Tammy sighed as she walked down the stairs that led to her front door. She walked out of her yard and started towards her and her brother's friend's house. She'd known Matt since she was 9 years old, and from the time they'd met he'd always been friends with her and there for her whenever she needed him, which is exactly why she was on her way to talk to him about something. As she approached Matt's house she quickly thought over what she was going to ask him. She sighed again as she walked into his house and into the garage, where she knew he was relaxing before he had to go to work.

Matt looked up and over to the door as he heard it open. He smiled a little seeing Tammy standing there. He sat up a little and adjusted the music that was blasting from the small boom box that was sitting on the small makeshift table next to the drum set that Jimmy had been trying to fix up to sound just right.
"Hey Tammy, what's up kiddo?" he asked patting the dirty old couch cushion next to him.

Tammy smiled lightly as Matt looked at her, then she sighed lightly as she sat down next to him.
"Hey, not much. What's up with you?" she asked quietly. She'd suddenly gotten nervous about what she was going to ask him.

"Not much. Just chilling before I gotta go into work. You okay? You seem on edge about something." he said with light concern on his face. Matt had always seemed to know when something was up with the two Sullivan's. He shifted a little so he was facing her more than he was before.

Tammy turned so her back was against the arm of the couch, and pulled her knees up to her chest, then rested her chin on her knees. She nodded slightly.
"I'm fine, just thinking." she said as she looked at him.

Matt sighed and looked at her.
"You sure? Watcha thinking about then? 'Cause something is off about 'cha." he said with a light smile. He sighed lightly and stood up moving to the refrigerator grabbing a water and a soda, handing her the Dr. Pepper he kept in there just for her.

Tammy nodded then took the Dr. Pepper from him.
"Yeah I'm sure." she said. "You know, my first year of High School. Stuff like that." she sighed lightly. "I know this probably isn't any of my business, but have you had sex before?"

Matt coughed at the question that was just presented to him.
"Urm, yeah I have, where did that come from?" he knew that Jimmy asked a lot of random questions, but since he was 12 this little girl in front of him had never asked him a question without a reason behind it. He was blushing slightly after he answered.

Tammy nodded slightly and shrugged.
"I dunno, I was just wondering." she said. "Can you tell me about foreplay.?" she asked as she blushed lightly. She'd been planning on asked him about sex and stuff, but now that she had she was really nervous, and kinda wished she hadn't.

Matt gave her a long and hard 'What the hell' look before he took a drink of his water.
"Well, what do you want to know? Like the basics or do you want to know every single detail?" he asked moving a little closer to her, giving her a small smug smile.

Tammy took a drink of her Dr. Pepper, then looked at at Matt and swallowed slightly as he gave her a small smug smile.
"Um, every single detail?" she meant to make it sound like a statement, but it came out as a question.

Matt smiled a little more. "Well then Miss Tammy, there's going to have to be a few questions I'll need to know. One, why do you want to know about foreplay?" he took a drink of his water and smiled at the idea that was forming in his head.

Tammy shrugged slightly.
"I dunno. I just want to know about foreplay." she said as she blushed at the small smile on Matt's face.

Matt nodded and looked Tammy over. For once he didn't see her as a kid sister, but a rather beautiful girl.
"Question 2: Have you ever kissed anyone?"

Tammy shook her head slightly.
"No. why?" she asked.

Matt raised an eyebrow at her response.
"Really? That's surprising." he said then pushed onto his next question. "You sure you want to know every detail, 'cause the only way I know how to tell you for you to fully understand is to show you." he said suddenly blushing as his idea flooded his mouth and flowed out without a filter.

Tammy blushed again and thought about what he'd just said, after about a minute she looked back at Matt and nodded.
"Yeah I'm sure. I mean, if you're okay with that." she said, her voice cracking slightly.

Matt nodded and looked at the clock on the wall across the room.
"Of course I'm okay with that. I mean after all I brought it up right." he said looking back at Tammy, then stood up holding his hand out to her. "Walk with me to work?"

Tammy took his hand then stood up.
"I guess that's true." she said as she looked at him, she honestly didn't think he was serious about this whole showing her thing.

As they headed down to the pier, Matt looked at Tammy and smirked a little.
"You know there's going to have to be a few ground rules. Like no one can know that this is going on, not that I'm ashamed of teaching you about foreplay or anything I just don't want to be killed by your brother." he pulled her towards him lightly as they reached the backdoor of Matt's work. He held her close to him and sighed lightly as he lightly traced her jawline running his fingers to the back of her neck. "And these lessons of foreplay, can happen anytime anywhere. So be prepared." he said moving closer to her, his lips lightly brushing hers.

Tammy nodded slightly after he said no one can know what's going on. She didn't think Jimmy would kill him if he found out, but then again he could get pretty protective of her when it came to boys and/or his friends. She lightly bit her lip as he held her close and traced her jawline lightly then ran his fingers to the back of her neck. She nodded then gasped slightly as he lightly brushed his lips against hers, she wasn't expecting him to do that, then she lightly kissed him.

Matt was taken back slightly as Tammy kissed him. He smirked a little and kissed her back applying enough force to the kiss to lightly push her against the wall behind them. His hand still on the back of her neck, his tongue tracing over her bottom lip, before dancing the sweet tender dance with her's. His other hand playing with her hair, his fingers entangled in it.

Tammy put her hands on his chest, then slid one up to the back of his neck and lightly pulled him closer to her as she kissed him back, both of them fighting for dominance of this kiss.

Matt smiled lightly as she pulled him closer to herself. After a few minutes of fighting her dominance in this kiss and winning, he broke the kiss.
"Before a make out session happens outside my work and I'm late. I gotta go." he said quietly his lips brushing against her's once more. He lightly kissed her again, and lightly pulled away. "Congrats you've had your first kiss." he said lightly teasing.

Tammy smiled lightly and nodded, then looked at him as he lightly pulled away. She laughed slightly as she blushed.
"Fuck you Matty." she said as she leaned against the wall and crossed her arms over her chest.

Matt smirked a little.
"We'll get to that my dear." he said teasingly. He moved to the metal backdoor with bulky words 'Employee's Only.' He looked at Tammy. "See you later T." he said with a smug smirk oh his face. "Tell Jimmy band practice is at 9 tonight not 8." he said then went through the door closing it behind him.
