Complicated Love

I only had another week with Jimmy before he was gone for a long time. I knew I'd be able to still talk to him and that I had been gone for two years. But this time it was different; our relationship was different. Now I was spending every spare moment that I wasn't at the school with Jimmy.
It was Saturday and the guys were scheduled to leave bright and early the next morning. I wanted to go with them, but they wouldn't be back until right before school ended. If I didn't get another teaching position after these next five weeks, I would probably be able to but then I wouldn't have any money to pay my bills.
Right now, Jimmy and I were eating macaroni and cheese in his kitchen. I finished first and I got up to put my bowl in the sink. When I turned around, Jimmy was gone.
I looked all over the huge kitchen. "Jimmy?" I called. "Where'd you go?!"
I heard a muffled laugh coming from the living room. He wanted to play hide and seek. I smiled and made my way into the next room.
"Where oh where could Jimmy be?" I could see the top of his head from behind the couch and I heard his laugh again.
I slowly made my way over to the sofa, but by the time I looked behind, he had moved somewhere else. "Huh?"
Then I heard footsteps going up the stairs and laughter. I shook my head but followed. "Holy shit he moves fast."
I had kind of figured where he would be, so I moved straight to his bedroom at the end of the hallway. I opened the door slowly and looked around.
"Jimmy?" I said quietly as I walked into the room towards the bed.
Just then, I felt arms snake around me and push me onto the bed. I groaned as I landed onto the mattress still in Jimmy's arms.
I laughed. "I thought I was supposed to find you, silly. Not the other way around."
"I got impatient," he said and kissed my neck. "Besides, how else was I supposed to get you into my bed?"
I turned in his arms and looked into his passion filled eyes. I leaned forward to kiss him and he rolled us until I was on top of him, my hair fanning around us. Our kiss was steadily getting stronger and Jimmy's hands were moving along my back under my shirt. I had my hands in his hair pulling it gently and nipping at his lip.
Jimmy moaned against my lips and it drove me crazy. He rolled us again until he was on top and he leaned down to kiss my neck. Things were getting hotter and before I knew it, we were both naked and having sex for the first time.
Now neither one of us were virgins, we both knew that about each other, but this was unlike anything I had ever felt before. It was probably because for the first time, I was completely in love with the man I was with.
So yes, I had had sex before, but with Jimmy, it was making love.
A couple hours later, we were laying under the covers and Jimmy had fallen asleep. I turned to look at him and smiled. He was so peaceful when he slept. There was no stress, no sadness, and no anger on his face. Only peaceful happiness and I was a part of it. I laid my head against his chest and fell asleep with him.
When I woke up, Jimmy was gone, but I could hear the water in the shower running. I got up, put some clothes on, and moved to the window. It was getting dark outside so it was probably around seven or so.
I heard the water shut off and I turned to see Jimmy with one towel around his waist and another wrapped around his head. He smiled when he saw me and pulled me into a hug.
"That was amazing," he said against my ear.
I nodded. "Yes it was. But now I'm fucking hungry. What do you want for dinner?"
"Well," Jimmy said moving across the room to get some clothes. "I was going to wake you to tell you this. Matt sent us a text. We're all having dinner at Brian's house before we leave tomorrow."
I walked to the bed and sat down to put my shoes on. "That sounds great. Can't wait"
We walked into Brian's house and I could see that everybody was already here. Val saw me first and pulled me into a hug.
"Hey girly," she said. "When the guys are gone, it's gonna be just me and you so expect to see a lot of me."
"I wouldn't have it any other way," I said smiling.
"Jimmy! Brookie! Now the party can begin!" Brian was heading towards us and handed us each a beer. He looked over at me with a thoughtful look.
"What?" I asked after taking a drink.
"You're looking extremely happy. Like all glowy and shit." He turned to Jimmy. "And so are you. What did you two do?"
At this time, the rest of my boys were joining us in the living room. Brian turned to them, pointing at me and Jimmy.
"Look at them. You can't tell me they don't look all glowy." Brian said.
The rest of the guys looked at us and then they all smiled. Zack was the first one to speak.
"Holy shit dude! They totally had sex!"
I rolled my eyes. "How subtle you can be Zacky." I made my way passed them and into the kitchen. Everyone followed me. "It's not like neither one of us has had sex before, guys. Calm down."
Jimmy smiled at me and stood behind me, wrapping his arms around my waist.
"Yeah but, not together," Johnny said.
"How was it, Jimmy?" Matt asked and Val elbowed him.
I shot him a look but Jimmy answered "Not gonna spill. That's between my Brookie and myself. I am a complete gentleman."
I turned to give him a smile when I saw him mouth "I'll tell you later" to the guys. I elbowed him in the same fashion as Val had.
"I'm kidding!" He said in defense.
After that, we all sat down together and had amazing lasagna that Brian had made. After dinner, we all sat in the den and told embarassing stories about ourselves for about two hours. Soon, Jimmy and I were headed home. I groaned as I put my jacket up in his closet. "I'm so beat." I said.
Jimmy came up to me and kissed me. "Hopefully you're not TOO tired," he said winking.
He grabbed my hand and pulled me along after him. "What're you doing Jimmy?" I asked as we got to his bedroom.
"I'm ready for round two," he said as he closed the door behind us.
