Deal With The Devil

Nightmares

That night, after Shadows had claimed her multiple times, Hurricane lay alone in her bed, tossing and turning. Natalia had been brought into Synyster's room, and wasn't going to be coming out again any time soon- leaving the distraught new pet with her thoughts and demons.
She would not have said she was attracted to Shadows yet, though she loved the dominative deep inside of him. Though she was meant to be scared of him, she found it protective and alluring.

I can see what you're hiding in your head, princess. No one can run from me, not even in their nightmares

She didn't dare open her eyes, yet the voice in her head was so loud, she could've sworn that Shadows was right beside her, whispering those fated words into her ear. She didn't want him to see the horrible past she'd left behind- not that.
Anything but that.

What are you hiding from me Hurricane? What won't you let me see?

Trying to block out her mind, she forced herself to think of less conspicous things- bunny rabbits, puppies, pigs in teacups. But it wasn't working. Slowly, those twisted and dark thoughts were sinking back into her brain, right ready for Shadows to see them and discover that little miss perfect had a dark past after all.

There's no use trying to fight me, Princess. Open your eyes

She didn't even want to, but suddenly her eyes snapped open, and above her was Shadows, watching her every move. He held her still as she sat up, and all it took was for him to break his eye contact with her to let that wall she'd built up come crashing back down. She wouldn't cry in front of her new Master, she'd force herself not to- but of course, he could see inside her head. Slowly, he got off of her shaking body and pulled her onto his lap.

"Tell me what you're thinking. What is making you so upset?" he asked, and she sighed, knowing that now- the story of how she became what she was, was finally going to be told to someone other than her therapist.

"I thought I told you to not fucking get caught!" I yell through the phone, watching my older brother roll his eyes at me from the other side of the plexiglass window. His name is Johnny, and he works for the gang, Avenged Sevenfold. They roam the city streets, murder and anarchy galore- and now my brothers gone and gotten himself caught.
"Zack turned me in- he said if anyone's gonna go it's gonna be me. And I deserved it- it was my idea to crash the mayor's ball"

I want to strangle that bastard Zack, but there's a cop watching us. He barely wanted to let me in- but I insisted.
"They gave me my sentence, Cissy" Johnny says quietly, looking down at his hands. I breathe in sharply, something twisting horribly in my stomach. Is he going to die- is it just a life sentence? I pray to whatever God is up there- that he'll be OK.

"What is it, protettore? Something bad?"
"Electric chair, Cissy. Tomorrow I fry"

I feel my heart beat almost accelerate, and feel tears trail down my pale cheeks, ruining the foundation I stained them with.
"No, Johnny, fratello, no! I won't let them!" I cry out, and he puts his hand up against the glass, urging me to press mine against it so we can closer than before. I think he is crying too.
"You have to let them, Cissy. I'm going to where I need to be- where I belong"

She still whispered in Italian when she prayed for her brother, having moved from Rome, where she spent her first five years of life, to Huntington Beach when she was seven. They'd spoken in Italian together when they had secret conversations- but she'd refused to watch the moment he died. Instead, she had gone to the Avenged mansion on the outskirts of town and killed one of the servants, after finding everyone else had cleared out.

"Can you see what I saw- or do I have to tell you what happened to Johnny?" she asked softly and he shook his head, holding her close. It was a rare kind of tenderness that she had not witnessed since her brother had been around, before he got into the mob.
"Tell me, my darling, what is your real name? Because even I know 'Aldren' is fake" Shadows asks, running his hand over her bare thigh and she sighs.

In school, she was always teased for having this name. They called her Hurricane Seaweed, until she changed her name, dropped out and went to work in a strip club.
"Seward. My last name is Seward, sir" she replied, and suddenly, he pushed her off of his lap, taking her hand and dragging her out of the room. Hurricane didn't say a word as he dragged her down to another room.

Pushing the door open, she could see one of his friends- the one with the Mohawk and who had been smoking when she walked in.
"Johnny" Shadows barked and the man looked up. He had been talking to himself, muttering under his breath in Italian. Could this be her Johnny- the one who had been killed in the electric chair because his friends were too chicken to go down with him?

"Matthew" Johnny replied, and Shadows pushed me forward, so I was standing between the two of them.
"I think, through a little mind manipulation, I may have just found your little Hurricane" he said and Johnny got off of his bed, staring her up and down. In any other situation, she would've thought Shadows was crazy, and demand to be taken back to her room.

But those eyes. The dark brown, ones that you could get lost in if you stared at them for long enough. They belonged to her older brother.

"Johnny? Fratello?" she asked cautiously and his jaw dropped.

"Cissy?"
