"Matt?!" Johnny, Brian and I yelled, shocked.
"Not quite. I'm Shadows. Your friend's alternate."
"No wonder we haven't seen Matt in ages..." Johnny said.
"And you never will. At least not the Matt you knew. That Matt is dead. He put up quite the fight, but I am just too strong. Now, did I hear right that you're going to kill Vengeance? Someone who has been killing and torturing long before you were even born?" He laughed.
"Yes. I don't know how, but I will."
"Hmm...how about a match? Not today, I have more important affairs to deal with," he told, me.
"Fine."
Him and Vengeance disappeared.
"You know you're going to die," Brian said. "Vengeance is almost as bad as Shadows."
"I don't care! I have to try something to get Sarah out! If I beat him then you guys could beat your...whatever they are!"
"How could you even get ready? He'll just take you over and beat you that way!" Brian said.
"Dude, I have to try something...I need a way to get her out and this is all I can think of..."
"Even if you do, who says Shadows will let her go?" Johnny asked.
"Then I'll go after him."
"Yeah, right. If Matt couldn't stop the guy, who says you could?" He asked.
"Then help me...help me and everyone can go free! Who knows how many people are being put through this!" I told, them. "Shit!" I yelled, as everything became blurry.
~You may say goodbye to her. Any mention of your plan and I will kill her, slowly and then you,~ Vengeance told, me before I was next to Sarah.
"Sarah," I whispered.
She jumped when I touched her arm.
"Hey, Zack," she said, sounding lifeless.
"I'm going to find a way to get you out! I don't know how right now, but I will, I promise!"

I never told her I have a plan!
"Don't promise, please. It's impossible."
I could tell she had given up. It killed me.
"I will try as hard as possible! Sarah, I love you!"
I saw a spark in her eyes and a small smile.
"I lo-"
Everything became blurry and I ended up back in my cell.
"You weren't gone long," Johnny said.
"He didn't torture her this time. Just me..."
"Huh?"
"I finally told her I love her. She almost said she did too until Vengeance brought me back...Johnny, I actually saw her smile...and it wasn't forced! I need to save her!"
Johnny looked at me and sighed.
"Fine. I'll help...I don't know if I can beat Anti, but I'll try..."
"Thanks," I told, him, feeling slightly better. "I hope Brian helps too..."
"Yeah. I don't get how Matt couldn't stop him...he wouldn't let anything come between him and...oh fuck..."
"What?"
"Val was still around when we thought Matt took off. The whole time he's been gone she's been in the real world!"
I thought.
"She was when you guys took off too..."
"Why the fuck is she there, but Lily, Kara and Sarah are here?"
"...I don't know..."
"Are you sure Michelle wasn't covering for her?"
"How? She's been out of town for...oh...maybe she was mistaken for Val..."
"Even though they have different hair?"
He shrugged.
"Maybe. Doesn't matter though. We have to think about getting our girls back...If she is here, then killing Shadows will save her too," I told him.
"True."
"I wish I knew what kind of fight this is," I groaned.
"It's to see who can beat each others ass worse, using any objects you can find," Brian said, suddenly.
"Shit!" I yelled, startled.
"Sorry."
"How do you know?" I asked.
"Gates. He told me there's no way you'll live. Matt died trying to kill Shadows and Vengeance really is almost as bad as him, if not worse!"
I gulped.
"I have to try..."
"We know," Brian said. "I'm in. We all have to get out.
Sarah's P.O.V.
Zacky loves me...he actually loves me...this really must be killing him too...
