Summary
Maiken is a seventeen, almost eighteen, years old Danish girl who are going to be a exchange student in Huntington Beach, California. She is nervous about meeting her new "family", the Haner family, yet she is excited to get far away from home even though she's afraid of getting home sick.
What will happen when she meet her new "family" and her "bonus-brother" come home from tour, and she meets him and his friends? How will people treat her in and after school? How will the Haner family react when they meet Maiken?
All these questions is running around in her head, making her nervous.
