Forgotten Faces
Tell the Truth
Matt and I were having a great time together. In the past week we saw each other every day.
We even went sightseeing together. I didn’t mention to him that I already had a tour around town, he was just too cute trying to show me the important parts of the city.
It was Saturday evening when he told me that we could meet after his show directly at the Hotel.
I didn´t know which show he was talking about. We hadn’t shared a lot of information about ourselves. The only information I got was that he was part of a metal band and playing on festivals.
After another night in his strong arms he stared to ask a lot of questions.
“What are you going to do after this vacation trip?” He stroked my stomach with his free hand.
“Well, I don´t know yet. I will try to find a job and then... let´s see... I would love to see more from the world but… I don´t know yet.”
“You haven’t met the other guys from the band. They are fucking crazy but I think you would absolutely love them… and you know we are only two more weeks here, and then we are heading back... Maybe we can plan on seeing us…”
I interrupted him. “Please Matt can we not talk about something like that. We both know that this is just for fun. You will get back home and I will get back… So let us tell the truth and not pretend like we can keep this going, ok?!”
“Yes, maybe you are right but that does not mean that we cannot keep in touch or ever meet again?” Matt suggested.
“Maybe… we will see. You know what I want to see now?”
Matt lifted his eyebrows in question.
I lifted the blanket of him “You naked.”
I let my hand wander over the tattoos on his arms and kissing my way up his neck. He turned his head so our lips met.
One thing led to another and soon we were sweating and out of breathe again…
I knew it was the right decision to tell Matt that we shouldn’t be talking about personal stuff too much. And that he mentioned we had only two more weeks together made my heart ache. I knew it from the beginning that it doesn’t matter what on this trip happened that I had to go back but that it would be this difficult I couldn’t imagine…
