Erin’s P.O.V

It was silent and dark for me for what seemed like forever but I just barely woke up opening my eyes slightly and saw hands grabbing each side of my chin pulling my neck so that it was straight and I opened my mouth but was stopped by the paramedic.

“I need you to keep still and keep calm miss, do you have a phone?” He asked me and I lifted my hand slightly towards my bag and he reached over my body and I realized when my eyes strayed down that my steering wheel was lodge in my ribs a little and I tried to take a deep breath but I just coughed instead.

“Please” Was the only thing to escape my lips before whimpering in pain and I felt a little bit of blood trickle down my ear and the paramedic grabbed my hand tightly.

“Alright Mrs. Haner just keep still while we pull the steering wheel away from you” He said walking off with my bag and I heard yelling and some other men ran over holding me as they pulled it away and the force of the steering wheel pulling away made me black out once again… and this time I didn’t think there was any chance I was gonna wake up anytime soon..

Brian’s P.O.V

-Hours Later-

I sat there with Erin while Zack just made Matt pissed off from bringing up the fact that they may not be well enough for tour… because now was the perfect time to bring that up. I still had Erin’s hand interlocked with mine and we sat there saying nothing listening to everyone fight about tour.

“We have been working so hard on that fucking album and it is about to be released and we have been working so hard to work around your personal lives but we live for this!” Zack yelled but I could tell that he was mainly yelling out of frustration cause Jimmy and Johnny said nothing.

“Do you not see what the fuck is going on right now Zack? I mean really if it was you and Erin married you wouldn’t give two shits about tour you would care about the fact that she is lying in that bed!” Matt screamed back… oh no… not this subject.

“Matt don’t go there” Hannah said and I could see look of shock on her face.. she knew as well as I did that if you opened up that wound then there would be issues.

“You are right Matt if she was MY fucking wife I would care more about her than the tour that is coming up… BUT SHE ISNT” Zack said and my face turned to Erin and she just sat there for a moment and then looked over to Zack.

“You stay… everyone else… except you Hannah… GO” Erin said and I just looked at her again and stroked my hand gently reassuring me that everything was okay and I walked out with all of the guys… I knew that this was gonna get interesting.

Erin’s P.O.V

“Where the fuck do you get off saying that shit Zack” I said as everyone but him and Hannah exited the room and shut the door.

“You are alive Erin stop being so fucking dramatic” He said and Hannah and I both scoffed.

“If you don’t watch your mouth I am gonna fucking lock you up with Gena and Val” Hannah said and I sat there calming her down… I wasn’t that pissed yet.

“I don’t get how you still have issues after so long! Why the hell are you being so childish Zack?” I asked him and he just sat down and rubbed his face and then looked at me.

“I’m just stressed out and it is getting the best of me okay… I mean jesus Christ Erin you really think that I care about you any less after… our breakup… things still get to me” Zack went on but Hannah cut him off.

“Doesn’t mean that you have to make it sound like you don’t care though… they would have understood had you just fucking told the truth” Hannah said and I just sat there rubbing my head cause I was super sore and my ears were ringing still. Hannah bent over and rubbed my neck and Zack came over to the end of the bed.

“I’m sorry… I just got overwhelmed.. are you okay? Do you need me to get Brian?” He asked rubbing my foot a little and I nodded. He and Matt came in and I gave Hannah a kiss and Matt took her to get some ice cream and food and Brian sat there at the end of my bed and held my hand tightly.

“Is everything okay?” He asked me and I just sat there trying to breathe through the ringing in my ears and I just felt so nauseous and cramped.

“I just don’t feel well at all, my abdomen hurts really bad, can you get Brent for me” I asked him and he just nodded and walked out of the room to go look for his brother.. I lifted my blankets and then covered myself back up and Brent walked in and smiled.

“What’s going on Erin?” He asked and Brian just walked out and closed the door and I just cried and Brent came over and hugged me, at least he cared enough to do that.

“Oh Erin” He said concerned and he pulled the blanket off and just looked down at me closing his eyes… he was even tearing up.

“Can you make sure” I asked him and he nodded… but I was sure this was exactly what we thought…

Brian’s P.O.V

Jimmy sat next to me silently which was odd for him and I just nudged him a little as he played with his fingernail.

“What’s going on with you?” I asked him.

“Something doesn’t feel right.. I just know that something is off” Jimmy said and I just sat there.. I mean yeah obviously something was wrong but Jimmy was usually king of knowing this kind of stuff.

“Well what do you mean?” I asked him.

“I think there is something bad going on in there Brian… not like cheating bad.. but like the sad kind of bad” He stated.

“We can all feel that something is going on but we just have to be patient” Hannah said coming back with her food and Jimmy just shot up and was about to pull the door wide open but Brent came out of the room right as he opened the door and just motioned for me to walk with him.

“What is going on?” I asked Brent and he just seemed really upset and I knew that this was going to hit like a wrecking ball most likely.

“Well Erin said she was having some discomfort when she talked to you and when I got
in there she was crying… and when I uncovered the blankets… she was bleeding” Brent said and I refused to think of what he actually meant.

“She was probably so stressed that she ended up on her period” I said to him and he swatted me in the back of the head.

“Brian… come on this is serious.. I double checked and the steering wheel hit her in her lower ribcage… but it was slanted and half of it hit her abdomen.. she was 2 months along Brian… and she lost it, she didn’t even know that she was pregnant, she showed no symptoms the list time she was checked. I’m so sorry Brian” Brent said and I just backed up a little bit and I was mad and sad… angry… yet I really didn’t have a reason to be.

“Brian calm down I know that face” Brent said and just as he said that I picked up a chair and threw it against the wall and ran out of the hospital with my keys… didn’t know where I was gonna go but I just couldn’t fucking do this right now…
