to say… I was a little angry that I didn’t even get a kiss from Erin… but… she is going through a rough breakup… not that I care since I want her. Matt had decided to head back to his place for the night and as soon as I saw Erin’s light go out I made my way inside punching in the security code. Most criminals just sneak around while you are sleeping… me… hell I am gonna be wherever I please. I walked up the staircase seeing the shirt flung over the side of railing and I picked it up and took a deep breath in smelling her… I was stopped and took a step into the darkness hearing footsteps and saw Hannah emerge from her room… hmm guess the time zones threw her off. She proceeded past me down the stairs and I slipped into Erin’s room making sure to close the door.
“Look at you” I whispered towards her because she was beautiful… I went and kneeled by her bed watching her lay on her back breathing deeply.. in.. and out.. and in and out… she stirred and pushed the blankets off her upper half and I rubbed my hand up her side and she moaned and smiled and then went back to her normal sleep. I felt my phone buzz and it was Jimmy texting me.
Matt sent me to check on you… damn her blonde hair is noticeable.. rub her arm… gently so she doesn’t wake up but is said that they will dream about you if you do that –Jimmy I read it again and sighed and smoothed out her hair a little and she twitched slightly.
“So beautiful” I said to her and rubbed her arm very gently running my hand down to hers and then kissed it and walked around her room looking at her photos and personal belonging… she had sheet music… lots of work files… and still a picture of her ex… hmm… he better not come near her… I walked out of the room and downstairs and didn’t see Hannah. I went to the bathroom downstairs finding a lipstick tube sitting in there… I opened it and nearly died seeing the red. I took it with me and decided to exit the house… heading back to my place…
