I got home, which was Johnny’s house and came up to my room and grabbed a shower and got on some clean clothes. I had a lot of boarding today, just like everyday. I learned some new tricks, got more combinations down and I was very proud of myself for doing something like that. I was happy to have did what I did today, topping of the end of school like that was just amazing. Then kissing Jimmy’s cheek twice, it made me feel really good. I saw him blush and I couldn’t help but smile brightly. He had the most beautiful face I could of ever imagined but, other’s don’t think that. They all thought that he was a freak and it made me furious that they would think that.
“You hungry sis?” My brother asked me. I came out of my room and slid down the railing.
“Well duh, I just got back from the park,” I chuckled and grabbed a water bottle from the fridge and helped him get dinner ready. I loved my brother so much, I was happy that he got his own place. He said I could come over when ever I wanted so, I pretty much lived here. Of course though, he thought it was all because of Jimmy. It wasn’t. I loved Johnny, he was the best big brother I could ever ask for and yes, part of it had to deal with Jimmy.
“So,” My brother began as I chopped the veggies for the dish, “You and Jimmy?” He asked with this smirk on his face. I came and pointed the knife at his face letting him look at me with wide eyes.
“Stop mentioning me and Jimmy dating or I will stick you with this knife, alright?” I asked. I meant it too and Johnny knew it. When I said I would do something, I would, “Remind your friends too,” I said really hoping Brian would start so I can poke him in the butt with my pocket knife. My brother nodded and I went to chopping veggies. I was thinking about it a lot and the more I did, the more I realized I kind of wanted to date Jimmy. I mean, why wait?
“Is it that noticeable?” I asked my brother. He looked at me and chuckled.
“Of course it is baby girl,” He smiled and kissed my cheek.
The rest of the night I thought about telling Jimmy that I liked him but the fear kept coming to me of him leaving me. So, that night I decided to go on Wattpad to talk to my best friend Katie since I had no other way of contacting her at all. She was the only girlfriend that I had ever had. I had one when I went boarding but we didn’t talk after the second grade. Yes, I have been boarding ever since I could walk. Granted, no one in my family could board which kind of made me confused. But, I was self taught then my brother had a friend for a while who taught me and he was really nice to me, that is until he made fun of Jimmy and I kicked him where the sun don’t shine.
I logged onto my account and saw that Katie was online. I was happy to have caught her in time since she lived in Germany, crazy right? Yeah, I thought so too.
‘Hey girly, I need to talk to you’ I typed in and went and turned on my heavy metal and changed into my ducky pajama’s that Jimmy got me for Christmas last year and my claw slippers my brother gave me.
‘hey honey!’ I heard my computer beep and I came and read it, ‘sure what’s up? Got good news <3’ she said putting in a heart which made me wonder.
‘tell me the good news’ I asked her.
‘IM COMING TO CALIFORNIA!’
My heart leaped in my chest and I jumped up from my chair and started to jump on the bed and scream and my brother came running inside in his boxers with a baseball bat in his hands making me laugh my butt off and fall onto my knees.
“What happened?!” He exclaimed with his little Mohawk a total mess.
“My best friend is coming to California!” I exclaimed and hopped off of my bed and showed him.
“Oh sweet! When’s she coming?” He asked. I shrugged and shoved him out of the way to talk to her. Johnny knew about Katie, he was the only one that knew about Katie actually. I smiled, “Tomorrow,” I said.
“Wow, that’s a surprise.” He said and stood and stretched, “Now if you don’t mind, I need to get my beauty sleep,” He said and I laughed and he looked at me as if I offended him.
“You? Beauty sleep?” He just hit my shoulder and hugged me tightly and tossed me on my bed.
“You need to get sleep princess, you have your friend coming over tomorrow,” He smiled at me and tucked me in, kissing my forehead.
“I love you Johnny,” I smiled at my brother and he smiled back at me, touching my cheek gently.
“I love you too beautiful Deanna,” he smiled and walked out, turning out the light leaving me in bed thinking. I was thinking about what Katie and I were going to do and I was actually thinking about Jimmy a lot too. Now I was going to have my two best friends with me and I was really happy about it.
I just hope me and Jimmy would last.
Jimmy’s P.O.V. I am going to tell her.
No, I shouldn’t.
Yes! I have to!
I sighed getting out of bed and started to pace my room. I don’t know if I should or not. My heart was saying yes but my head was over powering of what my heart was saying. I don’t know what I should do. I’d as my friends but its always a yes, but the talk that Brian gave my yesterday kind of helped. I sighed, I think I should, really. I really want to make her my girl, that would be the best feeling in the world if she was my girl.
So, I got on my clothes and rushed down stairs, skipping steps and came to the kitchen and grabbed a small bite to eat.
“Well your chipper…and up early,” My dad told me. I smiled at him and chewed on my toast.
“Gonna ask Dee out,” I said proudly which made my mom literally drop my dad’s breakfast on the floor and hug me tightly.
“I am so proud of you Jimmy!” She squealed and kissed my cheek.
“Thanks mom,” I smiled. My dad came and hugged me to winking at me.
“Go get her tiger,” He chuckled and I didn’t hesitate to do so.

I got to Johnny’s house and knocked, which his house is the only house to knock on since Dee usually walked in her bra and panties, I should know, I came in once with Brian and it was the worst thing that I could of done. Johnny yelled at me and I couldn’t get the image out of my head for days, now that I think about it, it was still there. Not that I am complaining, she looked good. Really good.
I shook my head, “Not now Jimmy,” I whispered to myself and the door open to none other then my beautiful Deanna. Well, I hope she is my beautiful Deanna after I spill my guts.
“Morning!” Deanna exclaimed and hugged me. I loved it so much when she hugged me. I hugged her back.
“Morning buddy,” I smiled, my heart aching when I called her my buddy, I wanted her to be more then a buddy so so bad.
“How are you doing?” I asked her with a bright smile, God I need to stop stalling.
“Great!” She said happily. She stepped outside and shut the door, “How about you?” She asked looking up at me. Her arms folding over her chest letting me see her tanned arms, her slick body. Her hair was still a bit of a mess but it looked great on her actually.
“I..I um came to tell you something,” I said and looked down to my feet. My heart was racing and I was so dang scared on telling her. I didn’t want her to laugh at me or anything. I didn’t want this to end up bad.
“What is it Jimmy?” She asked coming and cupping my cheek, “Was someone saying bad about you again?” She asked, her look full of concernment. She was always there for me when I got bullied, I couldn’t live without her. I need her so bad.
‘N-no, that’s not it,” I said softly, I took a deep breath and looked into her beautiful brown eyes, “I..I really like you Deanna. I … I mean I…” I let it out, “I really like you and I was wondering if you can go out on a date with me,” I asked her. I swear to God my heart stopped. Those little seconds turned out to minuets while she stood there looking at me, her eyes wide.
