Seventeen and Pregnant (Avenged Sevenfold)

Deanna’s P.O.V.
We were finally home, even though I didn’t want to be home, we were. My brother came and picked me and Jimmy up and I was happy that he was here. I missed him a lot although he looked really sad. I hugged my brother tightly, telling him that I missed him and he said nothing. Why wasn’t my brother talking to me? We got inside the car and he drove us to Jimmy’s house.
“I’ll see you tomorrow baby,” He smiled as we pulled into the driveway. I smiled at him and kissed him goodbye and got comfortable in the back and looked at my brother, “You ok?” I asked him. He looked in the rear view mirror and didn’t say anything then just looked back out at the road. I frowned, what happened while we were away?
He came to his home and helped me out of the car. I was now eight months pregnant and super excited about getting this kid out into the world. Being close to Jimmy like I was helped a lot and it helped me not be so stressed about things. I wanted to know how the band situation was and I asked him and he said that it was gone. Their dreams were gone mainly because they couldn’t finish the album in time and because their Rhythm guitarist was going through a lot. His parents were actually divorcing, he felt bad about what he had done and wasn’t doing good at all.
I came to my room and rested, the baby shower was tomorrow and I needed as much rest as I could to start the day. I was excited about it, I was going to see my mom and see my brothers girlfriend, Lucy, Katie, and a lot of other girls, mainly the guys’ girlfriends, my grandmothers and all that. But that day, that day felt like it was never supposed to be. I was at my baby shower, having the time of my life and opening presents and everything. Then after words, my mother took me aside and said,
“There’s someone I want you to meet,” She said with a smile. She opened the door and this man came inside, this tall guy. She smiled and told me that this was my father, Leroy. I looked at him and shook my head.
“No…no dad’s at home with Johnny and Jimmy their-”
“He’s not your father honey,” My mother told me. I looked at her in disbelief. This can’t be happening to me. I looked up at them man, seeing the same features as I had. The man smiled brightly at me, cupping my cheek. I smacked his hand away and walked out the door. He can’t be my father, this can’t be, he was at home with my brother. Johnny was my brother, my full brother. My mom was just pulling a joke. I grabbed my jacket and was going to go outside when Katie grabbed my arm and wondered were I was going. I jerked my hand back and ignored her and stepped out of the door and went onto the side walk letting the tears fall, never noticing the drunk driver that was coming my way.
