“Hey.” Brian whispered.
My eyes fluttered open. He was still laying on my chest.
“How long have I been out?” I yawned.
“About and hour or so.”
“What have you been doing?”
“Laying here, watching you.” He grinned.
“Creeper.” I teased.
“I can’t help it.”
“What being a creep?” I snorted.
“No, starring at you. You’re beautiful.”
“Thank you.” I smiled.
“You’re not so bad yourself.”
“Well thank you.” He replied, getting off of me.
“Wait.”
I grabbed his arm.
“What?” he smiled.
“Come back.”
I pulled his face towards mine planting a kiss on his lips. I pulled away breathless.
“Where are you going?”
“I have to meet up with the guys.”
“Oh, about my grandfather…”
“Yeah.” He nodded.
“What are you going to do?”
“I don’t really know yet.”
“You don’t want to do it…do you?”
“No. Not at all. He’s a ruthless bastard. I can’t work for him. I’d never get to enjoy the rest of my life.”
I nodded.
He gave me a quick peck on lips and stood up pulling on his jeans.
“What time is it?” I yawned again, noticing it was still dark out.
“2:30.”
“Ughhhh.”
I rubbed my eyes and sat up.
“Have to work today?”
“Yeah, but not until about 2 or so.”
“Well get some sleep. I’ll see you later, ok?’
“Ok.” I smiled.
My body was tingling all over when he planted his lips met mine. My fingers ran through his hair and he pulled away smiling.
“I gotta go.’
“I know.” I frowned.
“I’ll be back, I promise.”
And then he was gone. I really didn’t want him to leave. I felt so safe with him and I’ve never felt safe with anyone. I wanted to be with him all the time. I didn’t want him to leave my side. My mind flooded with thoughts of what had happened earlier and I smiled as I laid down running my hands over the sheets. I finally had sex. I knew I hadn’t known him very long but I felt safe in his arms and I never wanted to leave. No matter what.
